对个别教育工作的探索与思考

个别教育工作近年来在监狱教育改造工作有逐步弱化的倾向,传统个别教育的方法不能够得到正确的运用,一些新的个别教育方法更是难以得到推广。个别教育工作必须要有创新和发展,并且要建设完善的个别教育保障制度。     

群体的心理构成与人员的优化组合

群体的心理构成是群体成员的不同个性心理特征及其相互作用形成的人员组合类型。这种类型不仅繁多 ,而且还决定了群体的功能和组织状态。为此 ,人员的优化组合应注意 :根据群体的任务和目标 ,确定人员优化组合的基本原则和标准 ;提倡和谐互补的人员组合 ;协调那些不和谐 ,但可以互补的人员组合 ;全面考虑人员调配或重新组合的效果     

The Effect of Religiosity on Endorsement of Democratic Values: The Mediating Influence of Authoritarianism

This study addresses the as yet unaddressed question of the nature of the effects of religiosity and authoritarianism upon endorsement of abstract democratic values. Findings obtained through the analyses of structural equations show that, despite the unsettled political and security atmosphere, Israelis believe in democratic values to a considerable extent. Furthermore, findings do not fully support the theoretical expectation that religiosity is likely to decrease support for democratic values; namely, in and of itself, religiosity has a negligible impact on endorsement of democratic values. Yet again, analyses lend credence to theory on authoritarianism—the negative effect of religiosity on endorsement of democratic values results from the mediation of authoritarianism. These findings are understood and discussed with regard to theoretical implications. The major conclusion, then, in contrast to existing assumptions regarding religiosity and negation of democracy linkage, is that religiosity cannot be considered the sole direct root cause of negation of democracy.     

HLA-DRB1基因分型芯片的法医物证学应用价值研究

目的对HLA-DRB1基因分型芯片在个体识别中的应用价值进行研究。方法根据HLA-DRB1基因座不同等位基因的独特序列设计探针,制成分型芯片。将待测样品DNA用末端标记了CY5的引物进行PCR扩增,产物与芯片进行杂交,根据杂交产生的荧光信号值确定样品在HLA-DRB1位点的基因型。将这一方法应用于561份样本的HLA-DRB1基因分型,根据基因型分布统计分析其法医学应用价值。同时,进行了家系调查和方法灵敏度分析,并应用于部分案例。结果利用微量检材,HLA-DRB1基因芯片可检测DRB1位点等位基因26个,基因型的分布符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律,该位点的观察杂合度(Ho)为0.888,期望杂合度(He)为0.902,多态信息含量(PIC)为0.893,平均非父排除率(PE)为0.801。家系调查和案例运用的结果表明,HLA-DRB1位点等位基因由亲代向子代的传递符合孟德尔遗传定律。结论HLA-DRB1为高度多态位点,其基因分型芯片可在亲子鉴定和个体识别中发挥重要作用。     

论儿童审美与艺术行为的心理机制

对儿童的日常审美与艺术活动的研究发现,儿童存在着一种具有吸收性的张力结构--先在审美图式。它是由集体无意识、个人无意识和意识经验三者通过自组织而形成的一个完整和谐的统一体,为儿童的审美与艺术活动起着动力和选择作用。与成人相比,儿童的先在审美图式更显示出其原始性和开放性,其动力功能与更为强烈些,因而儿童发生审美与艺术活动的可能性也超过成人。     

中国汉族及日本群体7个Y—STR位点及单倍型的遗传多态性和群体差异

目的调查Y染色体7个STR位点及单倍型的遗传多态性并分析其群体差别。方法应用PCR、变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳结合银染显色分型技术,检测45例中国汉族及59例日本男性DNA样品。结果在DYS393、DYS389Ⅰ、DYS19、DYS390、DYS389Ⅱ、DYS392等6个位点中共检出33个等位基因,DYS385位点检出39个等位基因组,其频率分布在0.0169～0.6444之间,DP值分布在0.5406～0.9579之间,以DYS385位点最高。7个位点数据综合比较,二组群体间在遗传学上存在显著性差异P<0.05。由7个位点组成的单倍型有95种,中国汉族有41种,DP值为0.9960,日本群体有54种,DP值为0.9965,2群体间未发现相同的单倍型。结论上述7个STR位点属于高鉴别能力位点,单倍型具有很高的遗传多态性并显示出明显的民族特征。     

中国北方汉族与维吾尔族群体8个STR位点的遗传多态性

目的调查中国北方汉族与维吾尔族群体8个STR位点的遗传多态性。方法应用荧光标记引物试剂盒及基因扫描技术检测vWA、TH01、TPOX、CSF1PO、D5S818、D13S317、D7S820、D16S539位点等位基因。结果100例汉族群体共检出62个等位基因,累计非父排除率为0.9975;50例维吾尔族群体共检出52个等位基因,累计非父排除率为0.9973。2群体总个人识别机率均超过0.9999。基因频率分布2群体间存在显著性差异。结论8个STR位点在汉族与维吾尔族群体中具有较高的遗传多态性,频率分布有民族差别。     

Individual Dismissals in Europe and the United States: A Model on the Influence of the Legal Framework on Firing Costs

In this article, we present a model of individual dismissals based on the workers' right to file a suit against their employer arguing that the dismissal is unjustified or unfair. The model is a standard pre-trial bargaining game between a firm and a worker. We study two cases: when the law states the severance pay for unfair dismissal (the European case), and when judges can decide freely on the compensation to be paid to the worker (the American case). The model provides some guidelines for Labour Law reforms. In the European case, a decrease in the severance pay for unfair dismissals fixed by law will decrease the severance pay offered by the firm, and only under some assumptions will decrease the expected firing cost and will increase the settlement probability. In addition, the transition from the European to the American case is likely to increase the probability of settlement (and to decrease it in the opposite case) with ambiguous effects on agreed severance pay and expected firing costs.     

国内外“DNA数据库”遗传学标志的比较研究

目的通过英、美、中"DNA数据库"遗传学标志的比较,探寻我国大规模建库宜用的STR位点.方法用复合PCR扩增和四色荧光技术对我国汉族群体进行基因型检测,获得D2S1338、D19S433、CODIS等15个STR位点的多态性分布资料,并结合目前国内外法医学者报道的其它STR位点进行比较分析.结果Profiler Plus试剂盒中的STR位点和D16S539、D2S1 338、D19S433、Penta D、Penta E任中国人群中有重要应用价值.结论为便于建立DNA实验室技术标准和质控标准,提倡开发和使用适合我国人群的商品化STR检测试剂盒.
