略论经管类专业人才培养模式的创新

如何创新经管类专业的人才培养模式,将人们潜意识中的“软”专业建设成为受市场和企业欢迎的“硬”专业,本文创造性地提出了一系列的解决方案：在校企合作模式上强调专业文化与企业文化的融合,建立学生、学校、企业三赢的校企合作模式;在专业内部加强专业核心骨干课程内容的硬化改造,优化课程体系,加强综合实训课程的建设;在专业外部构建经管类各专业互为支撑的生态体系,以拓宽学生的专业视野和就业渠道。     

Employment,age, race,and crime: A labor theoretic investigation

The fundamental objective of this paper has been to reinvestigate the relationship between employment and crime, while taking account of deterrence, age and race effects. The data, a sample of Brooklyn arrestees, was collected by the Vera Institute of Justice simply to explore, with individual data, the relationship between employment and crime. In this research, a labor theoretic formulation is used incorporating a model that views the problem as one of rational choice between legitimate work and participation in crime. Factors affecting the diminution of crime participation with age are investigated. Changes at age 18 in economic opportunities and in deterrence effects from moving from juvenile to adult status are found to have a significant impact on crime participation. The results are important because they tend to confirm with official crime report data, results found in earlier studies using self-report data, i.e., (1) when the process is appropriately modeled, previous contacts with police are found to cause some experimenters with crime to become desisters, (2) prior work experience and economic opportunities tend to reinforce this tendency to desist, (3) even though blacks are found to have a greater prevalence of involvement in crime, when the data are standardized for all of the aforementioned factors and educational attainment, there is no significant difference between blacks and whites in their tendency to recidivate.     

农民的就业权利与中国社会的发展

自古代以来,农民就业权利就受到限制和侵害,其表现和原因不同时期各不相同,对农民就业权利的限制是中国农民长期贫困、城市发展滞后、市场经济发展缓慢、社会难以转型的重要原因之一。解除土地对农民的束缚,给农民选择就业的权利和自由,不仅是农民的呼唤,也是中国社会发展的迫切要求。     

乡村旅游中农村妇女就业与发展研究——以江西婺源为例

文章以社会性别理论为基础,探讨了乡村旅游对促进农村妇女就业与发展的动力机制,认为乡村旅游的乡村性重构了农村妇女与乡村资源的关系,在权利与责任上出现了社会性别再分配,农村妇女成为主要的参与者.同时,乡村旅游促进了农村产业结构的演变,推动了生产组织形式的转变和劳动分工结构的变化,为农村妇女创造了广泛的就业机会,增强了她们的独立和自我意识,有利于农村妇女的发展.     

"就业能力"论

“就业能力”概念是根据大学生就业竞争市场提出来的 ,大学生的就业能力不再单纯指某一项技能、能力 ,而是学生多种能力的集合 ,是学习和综合素质的开发而获得的能够实现就业理想、满足社会需求、在社会生活中实现自身价值的本领。这一概念的提出 ,正体现了当前社会求才、大学生个人成才、高校育才多方面的特点和需要。这一概念有其充分的生存依据和发展空间 ,有其明确的目的和意义。     

社会保障制度：进城务工农民就业的政策支持

长期二元经济结构存在带来的负面影响,使农村社会保障制度严重缺失。建立覆盖进城务工农民的社会保障制度有着极为重要的作用,是进城务工农民就业的政策支持。因此,应建立由中央统筹的养老保险制度,建立强制的工伤保险制度,建立大病统筹医疗制度,建立最低生活保障制度,加快户籍制度改革,扩大工会组织的影响,从而建立起与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的面向广大进城务工农民的社会保障制度。

国际劳工组织自1999年提出"体面劳动"的理念后,一直在全球推行体面劳动。体面劳动所涵盖的内容既是国际劳工组织的战略目标,也是中国一直致力于实现的目标。     

Weak links in the BEE chain? Procurement,skills and employment equity in the metals and engineering industries

The Department of Trade and Industry's 2003 strategy identifies ‘Black Economic Empowerment’ (BEE) as being broad-based, inclusive, and part of a sustainable long-term growth and development strategy. In this, it is consistent with the 2001 Black Economic Empowerment Commission report, the ANC 2002 conference resolution and ultimately the ANC's Reconstruction and Development Programme of 1994. We use firm-level information in the metals and engineering industries to examine the actual nature and extent of BEE across the dimensions of ownership, procurement, employment equity and training. Its aim is to examine the relationships between BEE concepts and provisions and the responses that firms took in practice. Direct pressure for BEE in metals and engineering firms arises from legislation and regulatory provisions governing employment equity, skills development and procurement. It also follows from procurement provisions applying to large companies that buy from metals and engineering firms, as well as to mining firms and State-Owned Enterprises such as Eskom and Transnet.     

The education skills trap in a dependent market economy. Romania's case in the 2000s

We discuss the political economic development of Romania since 1989, with a focus on the evolution of higher education (HE). First, we place this evolution in the context of demand for HE by prospective students and employers, focusing on the low demand for skills in the MNC-dominated Romanian economy. Second, we provide empirical insight on indicators of quality, enrolment, and funding as key features of the HE system. We argue that Romania has evolved into a dependent market economy entrenched in a low-skills equilibrium, and that the weakness of the HE system is a key element in this process.     

当代大学生就业价值观研究——以南方医科大学为例

根据调查结果,文章分析了当代大学生就业价值观的现实表现,即就业价值目标取向选择上存在困惑,爱国主义仍有体现,就业价值评价标准呈现出矛盾性,就业价值实现手段日趋多样化。提出通过强调社会教育、学校教育的引导作用,强化大学生自身专业技能培养,早做职业规划来构建科学的就业价值观。
