The Study on Language Characteristics of Yan Danzi from the Perspective of the History of Chinese Vocabulary Research

Vocabulary is the most rapid development of the language elements, the word is also the same with the times. From the perspective of the history of vocabulary, it is more scientific to study the language of Yan Danzi than "Ci Qi", "Wen Ci" and so on. A part of Yan Danzi's vocabulary is not found in the books of the pre-Qin Dynasty, but only after the Eastern Han Dynasty, and the other part of the vocabulary is found in the literature after the north and South Dynasties. From the perspective of the vocabulary history, Yan Danzi language time certainly do not belong to the Western Han Dynasty before should be finalized in Six Dynasties period.     

语言输出理论与英语写作教学

大学非英语专业教学普遍存在学生语言输出过少的现象,本文以语言输出理论为依据,提出强调英语写作教学以增加学生语言输出,促成语言知识的重构和程序化,从而增强学生的语言实际运用能力。并结合教学实践的基础,着重探讨了英语写作课堂教学中教师和学生的角色定位问题和形成性评价在英语写作教学中的运用机制。提出了相应的写作课堂的教学模式。     

Of Butchery and Bicycles: The WTO and the ‘Death’ of the Doha Development Agenda

The World Trade Organization's (WTO) Doha round is in trouble; but so is the way we talk about the institution and the negotiations. Economists, international lawyers, political scientists, practitioners and pundits alike have locked themselves into a deeply constraining and quite unhelpful way of talking and thinking about the WTO that has little to offer either the round or the Organization. Indeed, the way commentators have chosen to talk about the problems of the round, as well as the options for moving forward, may actually be compounding matters, reinforcing the likelihood that Doha will produce little, that future negotiations will continue to be dramatic and hard to conclude, and that inequitable outcomes will persist. My aim here is to shine a light on the bounded nature of the current debate with a view to agitating for a less constrained and more fruitful conversation about Doha, the WTO and beyond.     

刑法立法语言的明确化

作为罪刑法定主义的实质侧面，明确性是刑法规范对立法语言的基本要求，这就使得刑法的立法语言具有准确清晰、简洁通俗、庄重严谨等鲜明风格，然而，我国《刑法》的立法语言则存在着语义不清、累赘重复、罪状表述含糊、法定刑幅度过大等突出问题。为此，从宏观上来讲，需要制定一部规范立法语言文字的专门法律，并构建立法语言审查制度，以期实现我国《刑法》立法语言的明确化。

马来西亚槟城州当下华人青少年在语言态度上,从个体感性出发对华语较具认同感,并认同本籍贯方言较亲切及需要掌握,但方言传承意识不强;从个体及社会价值出发,相较国语更认同英语的作用。就其语码转换的社会表现分析,语言态度影响语码转换中主体语、嵌入语的选择;交谈对象因不同辈分特有的语言习惯、语言能力等背景,也影响到研究对象的语码转换特点;交谈场所的规格、正式度,及场所功能、交谈对象族裔,联合构成研究对象语码转换的影响因素;语言/方言的地位背景影响语码转换;交谈话题正式程度影响语码转换。社会应正视研究对象当下普遍的语码转换习惯,并从积极正面的角度加以引导。

讯问是公安机关侦查活动中经常、普遍进行的一种重要的侦查行为。在侦察取证中，犯罪嫌疑人、被告人的口供是刑事诉讼法规定的证据之一，它对于及时地侦破案件、准确的起诉、指控和定罪量刑有非常重要的作用。讯问必须有效而合法的进行，同时要求讯问人员有着高超的讯问言语技巧。

角色是一种行为期望,它通常和社会结构或情景相联系;角色是实实在在的行为,试图满足对社会地位或社会范畴的期望;角色是资源。主要研究辩护律师和被告在整个庭审过程中的机构角色在语言上的表现形式,及与语言形式相关的目的诉求,从而从语言层面揭示作为期望、实实在在的行为及资源的角色。     

法律语言中“可以”语意特征分析——兼论语言规范和法律语言规范

日常语体中常见词"可以"词义特征并非单一,而法律语体中"可以"的语意特征更趋复杂。本文通过对该词《刑法》用例的全面归纳与分析,探求《刑法》中"可以"的各种不同的语意特征。一般法律人士认为,《刑法》中"可以"主要表示授权性规范,给司法机关以自由裁量权,即表示"可能"意,而实际情况则不然,所以引起了一些不必要的争议。     

制度经济学视野下的语言问题研究

很多经济学家和语言学家都主张在制度经济学框架内研究语言问题,这仅揭示了语言所具备的制度属性,并没有回答如何用制度经济学的理论和方法来研究语言的具体问题。本文基于对制度经济学中制度本质的考察和对既有相关研究成果的梳理,提出从制度经济学视角来研究语言问题的可行性路径,以弥补语言问题研究在制度维度的缺憾。
