目的建立饮料、血、尿中 11种常见苯并二氮类药物及尿中 7种主要代谢物的薄层色谱分析法(HPTLC)。方法分析物采用GDX10 1树脂进行固相萃取 ,乙醚作为洗脱溶剂。苯 :丙酮 (10∶6)等作为展开体系 ,改良碘化铋钾显色。结果所建方法绝对灵敏度 0 3~ 0 6μg,尿检出限 0 4~ 1 0 μg/ml、血检出限 0 6~ 1 0 μg/ml、饮料检出限 0 4~ 0 8μg/ml。结论HPTLC法简便、快速 ,适合作为常规毒物分析方法 相似文献

The ink of pens and ink extracted from lines on white photocopier paper of 10 blue ballpoint pens were subjected to ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy, infrared (IR), and high-performance thin-layer liquid chromatography (HPTLC). The R(f) values and color tones of the bands separated by thin-layer chromatography (TLC) analysis used to classify the writing inks into three groups. The principal component analysis (PCA) investigates the pen responsible for a piece of writing, and how time affects spectroscopy of written ink. PCA can differentiate between pen ink and ink line indicates the influence of solvent extraction process on the results. The PCA loadings are useful in individualization of a questioned ink from a database. The PCA of ink lines extracted at different times can be used to estimate the time at which a questioned document was written. The results proved that the UV-Vis spectra are effective tool to separate blue ballpoint pen ink in most cases rather than IR and HPTLC. 相似文献

In the second part of this survey, the ability of micro‐Raman spectroscopy to discriminate 180 fiber samples of blue, black, and red cottons, wools, and acrylics was compared to that gathered with the traditional methods for the examination of textile fibers in a forensic context (including light microscopy methods, UV‐vis microspectrophotometry and thin‐layer chromatography). This study shows that the Raman technique plays a complementary and useful role to obtain further discriminations after the application of light microscopy methods and UV‐vis microspectrophotometry and assure the nondestructive nature of the analytical sequence. These additional discriminations were observed despite the lower discriminating powers of Raman data considered individually, compared to those of light microscopy and UV‐vis MSP. This study also confirms that an instrument equipped with several laser lines is necessary for an efficient use as applied to the examination of textile fibers in a forensic setting. 相似文献

目的 建立杏花药材的质量控制方法。方法 以绿原酸、芦丁为对照品,建立薄层色谱以鉴别药材。采用紫外波长转换检测的高效液相色谱法同时测定药材中阿魏酸、芦丁及异槲皮苷的含量,色谱柱为YMC-Pack ODS-A C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(125∶105∶770);阿魏酸的检测波长为322 nm(0~25 min),芦丁与异槲皮苷的检测波长为255 nm(25~70 min);流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30 ℃。结果 薄层色谱中斑点清晰;阿魏酸、芦丁及异槲皮苷分别在1.452 2~14.521 7 μg/mL(r=0.998 9)、27.366 7~273.666 8 μg/mL(r=0.997 2)、1.649 9~16.499 0 μg/mL(r=0.999 6)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为99.86%、99.70%、100.03%;RSD分别为0.9%、0.8%、1.2%。结论 所用方法准确、稳定、可行,可用于杏花药材的质量控制。 相似文献

目的建立黄枳胶囊质量控制的方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(thin layer chromatography,TLC)对方中大黄、火麻仁、枳实和白芍进行定性研究;并采用TLC法测定大黄素含量。结果大黄素在0.0400.200μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.99917,平均回收率为98.29%,RSD=0.47%。结论TLC法简便、专属性强,可准确测定黄枳胶囊中大黄素含量。 相似文献
