福建村庙酬神演戏与社区公共文化生活

本文通过对福建村庙酬神演戏活动的人类学考察,认为村庙文化是福建乡村社区公共文化活动开展的纽带,也是福建传统文化传承的重要载体,在当前农村社会转型过程中,村庙文化肯定有多方面的社会功能。     

论生命权刑法保护的基本原则

对于作为公民最基本权利的生命权的刑法保护,除了应遵循一般的法律原则外,尤其应当强调生命至上原则与平等保护原则。前者包括两个层次,其一是在观念层次上,立法应当体现出对生命权在权益阶梯中的至上性;其二则是在具体的罪刑设置中,切实实现对生命权尽可能完备的保护。对于生命权刑法保护的平等原则,问题更多存在于司法之中。     

Structure and validity of people in my life: A self-report measure of attachment in late childhood

No self-report measure of attachment is well validated for middle-childhood. This study examined the validity and factor structure of the People in My Life (PIML) measure in 320 urban, fifth and sixth graders. Validity analyses consisted of correlational analyses between PIML subscales and the Child Behavior Checklist, Delinquency Rating Scale for Self and Others, Heath Resources Inventory, and Reynolds Child Depression Scale. Validity correlations were consistent with a-priori hypotheses. Confirmatory factor analyses consisted of comparison of model fit indices between seven models. Two models fit the data well and both models were consistent with the traditionally used PIML scoring protocol. Moreover, both models were consistent with the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA), on which the PIML is modeled, as well as the theoretical underpinnings of attachment in childhood. The PIML and IPPA provide instruments for obtaining a continuous self-report measure of attachment from middle-childhood through adulthood.

未成年人犯罪刑事立法完善之研究

顺应我国构建和谐社会的要求,针对司法实践中对未成年人适用刑罚社会效果不尽理想的现实,有必要对现行刑法及其他相关规范性文件中关于未成年人犯罪的刑事立法进行完善.具体而言:应当明确禁止对未成年犯罪人适用无期徒刑与罚金刑;严格限制未成年人的累犯构成条件;对未成年人建立"前科消灭制度";完善未成年人犯罪的非刑罚处置措施结构.

Everyday disasters,stagnation and the normalcy of non-development: Roghun Dam,a flood,and campaigns of forced taxation in southern Tajikistan

This article conducts a comparative analysis of a catastrophic flood that hit the Kulob region of southern Tajikistan in 2010, and the government of Tajikistan's campaign to gather money to build the Roghun dam and hydropower station. It advances the notion of ‘everyday disasters’ in order to explain the imprecise boundaries between major catastrophic events and more mundane dimensions of the everyday as experienced by residents of Kulob. The article seeks to shed light, firstly, on the processes that underpin both Kulob residents’ experiences of stagnation and the normalization of non-development, and, secondly, on the ways in which Kulob residents joke and ‘do’ cunning/cheating whilst dealing with disastrous events in order to cultivate an everydayness that is worth living.     

Stability and change in subjective quality of life of adolescents in secure residential care

Subjective quality of life (QoL) is an outcome measure often used in the field of psychiatry. While upcoming strength-based rehabilitation theories place strong emphasis on subjective QoL, it has hardly ever been investigated in adolescents with severe psychiatric problems who are admitted to secure residential care. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the stability and change of subjective QoL of adolescents with severe psychiatric problems. Additionally, the effect of discharge and re-entering society on subjective QoL was studied. In a four-wave longitudinal study, the subjective QoL of 172 male adolescents with severe psychiatric problems was examined. Five subjective QoL domains remained stable over time, while five other domains changed. A decrease in satisfaction with family relations and social participation was observed for discharged adolescents. These results warrant for continuing guidance of adolescents in order for them to positively adapt to a new life outside secure residential care.     

Streams and stages: Reconciling Kingdon and policy process theory

Use of metaphors is a staple feature of how we understand policy processes – none more so than the use of ‘policy stages’/'cycles’ and ‘multiple streams’. Yet even allowing for the necessary parsimony of metaphors, the former is often criticised for its lack of ‘real world’ engagement with agency, power, ideology, turbulence and complexity, while the latter focuses only on agenda‐setting but at times has been utilised, with limited results, to understand later stages of the policy process. This article seeks to explore and advance the opportunities for combining both and applying them to the policy‐formation and decision‐making stages of policy making. In doing so it examines possible three, four and five stream models. It argues that a five stream confluence model provides the highest analytical value because it retains the simplicity of metaphors (combining elements of two of the most prominent models in policy studies) while also helping capture some of the more complex and subtle aspects of policy processes, including policy styles and nested systems of governance.

严肃党内政治生活是中国共产党九十多年来管党治党经验的理论提升,对于保持党的先进性、纯洁性,推进党风廉政建设具有重大而深远的意义。严肃党内政治生活有助于共产党人精神补钙,提高共产党员抵制腐朽思想的自觉性;有助于执行好民主集中制原则,增强拒腐防变和抵御风险能力;有助于严格执行党规党纪,杜绝腐败现象滋生;有助于提升党内监督水平,依靠党的自身力量克服各种腐败现象的发生。当前,党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争依然面临着严峻复杂的形势,必须落实严肃党内政治生活责任主体,贵在经常、重在认真、要在细节。     

20世纪三四十年代宝鸡城市发展与社会变迁

20世纪三四十年代,陇海铁路修通至宝鸡,便利了与外界的交通往来,也为抗战全面爆发后沦陷区企业和难民内迁宝鸡奠定基础。在外来因素的刺激下,长期处于停滞状态的宝鸡社会经济开始发生显著的变化,在工商业繁荣的同时,传统的封闭社会也逐渐开放。电力作为照明应用于市民日常生活,河南人大量涌入宝鸡改变了当地人口结构并导致河南话成为官方交流语言,妇女也不再局限于家务劳动而进入工厂成为工人,西医医院大量出现扩大了就医范围。
