西方大众文化理论的反拨与突破——批判理论的批判与理论多元的开放

大众文化的崛起与文化产业的兴盛带来了许多理论话题与现实问题.西方大众文化理论的先后引进,刺激了中国大众文化批评的开展,也能解决一部分中国的大众文化现实问题.但要警惕和防止以"他者"的文化眼光来遮蔽中国本土的问题情境,或把西方社会的文化问题硬性移植到中国而变成"假想敌",所以,必须结合中国实际将西方文化理论"再语境化",结合中国当前的"后革命"特色坚持适时而积极的文化批评.     

后现代思潮与叙事心理学

后现代思潮对科学主义在社会科学研究中霸主地位的否定,引起了包括心理学、人类学等有关学科在内的“叙事革命”。作为心理学领域内革命成果的叙事心理学,实质上体现了一种新的研究范式。它比起传统的心理学研究范式自有深刻之处。叙事以其建构意义、追寻价值、创造生活的独特性,将使心理学在为解决人的现实心理问题、提高人的生活质量服务的追求中发挥重要作用。     

On the Meta Rule of Energy Law: Contextual Reality Centered by Energy Transformation

The lack of the meta rule of energy law is the essential problem for the current conflict of energy law appositions and the valid establishment of theoretical systems. Therefore, it is crucial to set the energy transformation which symbolizes and normalize the energy revolution as the meta rule so that the problem is likely to be solved. The reason that energy transformation can be the meta rule is not only the result of reference of philosophical and law theories, but also the proved truth of the industrial revolution and Shale gas revolution in the U.S. Therefore, in establishing the energy law system in the future, the meta rule status of the energy transformation should be set up at the proper time to promote the normal development of the energy revolution in China.     

殖民主义文本中的印第安再现——对朗费罗《海华沙之歌》的解读

美国19世纪杰出诗人朗费罗以其充满神话传奇色彩的长篇叙事诗《海华沙之歌》，再现了早期印第安人的历史与文化。但是，此部作品在某种程度上以欧洲文明至上的偏见遮蔽了印第安人被殖民的历史原貌，因而成为一种充满了帝国主义话语的殖民主义文本。本文通过对《海华沙之歌》进行文本细读和对朗费罗所处时代的文化背景进行分析，探讨朗费罗对印第安人的再现，并进一步阐述这种再现背后潜在的原因。     

论后现代语境下的教师角色转换

后现代语境是由后现代主义哲学思潮中的各种异质话语相互激荡而成的,它提倡模糊性,注重可生成性,突显无序性,推崇主体间性,为教师角色的转换提供了时代契机。从＂立法者＂到＂阐释者＂,从＂知识灌输者＂到＂知识建构伙伴＂,从＂道德说教者＂到＂心理咨询师＂,从＂理性权威＂到＂平等中的首席＂,后现代语境下教师角色的转换势在必行。     

论宏观调控与政府经济行为的契合

政府经济行为在现代社会大量存在,应当接受宏观调控法的约束。政权体系中的调控部门对其他部门经济行为的调控并不违反基本法理。只有承认各个部门的独立利益及行为选择,才更有助于宏观调控措施发挥作用。     

关于刑事司法错误的理论动向：背景、现状及意旨

司法错误是反衬转型中国司法运行状态的重要指标之一。在司法转型的宏观背景下，诉讼法学界开始热烈研讨该论题，但晚近关于司法错误的研究动向却表现出感性、凌杂以及西方中心主义等现状困境。鉴于此，未来的理论走向不仅应张扬刑事司法错误在透视实践、变革制度、深化理论等方面的研讨意义，同时反思进路应更为实证、系统与本土。     

司法口语的语体特征

在司法语境中,话语的表达就不能象日常生活中的话语表达那样自由、随意。无论是司法人员,还是司法相对人的话语,都要受司法语境的制约。司法活动中司法人员的话语称为司法口语。司法人员既是法律的表述者,也是法律实施的主导者,所以,司法口语应该有严格的限制。     

NEIGHBORHOOD STRUCTURAL CHARACTERISTICS,INDIVIDUAL-LEVEL ATTITUDES,AND YOUTHS' CRIME REPORTING INTENTIONS*

Although the “stop snitching” phenomenon has brought recent attention to crime reporting, researchers have recognized for a long time the importance of this issue. Early studies focused on individual-level factors related to reporting, but recently, researchers have begun to examine neighborhood-level predictors. Most of these studies, however, omit key individual-level predictors of reporting and provide relatively little insight into the individual-level processes through which neighborhood context might affect reporting. This study uses survey data from a multisite, school-based study to examine whether neighborhood structural characteristics and individual-level attitudes and experiences are related to youths’ intentions to report crime. In addition, we assess whether neighborhood characteristics influence reporting via their effect on individual-level attitudes and experiences. We find that neighborhood poverty has an inverse relationship with crime reporting intentions and that numerous individual-level measures are associated with reporting, including attitudes toward the police, delinquency, and perceptions of the community. Importantly, the effects of neighborhood characteristics are reduced when youths’ attitudes and experiences are included in the model. Taken together, our findings suggest that neighborhood context might affect reporting by shaping the attitudes and experiences of youth.     

认知语境的建构与英语阅读理解

认知语境观揭示语义推理的认知心理依据和心理状态，语篇理解是一个”认知一推理”的动态化过程。认知语境及其在此基础上的预设在语篇处理中占有十分重要的地位，它揭示了语篇理解的认知心理依据，解释并制约着语言的表达与理解。本文从认知角度分析认知语境在阅读教学中的作用，从而指出在阅读教学中，教师应该引导学生运用正确的预设，建构合适的语境，提高学生的阅读能力和阅读速度。
