法治中的文本与语境分析

从“文本———语境”的关系来看待法治 ,可以发现法治的根本性问题在于文本意义的展开 ,而这种意义的展开是一种语境的依赖。通过分析语境与文本解读的关系 ,法治的核心问题将会得到近距离的审视。     

Between crises and sanctions: economic policy of the Russian Federation

This paper examines the root causes and features of crises of the Russian economy in 2014–2015 as a combination of structural and institutional problems, as well as cyclical and external shocks. The demand-side model of economic growth based on massive windfall revenue from oil and gas exports from the 2000s is now exhausted, and the country needs to shift to a new, supply-side model of growth. Mobilization and liberalization are discussed as two key economic policy alternatives. The analysis includes historical retrospection, which provides some important lessons from economic developments in the twentieth century: the Great Depression and the period of stagflation, the Soviet industrialization debate and perestroika, and the New Economic Policy in the USSR and the contemporary modernization of China. Special attention is paid to the mechanisms of economic growth acceleration in present-day Russia. They include macroeconomic stabilization, structural and institutional reforms based on liberalization of economic activity, and guarantees of property rights.     

Media–state relations in Burundi: Overview of a post-traumatic media ecology

Through an analysis of the relations between the state and the media in Burundi, this article aims to problematise these actors’ interactions within a context characterised by an asymmetry of power in favour of political authorities and some leeway enjoyed by the media. Through a review of a corpus constituted of scientific literature, reports documenting the situation of press freedom in the country, and newspaper articles, the present article shows that the legal framework governing media activity is rather protective of press freedom, despite some recent setbacks. Under this protective media context, the state uses a variety of devious means to strengthen its grip on the media sector and on journalists. The media, for their part, are obliged to manoeuvre in a post-traumatic context where issues of security have a strong public legitimacy. The article shows that in order to understand relations between the Burundian state and the media, it is necessary to place them in an asymmetrical power context where both face constraints and enjoy spaces of tactical intervention.

当今社会已进入视觉文化占主导的时代,人们的思维方式和审美方式也随之改变,动画已成为当代最重要的艺术形式之一,其所拥有的属性和领域越来越宽泛,当代动画也随之出现了媒介化、真实化、奇观化、狂欢化等新的美学特征,这些美学特征,为我们进一步研究和探讨动画美学提供了新的角度。     

Explaining the race/ethnicity–violence relationship: Neighborhood context and social psychological processes

Blacks and Latinos have higher levels of offending than Whites for violent crimes. Researchers have examined a range of explanations that primarily focus on race and have only begun to consider how macro contexts influence individual levels of violence. This study contributes to this literature by including both race and ethnicity, and by examining the role of social psychological processes in mediating the impact of neighborhood contexts on violence. Using the Add Health data, I demonstrate the importance of the neighborhood context, socioeconomic status, and social psychological processes in explaining the relationship between race, ethnicity and violence. Having witnessed and been victimized by violence is by far the most important social psychological process in explaining this relationship.     

我国金融消费者权益法律保护研究

金融消费者作为金融交易的一极对于构建和谐、健康的金融市场有着举足轻重的作用。然而,金融消费者的权益时常被侵犯且普遍保护不周。无论从经济学、社会学还是法学角度进行分析,对金融消费者权益进行保护都具有正当性。对于金融消费者的权益应当进行倾斜和适度的法律保护,并且应针对我国本土语境,对农民、年轻人和西部金融消费者给予更大程度的倾斜保护,对处于金融市场中垄断地位的国有金融应赋予更多保护金融消费者权益保护的义务。在法律制度安排上,结合我国国情应做出一般与特殊相结合的制度安排。     

论中国语境下法治政府的内涵和实质

我国法治政府建设正处于关键时期,在转型背景下,法治政府建设的实践对法治政府理论研究提出了新要求。基于对实践问题的思考,从利益配置、权利与权力关系和公民与政府关系的角度分析和再探讨法治政府的内涵,并提出建构良性互动型法治政府的理论设想,以期对转型时期我国建构法治政府的实践提供理论导引。     

井冈山时期毛泽东被误传为“开除党籍”的来龙去脉

党的十七届五中全会的重大政治使命是审议通过《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划的建议》。从历史视角解析这一政治使命,就必须梳理清楚党领导经济社会发展规划(计划)的历史脉络。这一脉络体现在我们党执政以来领导制定"一五"计划到"十二五"规划的整个过程,从中我们可以概括得出党领导经济社会发展规划(计划)的一些重要启示。

语境是话语产生的环境,而话语是课堂教学语境的基本单位。本文探讨多媒体技术对于课堂环境下信息传递的影响,通过对比传统课堂与多媒体课堂的语境特征,提出在多媒体课堂环境下应该注意培养学生的哪些能力。
