经济全球化与中国政治文化

经济全球化是当今时代的标志。目前西方发达资本主义国家在经济全球化进程中居于强势地位,给中国的政治文化造成双重影响。一方面为中国政治文化的发展提供了有利空间条件和丰富的文化资源,另一方面也从政治心理和政治思想两个层面对我国政治文化产生负面影响。面对这种情况,我们要有自己的核心价值取向,要以全球性和本土性交融互动为路径取向,加快经济建设,坚持党的领导,推动中国政治文化的发展。     

以人为本的马克思主义哲学当代形态下的教材建设

以人为本的时代精神应当成为马克思主义哲学当代形态建构的内在依据,而马克思主义哲学教材建设也应当本着这一思路进行变革。马克思主义哲学新教材编写应当包括人与自然、人与社会、人与思维、人与自我、自我与世界五大板块。     

Potential and pitfalls in establishing the provenance of Earth-related samples in forensic investigations

Earth scientists are often asked to establish or constrain the likely provenance of very small quantities of earth-related material as part of a forensic investigation. We tested the independent and collective interpretations of four experts with differing analytical skills in the prediction of sample provenance for three samples from different environmental settings. The methods used were X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, the assessment of pollen assemblages, and structural characterization of organic matter at the molecular level. Independent interpretations were less accurate than those where multiple techniques were combined. Collective interpretation was very effective in the assessment of provenance for two of the three sites where the mineralogy and plant communities were distinctive. At the other site, although the mineralogical analysis correctly identified the Triassic mudstone soil parent material, Carboniferous spores from domestic coal were initially interpreted as deriving directly from bedrock. Such an interpretation could be a common pitfall owing to anthropogenic redistribution of material such as coal.     

Building transregional and historical connections: Uyghur architecture in urban Xinjiang

Economic investment and the growing immigration of Han Chinese from other parts of China to the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region over the last three decades have increased the presence of eastern Chinese architecture in the urban built environment. This paper refers to the making of, residing in and speaking about the materiality of urban architecture by Turkic-speaking Muslim Uyghur middle-class actors. Besides creating personal comfort through Uyghur elements they draw ethnic boundaries to the Han Chinese. In highlighting the materiality of architecture, the analysis expands beyond the individual house by investigating the ways in which urban architecture offers spaces of meaning for social and ethnic communities. Based on ethnographic data, this paper argues that due to the political context and the state-controlled urban development with Chinese characteristics, urban Uyghur architecture was relegated from the outside of houses to an emphasis on interior decoration.     

“The Symbol of Our Nation”: The Slouch Hat,the First World War,and Australian Identity

Australian scholars are now familiar with the tropes of the Anzac legend. This narrative describes the realisation of an Australian masculine identity, whose characteristics were forged on the Australian frontier and validated through the ordeal of battle. Though many writers contributed to this narrative, C.E.W. Bean, the official historian of the Australian Imperial Force during the First World War, is most closely associated with the popularisation of this myth, which fused frontier and martial masculinity into a national archetype.

This article will examine the role of the slouch hat as a material and visual device that helped communicate the Anzac legend. While most of the scholarship that examines the construction of this narrative focuses on its articulation in prose, this narrative was also popularised through other media. Artists drew symbols of the frontier into their paintings while museum directors arranged their artefacts to support this narrative. This article will argue that the slouch hat provided an essential visual device to connect the narratives of frontier and martial masculinity through the image of the Australian soldier.     

对外国卫生法学课程教材建设的若干思考

“外国卫生法”作为新开设的一门卫生法学专业特色课程，由于统编教材的缺少，给老师的教学和学生的学习都来了负面影响。外国卫生法学教材的编写要面向师生，既为教师而写又为学生而写。授课教师可以参与教材编写，但同时也要吸收法学专家和实务工作者参加，教材编写的内容和体系要坚持理论、立法和实践的三位一体。在教材编写时将国际卫生法的内容纳入其中，教材采用夹叙夹议的方式予以阐释知识点，同时注重知识的系统性，与其他卫生法学的教材做好衔接和过渡。     

刑事诉讼证据真实性的理性辨思——以新刑事诉讼法为背景的探讨

2012年的新刑事诉讼法出台,证据概念被重新界定,传统＂事实说＂被＂材料说＂所取代。新定义下的证据虽然是材料,需要查证属实方能作为定案根据,但真实性仍然是不可抛却的证据属性。从反思何家弘教授早前关于对证据真实性要求的批评,到从认识论与盖然确定的角度分析＂真实＂,我们从动态的、时间推演的角度来使用一种实践理性层面的证据真实性。这种实践理性的真实性要求亦有实体法层面的规定与之相呼应,理论上亦为＂可信性＂提供借鉴。     

现代警察体育擒拿格斗教材结构革新探究

将70年代以来的警察体育教材比较分析后发现,长期以来,警察体育擒拿格斗教材更新频率较低,存在教材内容设置、结构安排等与培养目标不相适应、科学性不足等缺陷。为此,必须依据现代教育思想和教育规律,对教材从课程理念、法律特色、内容结构、版面结构和组织结构等方面进行改革,编制新型的警察体育擒拿格斗教材。     

毛泽东对开创中国特色社会主义的几大贡献——纪念毛泽东同志诞辰120周年

今年是毛泽东诞辰120周年，毛泽东对开创中国特色社会主义所作的重大贡献又一次引起我们的深思。党的十八~-tlt告指出：以毛泽东同志为核心的党的第一代中央领导集体为新的历史时期开创中国特色社会主义提供了宝贵经验、理论准备、物质基础。本文从此三个方面来论述毛泽东对开创中国特色社会主义所作的重大贡献。     

主流国际体系理论研究评述

体系理论是当前国际关系理论研究中最核心的内容之一。国际体系研究来源于对国际关系研究进行的层次划分,这是在对决策分析进行系统反思的基础上完成的。国际体系是在体系层面考察国际关系时提出的新概念,它是指在特定历史时期,彼此进行互动的主要世界大国,按照一定的结构形式结合在一起所构成的整体。目前为止,国际体系研究的内容涉及国际体系的无政府性、国际体系的结构和进程等核心内容,各大主流理论流派都对此有不同的观察和论述。一方面,体系理论研究建立了空前简明的科学理论模型和整体主义的宏大理论,但另一方面,也存在着非常明显的排斥单位要素的理论倾向。
