当前我国社会阶层分化的特点探析

当前,我国社会阶层在社会转型的推动下发生了前所未有的分化,而人民群众内涵与外延的不断扩展、阶层分化中的固化趋势以及社会中间阶层比例的增长缓慢则构成了分化进程中的显著特点。对这些特点进行分析归类,有利于发现伴随阶层分化而出现的各种社会问题,从而为制定合理的社会政策提供理论依据和支持。

陷害教唆与侦查圈套有着天然的伴生关系 ,按我国教唆犯二重性的通说 ,陷害教唆行为应具有可罚性 ,但并非所有类型的侦查圈套都具有可罚性。应根据不同类型作具体分析。     

299例中小学生中医兼夹体质与近视相关性分析

目的 研究中小学生近视与中医兼夹体质的相关性。方法 以在北京同仁医院眼科门诊就诊的299例中小学生为样本,采用《中医体质分类与判定》判定其体质类型,采用logistic回归分析探究中医兼夹体质与中小学生近视的相关性。结果 299例受试者中,近视者237例,非近视者62例。兼夹体质者近视发病的危险度较平和质者显著增高（OR值为1.39;95% CI为1.04～1.86,P=0.03）。结论 兼夹体质是近视的危险因素,尚需大样本进一步确证。     

和谐语境下社会公益权研究——公益诉讼中社会中间层角色考量

在建设和谐社会的背景下,对公共利益的救济成为关注的焦点问题。公共利益是公益诉讼的利益源头,以利益出发,对公共利益进行法权凝练,进而建构社会公益权这种新型的权利,并以此为权利契机,对公益诉讼的主体进行分析,赋予社会中间层组织以原告资格,是对现有权利体系与诉讼制度的完善与修正。     

From British subjects to Australian values: a citizenship-building approach to Australia–Asia relations

Australia–Asia relations are inextricably bound up with the development of notions of statehood and citizenship. The argument advanced here is that the way a state acts within the international community markedly determines how it relates to its own citizens. Here we suggest that the continuing and politically resonant idea of Australia as a ‘middle power’ is a crucial thread that links the international and national dimensions of citizenship building. From the very beginning of Federation, the contingent sovereignty of the new Australian Commonwealth in the imperial order became necessarily entangled with debate over national political institutions and citizenship building. Long after the end of the British Empire, the notion of middle power politics has determined the nature and shape of citizenship building. These statecraft projects of ‘citizenship building’ are profoundly shaped, determined and reinforced by the institutions and policies of regional engagement. We explore this framework through three critical junctures of domestic and external policy: 1. the emergence of dominion status on the basis of a common racial and cultural identity within the empire in the first half of the century;

2. the developing notion of a good international citizen during the Hawke and Keating period;

3. the invocation of Australian values by John Howard.

     

在初中生中开展毒品预防教育的几点思考

青少年吸毒人数持续增长的趋势近年来已引起有关部门的警惕和关注 ,尽管各相关部门已在人力、物力上作了大量投入 ,积极有效的开展青少年毒品预防教育 ,但由于受国内外复杂环境的影响 ,特别是新型毒品对青少年无孔不入的侵害 ,使青少年毒品预防教育仍面临严峻挑战。为了使防范教育起到实效 ,具体做法 :1 委派经验丰富的禁毒民警或禁毒专业教师到校园开展毒品预防教育 ;2 客观地讲清楚毒品的真相 ,严禁用恐吓方式进行教育 ;3 对来自问题家庭的学生或问题孩子要重点防护。     

贵州民族地区中小学数学教师实施新课程现状的调查研究

贵州民族地区中小学数学教师实施新课程五年来取得的主要成效有:教师的教育观念有一定程度的转变;教学行为有一些初步的变化;教学科研意识有所增强;继续学习愿望强烈。存在的主要问题是:教师对课改基本理念和数学教育价值的认识表浅;专业理论欠缺:分析和驾驭新教材的能力弱;教学行为经验性、操作性特征突出而研究性、创造性、反思性严重不足。     

The Pegida Movement and German Political Culture: Is Right‐Wing Populism Here to Stay?

This article outlines the rise and fall of the ‘Patriotic Europeans against the Islamisation of the West’ (Pegida), a right‐wing populist street movement that originated in the city of Dresden in October 2014 and peaked in January 2015. The Pegida movement combined fear of ‘Islamisation’ with general criticism of Germany's political class and the mainstream media. This ambivalent and largely undefined political profile proved its strength in mobilising a significant minority of right‐wing citizens in the local context of Dresden and the federal state of Saxony, but generally failed to spill over to other parts of Germany. The social profile of the Pegida movement, which included ‘ordinary citizens’ with centre‐right to far‐right attitudes, points to significant overlap between general disenchantment of the political centre ground in Germany with the political system, as outlined in recent sociological research, and the ability of a largely leaderless populism to mobilise in the streets.

An Honourable Profession: Public Employees and Identity Construction in Chile, 1880–1920

This paper analyses how public employees at two Chilean government offices constructed their occupational identities. In contrast to the vast majority of previous work, which took the 1920s as its starting point, this study focuses on the period between 1880 and 1920. Additionally, the construction of identity is analysed in direct relation to performance in the workplace. The paper asserts that public criticism of their performance prompted public employees to develop an image of themselves based on the concept of their honourability as competent and honest workers.
