当代中国社会道德价值观调查报告

改革开放三十年来,中国的经济、政治、文化等领域发生了巨大的改变,人们的思想观念和生活观念也发生了显著的变化。该调查课题通过对中国当代社会道德价值观从社会理想,公德,德性,个体价值、理想与信仰四个维度的调查研究与分析,得出如下结论：国人在现实主义的基础上深藏着社会理想与个人信仰的追求,在转型期传统思维与现代生活矛盾交错,传统的厚德载物、自强不息依然是主要的国民道德特征,和谐社会是党和人民永恒不懈的追求。     

论邓小平德育思想对学分制下高校德育的指导

学分制管理体制下,高校德育实效性低下已成为不争事实。原因主要有三：一是德育生命线地位被虚化而没有得到落实;二是学分制下学生的德育目标如何合理确立以及实现却始终是一个难题;三是没有形成开放的德育思想。而坚持德育首位,落实德育为先的理念是解决德育低效的前提;实事求是,合理分居设置学生的德育目标是增强德育实效性的有效途径之一;树立开放德育理念,建立学校、家庭和社会三位一体的德育网络体系是提高德育实效性的重要保证。     

论德育与美育的同构

从关学的视野反观道德教育,从德育的视野体悟关学,是非常重要的。传统的知性德育要跨越其困境,实现改革效果明朗化,必须进行美学取向的实践。德育与美育同构的过程主要体现为道德内化过程,可分为认知过程、情感过程和意志过程。德育与美育的共同价值指向是善,美育给予德育的最根本的东西是精神内涵。     

Religious tides: The time‐variant effect of religion on morality policies

Morality policies evince a much closer relationship to religious doctrines than is the case in other policy areas and hence constitute a most likely case for the observation of religious effects on policymaking and regulatory change. Yet we still lack generally accepted answers to the questions of whether and how religion matters to morality policy. In this paper, we present a theoretical argument that helps to overcome the seemingly contradictory expectations derived from the secularization and religion matters hypotheses. We postulate a bottleneck effect of religious opposition: while religious influence matters most during early stages of the policy process when the problem definition of a moral issue is still in flux, it diminishes during later stages when the issue has made it onto the political agenda. We find evidence of the bottleneck effect in a dataset of policy permissiveness covering 26 countries and spanning 50 years for five morality policies (abortion, euthanasia, homosexuality, pornography, and same‐sex marriage). The data is analyzed via a multilevel model and using Bayesian inference.

对公司社会责任的争议以及对公司社会责任性质的争议很多,但主要集中在其为法律责任还是社会责任这一问题上。对某一事物性质的界定,必须在特定的框架内来讨论才有意义。公司的社会责任是一个超出了法律规定范围的广义的综合概念,同时也是一个随着企业与社会相互关系的动态发展而不断发展变化的范畴,其产生和发展均有一定的理论基础。     

Understanding the psychological aspects of the radicalisation process:a sociocognitive approach

Understanding the psychological dimensions underlying the radicalisation process is a considerable challenge in the context of the legal judicial treatment of perpetrators of acts of radical violence. This clinical and qualitative study is based on an analysis of legal expert interviews of people at different stages of the radicalisation process. It highlights common psychological characteristics in personality, mechanisms of moral neutralisation and sociocognitive and interpretive treatment during radicalisation. These observations suggest the applicability of a model of cognitive–emotional transformation of self and meaning-building in radical violent engagement.     

Hispanic Adolescents and Substance Abuse:

The purpose of this article is to provide an understanding of the present state of knowledge about the probIem of substance abuse among Hispanic youth and to identify issues with which researchers, clinicians, administrators, and policy makers will have to deal in the coming decade. To do so, it will focus on five major areas: (1) the limitations of drug-related statistics; (2) demographic characteristics of Hispanics in the United States; (3) a review of the literature on Hispanic adolescent substance abuse; (4) factors inhibiting a comprehensive analysis of the problem, its treatment, and appropriate policies; and (5) issues for the 1980s.     

Decent work and indecent trade agendas: the European Union and ACP countries

The European Commission has promised to promote decent work in the African, Caribbean, and Pacific (ACP) countries through pro-poor direct investment and livelihood-creating trade deals. Aligning with the discourse of the International Labour Organisation, the European Commission seeks to achieve ‘fair globalisation’ in which economic growth is translated into decent jobs. Applying a moral economy perspective, however, the article argues that there is a disjuncture between the norms espoused under the Decent Work Agenda and the tangible implications of European interventions in ACP economies. Specifically, Economic Partnership Agreements will have deleterious consequences for the lives of many poorer producers and workers in ACP countries. The provision of Aid for Trade for decent work, moreover, may not deliver meaningful decent work opportunities in ACP countries. In this analysis, the article explores the emergent normativity-outcomes gap in this sphere of European Union external relations.     

Moral economy in a global era: the politics of provisions during contemporary food price spikes

The wave of food riots since 2007 revived interest in why people protest in periods of dearth, yet research has to date failed to make sense of the political cultures of food protests. The concept of the moral economy in European history is explored here to make sense of contemporary political perspectives on how food markets should work in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Kenya and Zambia. The concrete expressions of these moral economies are localized and politically contingent, yet there are broad areas of common ground across settings. As with the moral economies of seventeenth- and eighteenth-century Europe, there is strong popular feeling against speculation and collusion in food markets in times of dearth, and an emphasis on the responsibilities of public authorities to act. But whereas the moral economy in European histories focused on customary paternalistic obligations, the contemporary emphasis is on formal and electoral accountabilities as a means of triggering public action. The paper concludes with a discussion of a research agenda on the moral economy and the politics of provisions in globalised present-day food markets.
