现行人民币汇率稳定机制探讨

自2005年人民币汇率制度改革以来,人民币汇率形成机制日趋市场化。由于汇率在我国具有较强的"桑顿效应"和较高的"穿越效应",人民币汇率的剧烈波动将对我国宏观经济产生许多不利影响。为完善现行人民币汇率稳定机制,我国需要在外汇市场、货币市场和资本市场各领域进行相应的改革。     

The Domestication of Violence: Forging a Collective Memory of the Holocaust in Britain, 1945-6

Stone engages with his subject on two levels, the theoretical and the empirical. On the theoretical side, he argues for the meaningfulness of the term 'collective memory' by showing how the response to the Holocaust in Britain served certain communal needs. 'Collective memory' here is the way in which a group produces narratives of the past which enable it to perpetuate itself, to take account of the past without disturbing its own self-definition. On the empirical level, Stone shows that this response was one which domesticated the horror of what had occurred in order to make its narration bearable. The process was by no means a deliberate whitewashing of the murders; it demonstrates how, in the construction of collective memory, the most painful episodes are unconsciously written out or integrated into more uplifting stories. For example, the murder of the Jews of Europe was frequently tied into a narrative of catastrophe and redemption in which the Zionist cause signalled the Jews' ultimate triumph over adversity. Looking at well-known texts and figures such as James Parkes, as well as lesser-known ones, Stone shows that 'collective memory' is a useful term for understanding the way in which texts and rituals combine to construct (whether consciously or otherwise) a certain understanding of the past. In the case of the British response to the Holocaust in the immediate post-war period, this meant a failure to recognize the full enormity of what had taken place, and the incorporation of the murders into culturally familiar narratives.

农村住房及宅基地流转制度研究

农村住房及宅基地的问题是"三农"研究的重要课题。长期以来,农民房屋私人所有与宅基地使用权集体所有的矛盾十分突出,农村住房及宅基地流转限制问题一直未能得到有效解决,造成住房及宅基地资源大量浪费,严重影响了农村经济的发展。因此,加强农村住房及宅基地制度改革与创新,建立有效的农村住房及宅基地流转机制,对于加快农村和谐发展和城乡一体化进程具有重要意义。     

Autonomy: A study of social exchange in a carceral setting

Marshaling ethnographic data from a county jail, this study introduces “autonomy”—a novel concept and measurement of the degree to which an actor's exchange initiations are regulated by other exchange relations. This study rearticulates mutual dependence arguments about the social order of penological living in terms of social exchange theory and offers several innovations: 1) the structural forms of exchange relations in a penal housing unit stratify “carceral autonomy” across members of a social order; 2) diminished carceral autonomy contributes to the buildup of “exchange frustration”—the mixture of discontent and sadness experienced when goals cannot be achieved due the structure of an exchange network; 3) deprivations, inefficacies, and imported cultural standards contribute to what is exchanged and with whom in a penological setting; 4) caretaking in penological housing units is as much about maintaining social order through a form of generalized exchange as it is about network members helping each other; and 5) the emotional landscape of penological living can be mapped, in part, by examining the distribution of carceral autonomy and exchange frustration.     

Narratives of Being a Helper: The Presentation of Supporters and Victims in Victim Support Sweden

The aim of this study was to determine how self-presentation is formulated in victim supporters’ narratives of their interactions with crime victims, and identify the function of the presentation of the crime victim in this self-presentation. This was done through a narrative analysis of material from 12 focus groups in which representatives of Victim Support Sweden discussed their work. A master narrative was identified, in which ideals of flexibility and helpfulness are counterbalanced with ideals of setting proper limits. The analysis also showed that helper ideals were presented in a consistent way, while the concrete helping repertoire presented varied greatly.

In memoriam: Leonard J. Theberge

The study examines Pat Robertson's use of The 700 Club television program to establish and sustain celebrity status and in turn to promote partisan politics through seemingly objective news accounts. The findings indicate that The 700 Club news segments consistently rely on narrative techniques that mask Robertson's intensely partisan content and provide what Kenneth Burke terms symbolic medicine for his particular audience.     

融贯论的可能性与限度——作为追求法官论证合理性的适当态度和方法

法律领域一般有三种融贯论：法律论证中的融贯论、法律体系内的融贯论、法律融贯主义。结合此三种理论可以很好地分析法官审判实践中的论证标准。融贯论的运用必须区分叙述性融贯和规范性融贯。叙述性融贯保持认识论的基本原则，规范性融贯则是与法官的实践理性相关。叙述性融贯中基础融贯论为法官认定事实提供了形式标准；而在规范性融贯中，解释的融贯论揭示了法官的基本立场以及价值取向，它不是庸俗化的实用主义，而是一种有效地实现关于法律命题完整集合的方法。在这两个层面上，法官的论证可以趋向认识上的合理性以及价值判断上的合理性。
