牛病毒性腹泻病毒基因1型全基因组的测序分析

以我国新疆地区分离的1株牛源牛病毒性腹泻病毒基因1型毒株为研究对象,参照GenBank中的牛病毒性腹泻病毒1型基因组全序列,根据保守序列设计6对重叠引物,通过RT-PCR扩增出该毒株不同的cDNA片段,分别克隆到pMD19-T载体,转化受体菌JM109,挑取阳性克隆进行PCR、酶切鉴定及测序分析,为了解该毒株的遗传变异及基因结构与生物功能的关系,为开发牛病毒性腹泻病毒新型疫苗奠定基础。测序结果表明,该病毒全基因序列核苷酸为12 302nt(GenBank登录号:JN704144),该病毒基因组具有一个11 694nt开放阅读框编码的多聚蛋白,5′-UTR长382nt,3′-UTR长224nt,BVDV1-3156的全基因组序列分析发现该毒株为BVDV1b亚型。Blast比对分析显示,该毒株与VEDEVAC株的相似性最高,为90.9%。该毒株与BVDV1型其他毒株的全基因组序列具有较大的差异。

税收优惠违反国民待遇原则悖论——兼谈我国外商投资企业税收政策的选择

近几年来,主张合并内外资企业所得税法、取消外商投资企业税收优惠的观点日渐盛行。这一观点在法律上的依据主要是税收优惠违反了WTO国民待遇原则。通过研究不难发现,WTO并不存在国民待遇原则,而且有关协定的国民待遇也排除了对所得税的适用,我国对外双边税收协定也排除了国民待遇原则。税收优惠不存在违反国民待遇原则的问题,而且符合税收公平原则。我国对外商投资企业采取怎样的税收政策拥有完全的主权,完全应根据我国经济发展的需要对外商投资企业的税收政策作出正确的选择。     

相似性在笔迹鉴定中的运用研究

客观世界普遍存在着相似现象,在笔迹检验鉴定中,也毫不例外地存在着相似性的现象,而且这种相似性现象始终存在于笔迹检验鉴定的全过程,因此相似性在笔迹鉴定中的运用就突显了其重要性。相似性在笔迹鉴定中影响到检材样本的收集、笔迹检验的步骤和方法、对笔迹鉴定结论的综合评断等环节。     

影响和制约翻译的文化因素

英汉两种语言文化在翻译交流过程中,经常遇到的各种各样源于文化的干扰和制约因素。本文从译者的思维方式,价值观念和审美取向三方面论述了文化因素对翻译的影响和制约,意在揭示翻译活动的一些内在活动规律并阐明在跨文化交际活动中了解东西方文化差异对大学英语翻译教学的重要性。     

Viewing time measures and sexual interest: another piece of the puzzle

Abstract

The present study compared a viewing time (VT) measure with the Sexual Deviance Card Sort (Laws et al., 2000 Laws, D. R., Hanson, R. K., Osborn, C. A. and Greenbaum, P. E. 2000. Classification of child molesters by plethysmographic assessment of sexual arousal and a self-report measure of sexual preference. Journal of Interpersonal Violence, 15: 1297–1312. [Crossref], [Web of Science ®] , [Google Scholar]) and past sexual behaviour. Twenty-six adult males who committed a contact sexual offence (19 of whom had child victims and seven with adult victims) each completed the self-report card sort and viewed 640 slides of nude and clothed males and females, ages 5, 9, 13 years and adult. The offenders were unaware that their viewing time was being recorded. VT allowed for greater consistent classification of sexual interest: for gender preference, 79% for individuals with child victims, 86% for individuals with adult victims; for age preference, 84% for individuals with child victims, and 57% for individuals with adult victims. Results demonstrated that a combination of nude and clothed computer-modified imagery can provide accurate sexual interest classification.     

Research on the local regional similarity of automatic fingerprint identification system fingerprints based on close non-matches in a ten million people database—Taking the central region of whorl as an example

The local regional similarity of fingerprints has always been a hot issue in the field of fingerprint research. With the increasing size of ten-print databases, the appearance of close non-matches (CNMs) in automatic fingerprint identification system (AFIS) candidate lists has attracted increasing attention from forensic science departments worldwide. In this study, three categories (high-, medium-, and low-level) of standards for CNMs were established and 60 whorl samples were marked with different numbers of minutiae to explore the occurrence and influencing factors of CNMs in AFIS candidate lists based on a ten million people database. The results showed that all prints could be found with their corresponding CNMs. The average occurrence rate of CNMs for every query was 52.7% in the top 100 lists, and the most similar CNM was exactly the same in the local area of 12 coincidence points. CNMs appeared more in the middle and lower parts of the central region of the whorl. Moreover, shorter C2C distances and the same finger number and hand led to more CNMs being inspected. CNMs with higher similarity required a more extensive regional area and smaller minutiae density. We concluded that CNMs have a high occurrence rate in large-scale databases and many factors are closely related to them. Fingerprint examiners and researchers need to strengthen their understanding of CNMs to avoid the occurrence of misidentification like the Madrid bombings.     

Exploring Drivers of Innovative Technology Adoption Intention: The Case of Plug‐In Vehicles

How individuals respond to innovative technologies depends on how motivated they are by an array of internal and external factors and the informational and cost barriers they face. To better understand technology adoption decision making we (i) assess changes in intent to purchase plug‐in vehicles in response to reductions in their price and (ii) identify motivators that incline new car buyers toward plug‐ins under status quo and reduced vehicle cost scenarios. We find that individuals already inclined toward alternative vehicles have a higher interest in plug‐ins under a reduced‐cost scenario than individuals who favor conventional vehicles. We also find that individuals who shift their vehicle preference from conventional gasoline to plug‐in vehicles are motivated by material factors and fears relating to the innovative technology, whereas those shifting preferences between less to more innovative technologies are likely to be motivated by a mix of material and nonmaterial factors.

运用听审记录和访谈资料进行的话语分析,向我们展示了离婚案件审理中法官话语的男性偏向,其深层次原因包括:照顾弱者政策的执行受到女性形象转变的冲击、中国日趋格式化的司法体系缺乏对性别意识和女性话语的关注,以及法官话语性别议题背后的权力配置。通过对这些因素的揭示与分析,希望促进人们对司法领域中失语群体的关注,从而有助于构建更为完善合理的司法体系。     

甘肃省装备制造产业结构的发展演化：2002—2012

该文通过构建结构相似系数、产业需求弹性系数以及比较劳动生产率等统计量,探寻甘肃省装备制造产业发展演化过程中的特征和规律。研究发现,甘肃省装备制造产业结构整体上呈现出趋同性,但也有部分产业与其他产业间存在分化的迹象;金融制品产业市场容量存在进一步缩小的趋势,交通运输设备制造业在多数年份的市场容量均较小;产业内部的劳动生产率存在明显的差异性,且其变动趋势也不尽相同。
