圣俗之间——浅谈佛教与贵州少数民族文化的互动融合

流行于下层民众社会里的文化和信仰,支撑起了中国民众的大多数人的精神家园,并且对他们的生活产生了潜移默化的影响,而受这种信仰所影响的现实生活又对现有的信仰体系予以反作用,使之产生一定程度的改变以适应变化着的生活世界。     

Silent partners: archaeological insights on mobility,interaction and civilization in Central Asia’s past

ABSTRACT

Civilizations are as complex as the human relationships that engendered them, and outlining these relational qualities within open notions of mobility and interaction frames a reconceptualization of Central Asia’s past. Recent Eurasian archaeological research deconstructs deterministic political-economic or hierarchical typologies of civilization and the overly simplified narrative that roots it in urban centres perpetually juxtaposed with nomadic groups. Archaeological evidence from the Oxus Civilization, Central Asia’s earliest complex polity (ca. 2500–1400 BCE), reveals the deep roots of sedentary–mobile interactions. I argue that Oxus–steppe relationships helped maintain the long-term structural cohesion of the Oxus Civilization as a multicultural entity, with implications for subsequent Central Asian polities. As we begin to balance the lopsided conversations about the social formations of Central Asia’s past and present, the silent partnership that characterized the Oxus Civilization is given a voice that forces us to reconsider who, exactly, belongs inside our notions of civilization.     

论社区治理中的多元权力互动

治理的权力向度是多元的而不是单一的,它强调协调而不是控制,强调权利主体责任的模糊性和相互依赖而不是彼此孤立和封闭。治理理论在社区管理中具有实证的经验依据和现实必要性。党组织、政府组织、自治组织、非营利组织都是社区治理的主体。多元主体的持续互动,是增进公共利益、促进社区良治的基础。而党组织和政府组织则是社区良治的领导和主导力量。     

Towards the Development of a Conflict Escalation Model: The Case of Israeli Youth

The aim of this study was to present and initially test a model of escalation to verbal and physical aggression among Israeli youths. Stratified sampling was used to obtain data from 799 students in the 7th, 8th, and 9th grades of junior high schools in a northern Israeli city and its suburbs. A structural equation model (SEM) analysis confirmed that there is a significant positive correlation between the constructs of the so-called escalation preference and capability, and showed that both significantly influenced the escalation pattern. In addition, boys and younger students appeared to demonstrate a higher escalatory tendency than girls and older students. Theoretical and practical implications for professional intervention are discussed.

Public-private partnerships in China： A responsive participation

This article reflects on the rise of public-private partnerships （PPPs） in China. Though PPP is relatively new in China, it draws on a recent series of policies, guidance materials and rules relating to the provision of public facilities and services in tandem with global developments. This paper reviews the development of PPPs in China with selected project cases in the first two sections. The third section of the paper highlights some of the key challenges facing PPPs in China following some considerable controversies and experiences in the delivery of public service and infrastructure development. Hence, given the many limitations of PPPs and complex deals, it is suggested that other countries＇ experiences be drawn upon as comparisons and lessons learnt for better governance of PPPs in China.     

个案工作理论的两个基本问题

以往个案工作理论的基本问题是以人适应外部环境的理论假设为基础，把评估求助者困难的过程视为认识其在适应外部环境过程中所遇到的阻碍。要解决这一问题，就必须研究人的感受方式，并在此基础上构建个案工作理论的新的视角——内部理解法，即从求助者的内部感受出发，借助理解方法分析他人评价在人际互动过程中对求助者感受的具体影响方式和过程。     

律师与法官关系的重构

律师与法官是一个国家司法的中坚力量,如何构建我国律师与法官的关系,是一个常说常新的话题。笔者在实证调查的基础上,提出了律师与法官关系的重构措施:认为应当加强律师与法官的自律;实现律师与法官的关系合理"隔离";建立律师和法官之间的沟通与互动机制;完善律师与法官的监督与制约程序;构建法律职业共同体。     

关联与互动：心理学研究方法的文化品性探新

心理学研究方法是心理学研究中的重要问题.长期以来,心理学家一直关注和强调心理学研究方法的工具属性,仅仅将其视为达成心理学研究的工具或者手段,这严重地窄化和局限了对心理学研究方法的理解和认识,也会影响和局限到对心理学的认识.事实上,在心理学研究方法与文化传统和社会现实之间,还存在着更深层次的关联和互动.心理学研究方法除了具有作为技术支撑的工具属性以外,其文化品质还应该从与文化传统和社会现实的关联和互动中,获得对研究方法全面而又深刻的认识和理解.     

女中学生师生交往的现状与问题分析

师生交往对女中学生的社会技能、自我意识、学业成绩和心理健康等均有重要的影响。调查显示，目前女中学生师生交往过程中存在的问题主要有：师生交往范围狭窄、频度低；师生交往的情感性因素匮乏；女中学生对教师的信任度低；女中学生主体性发挥不够；女中学生交往自我效能感低。
