Farm Conflict in France and the Europeanisation of Agricultural Policy

This article investigates farm conflict in France from 1958 to the present in relation to the dynamics of Europeanisation. The framework emphasises how institutions shape farm conflict by mediating market forces, structuring the political opportunities of contending groups and shaping their world views. The analysis investigates the relationship between institutional politics and contentious politics at three junctures of the development of the CAP: its formation (1958-69), consolidation (1970-87), and reform (1988 to present). The findings suggest that European institutions have played a significant role in the production and transformation of farm conflict in France.

论台湾地区的交付审判制度

2002年,台湾地区在建立改良式当事人主义的总体目标下,以德国的强制起诉制度和日本的准起诉制度为蓝本,于《刑事诉讼法》中创设了交付审判制度,以监督、制衡检察官的不起诉权限。不过,该制度自创设以来,不论是学说上对其违反控审分离原则的批评,还是对其一连串具体制度运行可行性的质疑,都使这一制度陷入了困境。因此,在研究交付审判制度时,除了对这一制度加以介绍外,对其进行适度的反思也是必不可少的。     

对我国户籍制度改革价值取向的反思

价值取向规定着户籍制度改革的理性方向和价值认同。城镇化是当前我国户籍制度改革的价值取向。本文通过对公民权利、市场经济、城镇化本身以及改革内生性四个层面的分析 ,认为户籍制度改革的价值取向不应该是城镇化 ,而应该重新界定为人口迁徙的自由。

War Hypotheses: Drug Trafficking,Sovereignty and the Armed Forces in Mexico

This essay analyses how Mexican presidents have interpreted the concepts of drug trafficking and national security and how these particular connotations have redefined national sovereignty and the specific role of the armed forces in protecting this sovereignty. A qualitative technique of discourse analysis is used to examine public speeches by Zedillo (1994–2000), Fox (2000–2006) and Calderón (2006–2012). The conclusions suggest that drug trafficking and US omnipresence are the two main issues that shaped Mexico's national security threats during this period, with qualitatively distinct trajectories.

文章对我国当前保安队伍现状做了市场调查,进而根据各种调查数据进行研究,分析了我国当前保安队伍的现状,指出保安人员数量短缺、从业人员文化程度偏低;年龄、性别比例不合理;保安公司相关保障不到位,从业人员流失率高;岗位培训形同虚设,职业技能欠缺;相关法律救济手段欠缺等五个问题制约了我国保安公司队伍的成长和发展。

Also included are reflections on graduate education and the compatibility and necessary dual focus on both political science and teaching in the academy today as it relates to my present-day professional position.

要实现公安队伍的革命化、现代化、正规化,就必须加强对公安队伍的严格管理。根据《中共中央关于加强公安工作的决定》和公安队伍建设“从严治警”的基本方针,结合公安队伍管理的现状,探索出了四条基本规律：领导权威控制规律;公安行为规范规律;集体行动协调规律;队伍合力凝聚规律。
