Distinctiveness of Adolescent and Emerging Adult Romantic Relationship Features in Predicting Externalizing Behavior Problems

Romantic relationship involvement has repeatedly been associated with the incidence of externalizing behavior problems, but little is known about the nature and developmental significance of this relation. The current study extends previous research by investigating whether and through what processes romantic relationships distinctively predict externalizing behavior problems during adolescence compared to emerging adulthood. Data came from the Minnesota Longitudinal Study of Parents and Children. As predicted, higher levels of romantic relationship security at 16 years were associated with lower levels of externalizing behavior problems during both adolescence and emerging adulthood, but this inverse relation was stronger for emerging adults than for adolescents. This relation was not attributable either to earlier quality of family and peer relationships or emerging adulthood competence. Thus, security of romantic relationships may become increasingly predictive of individual differences in externalizing behavior problems as individuals move from adolescence to emerging adulthood.

信用卡诈骗犯罪定性研究

信用卡诈骗罪是我国刑法中的一类新型犯罪。对于假借信用卡非法获取财物或财产性利益的行为,是否一概认定为信用卡诈骗犯罪,国内外理论和立法并不统一。以我国信用卡交易的实践及其交易规则为基础,分析我国信用卡诈骗犯罪的行为构造;在借鉴、考察国外相关立法和未来信用卡发展趋势等的基础上,提出:作为一种现代新型犯罪,我国刑法中的信用卡诈骗罪兼有传统诈骗罪和盗窃罪的双重属性。由此,可以有效避免实践中对相关犯罪行为定性上的分歧,并能适应未来信用卡犯罪的发展趋势。     

关于强迫虚拟"性行为"的本质及其处罚的思考

关于强迫虚拟"性行为",即虚拟强奸行为和虚拟强制猥亵行为,学术界对此并没有理论研究热情,而司法机关在实践中,对部分具有危害性的虚拟性行为如组织虚拟卖淫以及虚拟卖淫行为以组织表演淫秽罪、传播淫秽物品牟利罪、传播淫秽物品罪等罪名进行定罪量刑.但是,虚拟强奸和虚拟强制猥亵行为却处于惩罚上的空白地段.因此,很有必要启动立法程序对此类危害行为进行立法规定,以便及时地以刑罚的方法进行调整.     

网络热门影视对青少年认知、情感、行为的影响

网络视频是当下青少年网络应用的热门类型，他们青睐包括青春偶像类、国产情感伦理类、海外剧、日本动画片等在内的七大主要影视类型。这些影视类型对青少年的认知、情感和行为产生了重要影响。在认知方面，青少年对国外认可度较高，对国内种种现象不太认同，产生认同困惑；在情感方面，青少年在爱情、亲情和其他情感方面均产生了现实与理想的困惑；在行为方面，影响已经呈现在了语言、形象、消费、交友、婚恋、工作等从个体行为到社会行为的多个层面。     

Party brands and voting

Some scholars argue that Western societies have seen a decreasing impact of voting behavior based on cleavages and party identifications. Equally, issue ownership voting is seemingly not increasing its relevance by filling this gap. From this departure we seek out an alternative variable by posing the question: Do party brands influence voting behavior? Currently, we do not know because the two research fields of voting behavior and party brands are currently not explicitly linked. Traditionally, the study of voting behavior has gained powerful insights from concepts such as cleavage structure, party identification and issue ownership. On the other hand, the study of political brands has illuminated how people employ brands in their identity construction and how voters use party brands to differentiate between political parties. In this light, the article first distinguishes the brand concept from related heuristics and voting models. Next, the article measures the brand value of Danish parties by utilizing a representative association analysis. Finally, this measure is used to conduct the very first empirical analysis of a party brand's effect on voting behavior. Overall, the primary finding demonstrates that political brand value (PBV) has an effect on voting behavior—also when a number of other relevant explanatory variables are held constant.     

眼球运动参数在图片填充测验中识别合作程度的准确性分析

目的研究不同眼球运动参数在识别颅脑外伤所致精神障碍患者在图片填充测验过程中合作与不合作的准确性差异。方法收集进行精神伤残程度评定的颅脑外伤所致精神障碍患者140例,以韦氏智力测验中“图片填充”的21张图片作为刺激图片,根据二项必选数字记忆测验及鉴定专家意见分为合作组与不合作组,通过SMI眼动追踪系统获取研究对象在完成21张图片填充过程中的眼球运动参数,利用ROC曲线评估眼球运动参数在识别颅脑外伤患者在精神伤残程度评定中合作与不合作的准确程度。结果就整个图片填充测验过程而言,眨眼次数、注视次数、瞳孔直径、眼跳次数、眼跳潜伏期、眼跳平均加速度、眼跳平均纵向速度、眼跳峰值纵向速度的曲线下面积(area under curve,AUC)值大于0.5,其中眨眼次数的AUC值为0.645,优于其他眼球运动参数。具体到单个刺激图片,眨眼次数在特定刺激图片下的AUC值可大于0.8,瞳孔X轴直径的AUC值可大于0.7。结论眼球运动参数识别颅脑外伤所致精神障碍患者合作与不合作的准确程度与刺激图片有关,眨眼次数分辨合作与不合作的准确性要优于其他眼球运动参数。     

探讨员工工匠行为的构想及维度

在现有管理学研究中鲜有研究如何将工匠精神落实到员工层面,这给企业培养员工工匠精神以及检验工匠精神的培养效果都带来了挑战。探索工匠精神的内涵,聚焦员工的工匠行为,通过对2015年至今的相关文献梳理、焦点小组讨论及对十余位来自澳门和广东的具备工匠质素专职人员的访谈,得出了构成员工工匠行为五个维度:职业承诺、职业使命感、工作投入与自我表达、尽责以及创新。     

Ideological change and the economics of voting behavior in the US, 1920–2008

This paper tests the proposition that voters advance a more liberal agenda in prosperous times and turn more conservative in dire economic times. A reference-dependent utility model suggests that, with income growth, the relative demand for public goods increases and the median voter is more likely to vote Democrat. With slowing income growth, the median voter derives increased marginal utility from personal income—making taxation more painful—and is more likely to vote Republican. Ordinary and instrumented analyses of a new time series for the US median voter are encouraging of this income growth model. This work links voting behavior to economic business cycles and shows that ideological change is endogenous to income growth rates.     

我国民航旅客黑名单的三元体系及其救济途径

实践中,我国民航旅客黑名单形成了三元体系,其制定发布者既可能是国家有关机关即中国民用航空局,也可能是行业协会即中国航空运输协会,还可能是航空运输企业即航空公司。中国航空运输协会和中国民用航空局设立旅客黑名单是具体行政行为,属于行政处罚的行为罚和申诫罚,构成行政法律关系,可以提起行政复议或行政诉讼;航空公司设立旅客黑名单属于企业自主行为,构成民事法律关系,只能寻求民商事救济,但其合法性与合理性存疑。我国应通过民航旅客黑名单法律制度创新,赋予中国航空运输协会制定权、中国民用航空局监督权、航空公司动议权和执行权,赋予旅客行政复议和行政诉讼权。

In this article, the authors discuss how the Greenbook has shaped the environment related to perpetrator accountability in child welfare, how a paradigm shift in work with fathers can advance domestic violence‐informed practice, and how a perpetrator pattern‐based approach, as exemplified by the Safe & Together Model, can help advance the vision of the Greenbook.
