宗教文化的生态和谐价值

人与自然的和谐相处是和谐社会的基本条件之一。在全球生态危机日益加剧、中国生态环境状况的整体恶化趋势仍在延续的状况下,越来越多的人们认识到,生态环境问题不只是由近现代工业飞跃式发展而引起的孤立性问题,而是与某些世界观、价值观和知识体系有着深刻的联系。在当代生态环境的保护与建设这一复杂的系统工程中,宗教文化能够在其中发挥积极作用。各种宗教关于仁爱万物、泽被草木的主张,人与自然和谐相处的思想以及对理想境界的描述等等,都表现出深刻的生态意识,促进着宗教活动的生态保护实践,并对树立和强化人们的生态保护理念具有积极启示意义。

“政治上团结合作 ,思想信仰上互相尊重”和独立自主自办是党和国家处理宗教问题的两条重要原则 ;“维护法律尊严 ,维护人民利益 ,维护民族团结 ,维护国家统一”是党和国家处理宗教问题的重要准则。     

如何消除宗族势力对我国农村基层党建的影响

当前复兴的宗族势力对我国农村的基层党建已造成严重影响,主要表现在宗族意识对党员干部的影响、宗族组织向党组织的渗透、宗族利益同党的方针政策的对抗、宗族权力对党的领导的威胁四个方面,而且,这种影响有进一步恶化的趋势。文章认为对宗族势力应采取“有保有压”的方法,从而最大限度地减少它对农村基层党建的影响,为党的农村基层建设提供有利的环境。

Breakpoint or Binder: Religious Engagement in Dutch Civil Society

Civil society as a social sphere is constantly subjected to change. Using the Dutch context, this article addresses the question whether religiously inspired engagement is a binder or a breakpoint in modern societies. The author examines how religiously inspired people in the Netherlands involve themselves in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and voluntary activities. Religious involvement and social engagement in different European countries are compared and discussed. In addition, the author explores the models of civil society and applies these to both the Christian and Islamic civil society in the Netherlands. Using four religious ‘identity organizations’ as case studies, this article discusses the interaction of Christian and Islamic civil society related to secularized Dutch society. The character and intentions of religiously inspired organizations and the relationship between religious and secular involvement are examined. This study also focuses on the attitude of policymakers towards religiously inspired engagement and government policy on ‘identity organizations’ in the Netherlands.     

产业竞争优势模型构建与实证研究——-以黑龙江绿色食品产业为例

产业竞争优势是一个动态变化的一组指标，它与产业结构优化与否有直接关系。本文以中国绿色食品产业为例，通过构建的竞争优势模型测定了绿色食品产业的综合竞争优势度，而且模型验证了结构优化对发展竞争优势的作用，通过分析得出：中国绿色食品产业已有的竞争优势因素已经淡出和衰退，需要通过优化结构、扩大企业规模和重点加强落后环节，发展新的竞争优势因素，从而使产业竞争优势从总体上得到巩固和发展。     

发挥宗教在构建和谐社会中的积极作用

正确认识和分析宗教在我国社会主义时期存在的必然性，积极引导宗教与社会主义社会相适应，充分发挥宗教在构建和谐社会中的积极作用，对于发展安定团结的政治局面，团结一切可以团结的力量，调动一切积极因素具有重大的现实意义。     

The Defeat of Shabina Begum in the House of Lords

The Court of Appeal last year delivered a well-publicised judgment declaring that now 17-year-old Shabina Begum had been unlawfully excluded from Denbigh High School when she insisted on wearing the Islamic ‘jilbab’ ([2005] EWCA Civ. 199; [2005] 1 W.L.R. 3372; [2005] 2 All E.R. 396 (Judgment of 2 March 2005); The Times, 4 March 2005, at p. 85. See also J. Gau, “Muslim Dress – School Exclusion – Human Rights”, Ecclesiastical Law Journal 8/37 (2005), pp. 239–240.). The dispute received huge national and international press coverage, but on Wednesday 22nd March 2006, in a remarkable u-turn, the House of Lords overturned the Court of Appeal’s decision on all counts (R (On the Application of Begum) v Headteacher and Governors of Denbigh High School [2006] UKHL 15 (Judgment of 22 March 2006); The Guardian, 23 March 2006, at p. 6; and The Independent, 23 March 2006, at p. 4. Members of the Appellate Committee were Lord Bingham of Cornhill; Lord Nicholls of Birkenhead; Lord Hoffmann; Lord Scott of Foscote and Baroness Hale of Richmond.). The reversal meant Shabina’s Article 9 right to manifest a belief had not been violated by the school. This analysis will briefly examine the reasoning behind their Lordship’s judgment and will provide a short commentary on the likely effect the decision will have on religious groups wishing to wear religious symbols in UK schools. 只有坚持科学唯物论 ,反对唯心论 ,主张无神论 ,拒斥有神论 ,才能驱逐上帝 ,战胜魂灵 ,革除各种迷信。只有振兴科学 ,弘扬真理 ,完善宗教内容 ,匡正宗教本质 ,才能清除宗教中的迷信成分 ,彻底与魔鬼决裂 ;才能使宗教真正成为净化人心 ,推进文明 ,维护安定 ,保障社会秩序的积极因素。     

论贺麟的宗教观

贺麟的宗教观既不同于"五四"时期反宗教运动对宗教的态度,也不像其他新儒家人物那样主张以道德或哲学去取代宗教.他的宗教观所关注的不是对人格神的信仰,而是宗教精神特别是基督教精神的文化价值,目的在于会通中西文化,谋求"儒家思想的新开展".贺麟认为,基督教是西方文化之体,研究和借鉴西方文化必须以理性的态度转化和吸收基督教精神的精华,认识其与西方的科学、民主、工业化以及人的精神世界的关系,以便为中国的新文化建设提供资源和借鉴.
