新发展阶段实施文化产业数字化战略探究

党的十九届五中全会提出了加快数字化发展的新要求。文化产业数字化有助于扩大内需,满足人民对美好生活的需求;有助于转变经济发展方式,扩大就业;有助于提高文化竞争力,增强文化软实力。转变观念,树立“互联网+”思维;充分发挥市场经济的作用,加强文化体制改革;加强科学规划,完善政策体系;制定并完善适应文化产业数字化发展的法律法规;重视对新型文化业态中的人才培养,为新发展阶段文化产业数字化战略实施的有效路径。     

廉洁文化与企业文化建设

廉洁文化是企业文化建设的一部分。推进企业廉洁文化建设,不仅可以在企业内部营造清风正气的氛围,还能使企业文化日益凸显文化软实力。建设企业廉洁文化,就要深刻认识,形成共识;精心策划,广造声势;还要完善机制,稳定推进。     

Facial Tissue Depths in Children with Cleft Lip and Palate

Cleft lip and palate (CLP) is a craniofacial malformation affecting more than seven million people worldwide that results in defects of the hard palate, teeth, maxilla, nasal spine and floor, and maxillodental asymmetry. CLP facial soft‐tissue depth (FSTD) values have never been published. The purpose of this research is to report CLP FSTD values and compare them to previously published FSTD values for normal children. Thirty‐eight FSTDs were measured on cone beam computed tomography images of CLP children (n = 86; 7–17 years). MANOVA and ANOVA tests determined whether cleft type, age, sex, and bone graft surgical status affect tissue depths. Both cleft type (unilateral/bilateral) and age influence FSTDs. CLP FSTDs exhibit patterns of variation that differ from normal children, particularly around the oronasal regions of the face. These differences should be taken into account when facial reconstructions of children with CLP are created.

This article offers a personal view of Britain’s place in the contemporary world, analysed in terms of five interlocking rings: the traditional three, i.e. relations with the United States, with Europe and the Commonwealth, to which are added the concepts of process and soft power.     

论信用证诈骗罪中的“软条款”

软条款信用证是信用证的一种特殊类型，其存在有一定的必然性，对于在信用证中开立软条款的行为不能认为都构成信用证诈骗罪。软条款本身可以是就将来的主观心理的事实进行的欺骗，因此即使没有其他隐瞒真相或虚构事实的欺骗行为，也不影响信用证诈骗罪的成立。在判断行为是否利用软条款实施信用证诈骗罪时，应当注重从开立软条款的目的及软条款的表现形式方面进行认定。     

欧盟公司法创新与"准法"

欧盟公司法的国际化协调在涉及根深蒂固的文化传统领域遭遇立法僵局 ,绕道而行回避了一些敏感问题。90年代兴起的“准法”这种中间调节机制消融了这些坚冰 ,成为进一步走向融合与趋同的催化剂。     

The influence of Austrian humanism in Theodor Herzl's vision of a Jewish state

Theodor Herzl's thought was a product of an austrian political and humanist culture. His political values were formed within a multinational, cameralist tradition that at its best bred a tolerance for differing persons and cultures but isolated the private individual from a responsible role in his or her own governance. The problem of governmental power in relation to the members of its society became for Herzl a conundrum whose solution was a redistribution of that power downward. Herzl's depiction of the future Jewish state in his 1896 The Jewish State and in his 1902 novel Old-New Land offers the vision of a privatized society in which each citizen may eventually become a cooperative owner. An examination of Herzl's vision reveals a thread of Austrian humanistic concepts and values that have characterized social-economic thought in Austria since the Enlightenment.     

对中国文化传播理论体系的构建前瞻

西方超级媒体主导、控制了全球的传播格局,这既不利于世界正确地解读中国,也不利于中国正确地解读世界。误读与被误读造成东西方文化相互传播的碰撞。要改变不对称的东西方文化传播格局,中国需要提升软实力以谋求在全球传播体系中和平崛起。而对于文化传播持续发展的前瞻性及构建中国文化传播理论体系的探讨不能长期停留在自发状态,中国传媒应积极推动文化传播理论系统化的进程。
