试析二战后马来西亚华人社团与华文教育发展的关系

马来西亚华人社团对当地华文教育的发展而言,起着举足轻重的作用。战后初期,许多华人社团创办了实行华文教育的学校。许多华团专门针对华文教育设立奖助贷学金,积极推动了华文教育的发展。独立后,面对政府采取的限制、压抑华文教育发展的政策措施,华团尤其是华人教育社团起而抗争,通过各种方法途径,积极维护华文教育的地位和权益。事实上,华团是维护和发展华文教育的中坚力量。     

中小城镇青年志愿服务发展模式初探--对广东省佛山市的调查分析

通过以广东省佛山市及其所属县镇为典型案例的调查分析,中小城镇青年志愿服务的主要模式有:1.品牌带动模式,2.网络扩散模式,3.核心示范模式,4.团队支持模式,5.定点扶助模式.中小城镇青年志愿服务要实现可持续发展,应该注意:适应与突破的关系、集中与开拓的关系、变化与持久的关系、活跃与深沉的关系.     

大学生志愿者行动及其相关概念的研究述评

自1994年中国青年志愿者协会成立以来,中国青年志愿者行动得到了蓬勃发展。其中,大学生志愿者是志愿者中的骨干力量。然而时至今日,我国关于大学生志愿者行动及其相关概念仍缺乏准确的界定和系统的研究综述。通过系统阐述大学生志愿者行动及其相关概念的现有界定以及国内外研究现状,从中总结分析目前关于志愿者行动研究的不足之处,可以为今后的理论研究提供有价值的资料。     

Brand response analysis: a Peircean semiotic approach

The purpose of this article is to organise and simplify the concept of brand response. It is a development of the authors' semiotic approach to the concept of brand, which uses a triadic model based on the Peircean levels of analysis of the sign. The original model distinguishes three levels: identity, object and response. This article briefly describes the first two levels and goes into more depth with regard to brand response. From the theoretical point of view, the authors' approach inverts the survey method used to ascertain positioning, image and value of the brand. Firstly, brand response is associations occurring in the minds of the reporting agent. Associations create awareness, and not the other way round, which is the concept underlying the current theory of brand equity. From the point of view of practice, it is the authors' belief that the main contribution made by the triadic semiotic model applied to brand response is that of the importance of “firstness”, i.e. the most immediate response possible. It is with a concern for ease of application that this article hopes to contribute by making brand analysis and assessment more intelligible. This article should be seen as an exploration into the possibility of simplifying the analysis of brand response. Its originality lies in the effort to return to the very reason for the existence of branding. The authors are convinced that by choosing differentiation as the guiding principle of their approach they have valorised what is essential, which is sometimes lost in more complex modelling.     

社团管理的许可与放任

在社团管理方面 ,中国采取的是严格的许可登记制度 ,未经许可登记的社团为非法社团。这一制度的结果是严格的许可主义和一定程度的放任主义并行 ,常规的社团管理与非常规的复查登记、清理整顿相伴。社团管理实际上存在许可制、部分许可制、放任制三种形式 ;以结社自由为基础的部分许可制是一种较为妥当的管理形式。基于中国目前国情 ,社团管理的一些过渡性和替代性的措施具有一定的合理性     

高校青年志愿服务课程化研究——基于现代课程理论视角

高校青年志愿服务课程化是指在大课程观的指导下,建立一种由显性和隐性两大类,学科、活动、环境三大课程板块构成的课程体系,学科课程作为基础,活动课程作为核心,环境课程作为重要补充。高校青年志愿服务课程化在思想认识、资源支持、系统管理等方面存在困难,只有正确认识课程化,成立课程实践指导委员会,实施协调共进运行模式,建立课程化网络平台,才能促进我国高校青年志愿服务走向规范化、专业化、长期化。     

浅析大学生社区志愿服务的实施效果

大学生社区志愿活动是社会实践的重要形式,这项活动不仅推动了和谐社区的建设和发展,而且也提高了大学生的实践能力和综合素质。目前,大学生社区志愿服务已初具规模,在大学生思想政治教育中具有一定作用。但是,由于多方面原因,这一社会实践形式还存在一些问题。研究大学生参与社区志愿服务的意义,探讨其存在的问题,运用协调关系模型探索提高大学生社区志愿服务实施效果的路径,目的在于不断推动大学生社区志愿服务的深化。     

自白任意性法则研究

如何对待被告人供述可以说体现了一个国家刑事诉讼价值与被告人人权保护的现状。我国刑事诉讼实践中,由于过分注重被告人口供导致一些冤假错案。这除了观念上的原因, 根本在于我国证据理论缺乏对自白相关规则的研究,立法规定也粗糙。因此,从理论上对自白规则加以研究是不可回避的问题。     

Recidivism and the Propensity to Forgo Parole Release

This study investigates whether inmates who are unconditionally released at the end of their sentence because they opt out of the parole process could potentially benefit from community supervision. This research was conducted in response to a recently passed law in the state of New Jersey that targets this group for a mandatory six-month term of parole. The study uses propensity scores to match this group to discretionarily released parolees in order to simulate random assignment. Results indicate that those who voluntarily forgo parole consideration are significantly less successful after release according to several measures of recidivism, including rearrests, reconvictions, and community tenure. However, between-group differences are small. Findings suggest that some form of supervision may be beneficial for this group, but likely not in the fashion that is explicated in the current law.     

食品安全责任保险二元结构论

关于食品安全责任保险,应当结合食品科学的研究以及食品安全事故发生的概率、危险程度等因素,将转基因食品、儿童食品等纳入强制责任保险,不能笼统地将所有食品安全责任纳入强制责任保险。对食品安全责任保险实行强制保险和自愿保险二元结构。就食品安全责任强制保险而言,强制投保的对象应仅限于生产者,在认定保险人的除外责任时,应正确认定被保险人的“故意”。在食品安全责任自愿保险领域,针对投保率低的现状,应当在税收、食品营销等方面采取相应措施,来推动食品安全责任保险的发展。保险人的保险金给付义务仅限于损害补偿部分,惩罚性赔偿金的目的在于惩罚生产者、销售者,因此不能通过责任保险来分散风险。
