家庭决策、孝道与农民工家庭养老--基于夫妻视角的分析

利用2014年“农村流动人口发展状况”调查数据，基于夫妻视角对现代家庭决策与传统孝道观念行为对农民工家庭养老的影响进行分析的结果表明，农民工夫妻在父母经济支持和日常照料方面不存在显著差异，但在情感支持方面差异显著。影响因素分析结果表明：在经济支持和情感支持方面，对丈夫而言，平等的家庭决策和孝道观念是重要因素；对妻子而言，影响因素主要体现在孝道行为。在日常照料方面，影响因素仅仅体现在家庭决策方面，丈夫表现在现金支配决策方面，妻子表现在子女教育和自己外出打工决策方面。     

Distributional impact assessments and the record of the Coalition Government: the tyranny of numbers without interpretation

This paper reflects upon the gross discrepancies between the reassurances given in 2010 by the 2010-2015 UK Coalition Government that their budget and welfare cuts would fall ‘fairly’ across the income spectrum, and the reality of what had happened by the end of that government. It asks how the ‘distributional impact assessment’ provided with the 2010 Comprehensive Spending Review could have been so wrong. In seeking to answer this question, types of systematic bias are considered along with a discussion of ‘marginality’ in assessments of impact. Drawing upon the role of ‘power’ in impact assessment, it traces the ways in which methodological assumptions can eclipse the real life effects of policies behind ‘the average’ as well as by the unfair selection of the ‘unit-of-analysis’.     

产权社会学：社会学与经济学融合的一种新趋向

既往关于社会学与经济学视角融合的讨论多集中在历史脉络和经典文本之上，从转型中的“产权问题”出发，透过产权分析的社会维度来探究社会学和经济学融合的路径和方向。中国改革以来产权变迁的整体进程呈现为一种“产权连续谱”，在同一体制，甚至同一组织框架内，国有产权、集体产权、个体产权等多重产权形态的并存互融构成中国产权实践的重要特征。产权社会学强调产权是对资源占有的社会认可。产权界定的社会合约性以及多维度性，为解释以公有产权制度为原点的中国产权变革进程提供了一种有说服力的分析框架，也是对产权经济学视角的一种重要补充。     

Elite and Everyday Social Contracts in Bosnia and Herzegovina: Pathways to Forging a National Social Contract?

ABSTRACT

The Dayton Peace Agreement ended the violence in Bosnia–Herzegovina, however, it also solidified antagonistic political identities leading to the creation of two social contracts: an ‘elite social contract’ involving primarily political elites of the main ethnic groups and an ‘everyday social contract’ involving ordinary citizens trying to manage a complex social and economic environment. The first social contract is hegemonic, however, alternative, non-nationalist views are slowly emerging. Grassroots groups, the surviving remnants of inter-ethnic coexistence, the integrating pull of market forces and the presence of a large diaspora all constitute resources for the creation of a resilient national social contract.     

组织公民行为的道德审视

组织公民行为作为一种积极的角色外行为对组织内部环境有建设性作用的同时也会对组织管理产生一定消极影响,但是把对组织公民行为的失当管理所带来的后果归咎为这种角色外行为的消极影响有失偏颇。管理活动一旦背离组织公民行为内在的道德性,势必会诱发管理困境和成员的消极角色外行为,产生道德摩擦。因之,本文从潜在的道德困境这一角度审视组织公民行为的消极影响,侧重从成员的心理动机和组织反馈进行归因分析,期待通过人力资源管理途径来改善组织公民行为的道德处境。     

清末北京城市治理和治安立法样式的法理分析

清末北京城市治理和治安立法是依法治市，实现城市治理法治化的新尝试，可谓中国城市治理和治安法制模式的现代化启动。从法律文本分析入手，对清末北京城市治理法规的结构、渊源及其社会基础等相关问题在制度层面进行探讨，可以反映北京城市治理和社会治安法律制度的实际变迁。可以说，该时期的有关立法尝试是具有现代意义的城市法制建设活动，在推动北京城市治理初步迈向法制现代化的同时，也深刻影响了民国时期及其后来城市立法样式及法制现代化进程。     

Representations of the family in postwar British amateur film: family histories in the Lane and Scrutton collection at the East Anglian Film Archive

This article examines the construction of the postwar British family in amateur film with reference to the Sidney Lane and Cecil Scrutton collection held at the East Anglian Film Archive (EAFA), particularly the films covering 1948 – 1961. Heather Norris Nicholson argues that home movies contribute to ‘an understanding of leisure and visual-related practices of consumption as well as the social processes by which people came to give themselves, and others, identities’ in the mid-twentieth century (Nicholson, H. N. [2004]. At Home and Abroad with Cine Enthusiasts: Regional Amateur Filmmaking and Visualizing the Mediterranean, ca. 1928 – 1962’. Geojournal, 49, 323–333). By considering the social and historical contexts in which these home movies were produced, and using accompanying notes by one of the filmmaker’s sons, the leisure time films of Lane and Scrutton can be analysed in order to understand how the amateur cine hobby ideologically constructed family, community and national identity in postwar Britain. The images of Christmas parties, daytrips and holidays in these films reveal much about this particular family, and are therefore very illuminating to the social historian and film scholar of today.

正确认识图书馆的核心价值

图书馆核心价值是一个多层次和多元的有机统一体，是图书馆事业的基础。图书馆核心价值由社会核心价值与职业核心价值两部分组成，图：传馆外在的社会核心价值包括公开性、公益性、独特性、共享性、恒定性五个方面，而内在的职业核心价值包括最大化地创造图书馆的信息资源效益、确保知识的自由获取、制定适合信息时代图书馆发展方向的职业制度。     

西北农村留守妇女社会支持网络对其心理健康的影响:来自甘肃省的调查发现

本文旨在了解西北农村留守妇女的社会支持网络状况及心理健康状况,并探究其社会支持网络特征对心理健康的影响。通过抽取甘肃省311名农村留守妇女为被试,采用社会支持网络量表和SCL-90量表进行调查,结果发现西北农村留守妇女的社会支持网络表现出规模偏小、强关系成员占多数、异质性较低、趋同性较高的特征;西北农村留守妇女群体的心理健康水平显著低于成年正常女性。此外,研究还发现西北农村留守妇女社会支持网络规模对其心理健康具有显著的负向影响,网络异质性、趋同性与其心理健康也有一定的相关关系。
