社会性因素对成人教育的影响及对策

改革开放20多年来,社会性因素如科技进步、加入WTO、人口因素等使传统教育观念受到冲击,成人教育需求增加。为此,必须建立系统化、网络化的成人教育体系,调整重心,拓宽服务范围,促进成人教育向多元化、多样化的方向发展。

大学生伦理困惑是指困扰大学生道德行为选择在观念上的迷惘,是部分大学生失去道德标准和道德目标而导致认不清善恶的关键,为避免进行道德选择和评价在大学生成长过程中所产生的困惑,就必须从社会、家庭、学校、个人四方面对大学生产生伦理困惑的原因进行分析,找到解决办法,从而引导大学生通过进行自我教育等方式来追求真善美.

网络教育已经成为普通高校的一个重要组成部分,但成人教育却少有问津。其实,这个认识上的误区直接影响了网络教育的发展和成人教育的提高。正确认识这个问题并采取相关政策后,网络教育必将成为成人教育的有利武器。     

Factors associated with patterns of dating violence toward college women

This study hypothesized that female victims of force in dating relationships are erroneously considered a homogeneous group. Various patterns of dating violence, along the lines of frequency and severity, were hypothesized to be related to attitudinal and behavioral factors of the women in the dating relationship. Analyses of 48 female victims at a university campus revealed a number of differences between women with only one incident of force and women who were recipients of ongoing force. Females with ongoing violence were more likely to allow controlling behaviors by a male, had more controlling behaviors occur toward them generally in dating relationships, reported higher levels of commitment and love toward a romantic partner, and experienced a higher frequency of controlling behaviors in the actual relationship where physical force occurred. Females with ongoing violence in which the abuse lasted for a longer period of time were less likely to end the relationship due to the occurrence of abuse. Earlier onset of the first physical incident in a dating relationship was related to more traditional attitudes toward women's roles, more likelihood of using justifications for abuse, romanticizing relationships, and a likelihood of endorsing stronger attitudes of love in these female victims than when onset occurred later for other women. Women who ended the relationship because of physical force experienced more controlling behaviors by the male in the relationship than women who did not end the relationship for that reason. Further research needs to investigate the decision-making processes and interpretations of the females involved regarding the presence of abuse in the dating relationships.

Mit der Umsetzung der Verbrauchsgüterkauf-Richtlinie durch das Gew?hrleistungsrechts-?nderungsgesetz wurde im ?sterr Recht das Einstehenmüssen des übergebers nicht nur für eigene ?ffentliche ?u?erungen, sondern auch für jene Dritter ausdrücklich festgeschrieben. Der vorliegende Beitrag untersucht die einschl?gige Regelung des § 922 ABGB sowohl unter dem Gesichtspunkt gemeinschaftsrechtlicher Vorgaben als auch im Lichte des (nationalen) Privatrechtssystems und stellt dabei in Frage, dass ein Einstehenmüssen für ?ffentliche ?u?erungen jedenfalls deren Einbeziehung in die Parteienvereinbarung voraussetzt.

Anl?sslich einer Reihe von Entscheidungen jüngeren Datums geht der Beitrag der für das ?sterreichische Recht bislang nicht er?rterten Frage nach, ob und unter welchen Voraussetzungen beim Schmerzengeldanspruch ein Vorteilsausgleich stattzufinden hat.     

DRUG USE AND DESISTANCE PROCESSES

Sampson and Laub's age‐graded theory of informal social control emphasizes the importance of adult social bonds such as marriage and stable employment in redirecting behavior in a more prosocial direction. Heavy alcohol use has also been shown to influence persistent patterns of offending as well as more episodic offending across the life course. Sampson and Laub's life‐course theory emphasizes the negative impact of alcohol use on marital and employment bonds. Although alcohol has indeed been shown to have significant effects on criminal offending, we argue that drug use and the drug culture in which many contemporary offenders are enmeshed have consequences that often complicate desistance processes in ways that alcohol does not. Drug use and its lifestyle concomitants bring together a host of distinctive social dynamics that compromise multiple life domains. The current project investigates the role of drug use on desistance processes relying on a contemporary sample of previously institutionalized youth. We draw on three waves of data from the Ohio life‐course study, a project that spans some 21 years. The results support the assertion that drug use exerts unique effects on desistance processes, once levels of alcohol use are taken into account. We investigate possible mechanisms that help to explain the differential impact of drug use on offending and find that social network effects, particularly partner criminality, explain some but not all of the negative impact of drug use on life‐course patterns of criminal offending.     

高等教育大众化与我国成人高等教育质量的提高

在大众化背景下,成人高等教育质量观发生了变化。成人高等教育质量的评价标准包括:正确的培养目标和科学的评价标准,社会效益与经济效益并重,优良的教学质量,主动适应社会经济和办学市场发展需要,高效的管理体制和良好的发展机制。要改进和提高成人高等教育的质量,应转变教育观念,突出成人教育特色;提供多元化的办学服务,建立多样化的质量评价体系;与时俱进,树立发展的质量观。     

艺术类大学生思想道德素质状况解析——以江苏高校为例

在问卷调查的基础上,从思想政治、理想信念和道德素养三个方面对艺术类大学生思想道德素质状况进行了较为全面的调查与分析结果显示,艺术专业大学生思想道德素质的总体状况是健康向上和积极进取的,同时,值得重视的是,随着我国社会的经济成分、组织形式、就业状况、利益关系和分配方式日益多样化的态势也给一部分艺术专业大学生思想道德发展带来了不少负面影响,为此,我们应大力加强理想信念教育和爱国主义教育,进一步充实法制、诚信与合作意识教育的内容,积极建构和努力推进心理健康教育的新模式.
