“意识形态悬浮”问题的现代性归因与消解北大核心SSCI

“意识形态”是社会主义国家的国之重器,但目前在意识形态领域存在对意识形态认知的碎片化、对意识形态价值认同的淡漠化、对意识形态宣传和教育方面的简单化等“意识形态悬浮”的问题。意识形态悬浮和“现代性”这一时代的精神状况有关,现代性之下的“庸常大众”并不倾向于对意识形态知识的整体认知,现代性之下的“异化思潮”阻却了对意识形态的绝对认信和践行,现代性的“技术”则助长了规训式的或放纵式的宣传教育方式。由于我们不能克服现代性这一时代境况,因此就必须在现代社会的基本框架之内,在受众的日常生活之中开展关于意识形态知识的“模块化叙事”与“具象化表达”,以点带面地促进对意识形态知识的认知;要对社会之中的各种思潮进行诊断,兼具“包容性态度”与“坚定性立场”,通过意识形态基于自信的包容和适当严格的治理方式促成自愿认信和集体行动;更要利用现代技术,兼顾“高效多元”的宣教渠道和“以人为本”的宣教立场,让意识形态深入人心。     

虚拟社区意识、使用行为与移动政务平台持续使用

移动政务是政府面向公众提供公共服务的新模式,如何使移动政务平台被公众接受并持续使用是政府在数字时代应关注的一个重点。采用虚拟社区意识理论(SOVC)以及技术采纳与利用整合模型(UTAUT2),利用一项上海市问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型探究虚拟社区意识在移动政务平台使用行为与持续使用中的作用机理。研究结果表明,虚拟社区意识与移动政务平台使用行为之间的直接联系是显著的,虚拟社区意识与移动政务平台持续使用意愿之间呈正相关,而移动政务平台的使用行为与持续使用意愿没有显著相关性。基于研究结果与现有的理论基础,探讨对我国移动政务建设的启示与对未来研究的展望。     

大众地缘政治想象中的身份政治与“他者”形象--以美俄(苏)之间的大众文化形象建构为个案

大众文化所创造的地缘政治神话直接塑造了特定社群对其他国家形象的想象,深刻影响国家认同、外交政策和国际关系。在后现代的军事—工业—媒体—娱乐网络中,大众文化产品一方面向民众传播政治精英的地缘政治想象,另一方面向决策层反馈流行话语中的大众地缘政治想象。大众文化产品塑造他者的方式具有多元性,其他者形象的生成机制可以理论化为非人化、奇观化和性别化三种模式。与之相应,西方娱乐工业往往依赖一些固定模板,批量生产类型化的他者,以维持自我身份叙事的稳定性。其传播过程则具有隐蔽性,往往不会立时得到地缘政治对手的回应,遂成为西方文化软实力的重要推手。今天的大众地缘政治在很大程度上仍以西方为中心,西方流行文化的全球传播在取得商业成功的同时,隐蔽地对外传播深藏于其中的地缘政治想象。因而,在国际话语权竞争中,中国必须充分认识大众文化的地缘政治功能,重视大众文化建设,讲好中国故事。

随着计算机网络技术的不断普及和发展,虚拟社会已经成为人类社会的一个重要活动场所,为了进一步规范虚拟社会的秩序,文章深入剖析了由虚拟社会引发社会安全隐患问题,并提出具有建设性意义的三种应对措施,即建立实名制上网制度、备案举报制度、网上巡逻制度。     

反思与弃绝：“保钓”视野下唐文标的现代诗创作

唐文标早年颇具现代色彩的新诗创作中,就已潜藏着对现代主义抽象的超越、救赎精神的疑虑反思,并隐约可见现实关切、社会实践等思想特质,这为其后来参与“保钓”等左翼实践并最终与现代诗彻底决裂,埋下了思想的种子。在经受20世纪60年代后期欧美社会运动和“保钓”运动洗礼后,他将左翼的精神和理想带至台湾,其对现代诗的发难重新激起台湾思想文化上的左翼现实批判精神。因此,联系唐文标早期的现代诗创作活动,全面考察其左翼文学思想的发展历程,才能更深入把握左翼革命理想中激荡的种种对现实、历史、民族的深切寄托。     

新形势下的群体性事件及应对策略

随着改革开放的不断深入和经济、社会结构调整的进一步加快,群体性事件日益成为影响社会稳定的一个突出因素。认真研究新形势下群体性事件的发展变化规律,准确把握群众社会心态的发展趋势,组织开展矛盾、纠纷的排查、化解工作,维护社会政治稳定,是公安机关在构建和谐社会中珏须面对的重大课题。     

隐私权的判定——“合理隐私期待标准”的确立与适用

隐私权存在与否的判定问题是隐私侵权责任承担的关键所在。而美国联邦最高法院在1967年Katz v.United States案中确立的"合理的隐私期待"标准,在世界多个国家的适用已被证明是比较可行的隐私权的判定方法。我国隐私权司法实践在吸收、借鉴"合理的隐私期待"标准时应明确"私人事实"、"法律规定"、"社会习俗"和"利益平衡"四种隐私期待的客观判断要素,实现判决结果的一致性,及对他人隐私利益最大程度的保护。     

Constructing identities of “difference” and “resistance”: the politics of being Muslim and British

A number of existing academic researches exploring experiences and attitudes amongst the UK's Muslim population have highlighted the varied forms of discrimination encountered as a ‘‘fact of life’’ of minorities in contemporary Britain. The combination of prejudice, discrimination and exclusion appears to have heightened emphatic self-definitions of religious identity, often ruling out any proximity to being British. An ‘‘identity of difference’’ through asserted religio-cultural distinctiveness is usually interpreted as a response to compound racism; the combined effects of colour and cultural racism. Further, whilst colour racism is generally declining, there is an empirical reality of pervading anti-Asian cultural attitudes resulting in an increasing ‘‘identity of unbelongingness’’. The assertion of ‘‘Muslimness’’ in opposition to a discriminatory hegemonic British identity provides a universal ‘‘belongingness’’ which further undermines the national identity. This paper will explore the construction of identities of difference and resistance amongst British Yemeni Muslims based on findings from research recently undertaken.     

Privatizing Urban Services Through Homeowners Associations: The Potential and Practice in Phoenix

Homeowners associations (HOAs) are private nonprofit corporations that regulate, “tax,” and provide urban services to growing numbers of U.S. residents. As such, HOAs may affect cities' public service delivery. Interviews with department heads in Phoenix, Arizona reveal how enclaves of private services influence the city's planning and provision of public services. The findings suggest that HOAs do not substitute private for public services in Phoenix. Instead, qualitative differences in the services themselves (particularly concerning their purpose and scale) and in the legal powers of their providers create a more nuanced pattern of public-private service delivery.     

Inxeba (The Wound): Sexual,Gender, Cultural and Religious Traumata on the African Screen

Abstract

This article is divided into two distinct parts. The first part contextualises John Trengove’s internationally renowned, award-winning, feature-length isiXhosa film, Inxeba. The second part of the article is an interview with Batana Vundla, conducted by Mark Kirby-Hirst (Film Theory and Visual Discourse Subject Manager at The Open Window), held in mid-2018, shortly after the High Court’s decision was made public regarding the final classification of Inxeba. The interview ranges from Batana Vundla’s history in the South African film and television industries, to the production processes behind the scenes of the film and concludes with a focus on the nuanced manner through which the film often broaches a wide variety of physical and psychic traumata.
