<正>宪法是党和人民意志的集中体现,是通过科学民主程序形成的国家根本大法。从今年起,我国将每年12月4日定为国家宪法日;建立宪法宣誓制度,凡经人大及其常委会选举或者决定任命的国家工作人员正式就职时公开向宪法宣誓。通过在全社会普遍开展宪法教育,强化宪法意识,弘扬宪法精神。这对于全面推进依法治国的基本方略,加快建设社会主义法治国家,具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。     

带薪年假何时能休

正期望带薪休假"忽如一夜春风来,千树万树梨花开",不太现实。实现全体职工带薪休假的道路既阻且难,但相信在努力建设法治北京的今天,带薪休假制度的落实会离我们越来越近。2013年国家公共假期的调整引起了社会的强烈反响,也引起了政协委员对职工带薪年休假的高度关注和深入思考。今年9月"全国假日办"在运行14年后"退休"、国庆集中休假导致的"人在途",使得带薪休假的呼声再次响起。
