本文报道反相高效液相色谱法测定全血中利多卡因浓度的方法。氟安定作为内标,全血经溶血,1N 氢氧化钠1ml 碱化后,用乙醚提取。以Zorbax ODS 为固定相,以CH_3 OH∶H_2O∶(C_2H_5) _3N(100∶45∶0. 2,pH6. 3) 为流动相,检测波长为240nm。用利多卡因为内标的峰高比定量。血中利多卡因最低检出浓度为0. 125ug/ml。线性范围是0. 0025~0. 0750mg/ml(r=0. 9999) 和0. 0250~0. 3000mg/ml(r=0. 9999) 。本法添加利多卡因1. 0、2. 5,8. 0ug 的回收率分别为101. 51±1. 51%、98. 10±2. 05%和±98. 09±3. 63%,天内变异系数分别为1. 49、1. 29和3. 70,天间变异系数为1. 78%。  相似文献

男子性犯罪原因是复杂的,关于性犯罪原因生物学基础的研究,国内尚缺乏足够的研究资料和实验依据.本文对某监狱在押性犯罪男犯223名进行外生殖器形态观察、血型、多Y染色质、血浆性激素水平和毛发微量元素检测,结果表明,男子性犯罪行为,除了与社会、心理、教育等原因有关外,无疑存在着物质基础,即生物学基础。至于性犯罪原因生物学基础在性犯罪小的作用和地位,我们的工作仅是初步探索,有待进一步深入研究。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The Chiadzwa diamonds attracted widespread attention due to human rights violations and illegal smuggling. When diamonds were discovered in 2006, thousands of artisanal miners descended on the diamond fields. In response, the government unleashed the army and police in brutal crackdowns to drive artisanal miners off the diamond fields. This militarisation of diamond fields and extraction was followed by forced displacement of the Chiadzwa people. This article examines the lived, everyday experiences of the displaced Chiadzwa people. Findings reveal that displacements dislocated the livelihoods and socialities of the people. Displacements also exacerbated people's vulnerability to livelihood shocks, insecurity, and poverty. In relocating people the government adopted a ‘top-down’ approach which triggered contestations and conflicts with the people who felt alienated from their ancestral land and excluded from diamond wealth. Consequently, sabotage, resistance and subversion were commonplace in the relocation process. These socio-political ‘tactics’ should be viewed as ‘weapons of the weak’.  相似文献

用人血型糖蛋白 A 和人红细胞分别免疫 BALB/C 小鼠。用被免疫的 BALB/C 小鼠脾细胞与 SP2/0骨髓瘤细胞融合,在37℃、5%二氧化碳培养箱中孵育10~15天,然后用 OM 和 ON 型指示红细胞分别检测培养上清液的凝集情况,筛选出能分泌高特异性和高效价抗 M 和抗 N 抗体的细胞株,并建立了 GM_4H3、GM_4H_4、N_2A_3和 N_2D_(10)细胞株。这些细胞株可持续分泌免疫球蛋白 G 类抗 M、抗 N 抗体。应用这些抗体,通过血凝法、解离法和 ELISA 斑点法,可进行血及血痕的 MN 分型。在血型检验中,优于多克隆抗 M、抗N 血清。  相似文献

利用进口抗Le~a、Le~b血清筛选OLe(a+b-)和OLe(a-b+)型人,测定其唾液中Le~a和Le~b型物质含量,择其型物质含量高者唾液,用家兔和山羊免疫,合格后采全血,分离血清,用O、A、B型红细胞吸收、除去种属及α和β等凝集素。再用O型Le非相应型红细胞吸收,精制出含不完全抗体的抗Le~a和抗Le~b血清。该血清对Le相应型红细胞均产生明显凝集反应,而不发生非特异的交叉凝集反应。经过盲测鉴定,17份红细胞的Lewis型测定完全准确。制备的抗Le~a和抗Le~b血清在效价和特异性方面达到了引进的同种血清水平,填补了我国抗Le~a、抗Le~b血清制造的空白。  相似文献

目的 观察针药结合联合雌孕激素序贯疗法预防宫腔粘连分解(transcervical resection of adhesion, TCRA)术后再粘连的临床疗效。方法 将60例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用雌孕激素序贯治疗,观察组在采用雌孕激素序贯治疗的基础上,加用自拟补肾化瘀方和针刺治疗,两组均治疗3个月经周期,治疗结束后观察两组临床疗效,宫腔镜下观察宫腔粘连程度的改善情况以及超声监测子宫内膜厚度变化。结果 两组临床疗效的分布比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组疗效优于对照组。治疗前两组患者宫腔粘连程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后宫腔粘连程度较治疗前改善(P<0.05),其中以观察组的改善程度更显著(P<0.05)。治疗前两组子宫内膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前显著增加(P<0.05),观察组子宫内膜厚度增加幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针药结合联合雌孕激素序贯疗法在预防TCRA术后再粘连、改善临床症状等方面具有良好疗效。  相似文献

This essay reads two contemporary Johannesburg vampire narratives, the film Eternity (2010) and the graphic novel Rebirth (2012), as part of a body of fiction that sees post-apartheid Johannesburg as a laboratory for new forms of life. While recent Johannesburg science fiction has imagined the emergence of new and more fluid forms of being in Johannesburg, the vampire narrative employs a far older and more restrictive type of monster. By virtue of its intimate relationship to blood – with its mythical overtones of racial and national essence – and its peculiarly blank and limited form of being, the vampire is a productive figure for imagining whiteness. In this essay, I examine how the Johannesburg vampire registers the mutations of whiteness in the post-apartheid context. Located in a contaminated and contaminating city of hidden capillaries and networks, vampiric blood runs across and perforates the traditional blood bonds of race, family, and nation. Indeed, dependent on a precarious and potentially diseased resource, the Johannesburg vampire is always on the cusp of dissolving the very whiteness it figures. I am interested in the way in which these vampire narratives alternately reinforce and interrogate what I call the politics of prolongation; that is, in the ways in which their horizontal and entangled “haemopoetics” attempt to displace the genealogical poetics of blood that have traditionally suffused the colonial enterprise and its literature.  相似文献

The tension between silence and vocalization, embrace and rejection, of Ainu ancestry has been a key factor in negotiating Ainu subjectivity since Ainu territories were colonized in 1869. As early as 1799, expressions of Ainu ethnicity were alternately cloaked and exaggerated as Japan vacillated between assimilation and segregation policies in eastern Hokkaido Ainu communities. Officially recognized as Japan's indigenous peoples in 2008, Ainu subjectivity has become increasingly politicized as the state and other stakeholders seek to define Ainu ethnicity for future legislation. Today Ainu belonging is frequently gauged by bodily metaphors of a vocalized blood. Cultural sensibility and blood are often conflated in Ainu discourses of identity: Ainu revivalists report that a sensation of “clamoring blood” (J: chi ga sawagu) inspires them to revisit ancestral memories and begin fashioning Ainu identities. Historically, intra-Ainu relations were not bound to blood but instead embodied in material expressions, such as invisible cords for women and crest-like emblems for men, symbols that enabled flexibility where needed. Since the twentieth century, the hyper focus on blood raises the specter of colonially imposed rhetorics of eugenics, assimilation policies, and specifically, the problem of race. Relatedness in the Ainu community is not exclusively defined by “consanguineal relations”; rather, a long history of adopting ethnic Japanese children and non-Ainu into Ainu families renders complex the question of identity. This article assesses how immutable notions of racial difference intersect with self-determination and current articulations of Ainu identity.  相似文献
