略论应用型本科院校提升学生人文素养之道——以影视艺术课程体系建设为例

影视艺术教育是应用型本科院校提高大学生人文素养的一条可行途径。针对本科院校影视艺术课程教学与人文素养培养隔阂的现状,提出新的教学设想和改革,以期为培养应用型本科院校大学生人文素养提供一些价值参考。     

中国特色城市转型研究——以上海市杨浦区为例

城市的转型发展是一个全方位、多层次、多阶段的过程。从对杨浦的调查研究中我们发现,中国特色城市转型之路主要包括六个方面的有机内容:从传统转型到现代转型,从提高城市化水平转型到提升城市发展质量转型,从区域性转型到驱动城市整体转型,从单一结构转型到"五位一体"系统转型,从封闭的自我转型到开放的国际化转型,从阶段性转型到可持续性转型。杨浦城市转型不仅对于上海城市整体转型具有导向价值,也展示了一条在全球化背景下具有中国特色的城市转型道路。对于城市转型,我们既要看到我国已经取得的重大成就和有益经验,又要看到城市转型所面临的现实困境,在充分认识和深入分析存在的问题及其根源的基础上,寻求符合中国发展路径的城市转型之路。     

中西方理想人格思想研究及启示

西方人格理论关注个体;中国儒释道的理想人格是圣贤仙佛,是社会理想与集体价值的体现;马克思追求的理想人格是自由全面发展的人,强调个人理想与社会理想的统一。借鉴这些理想人格思想中的合理因素,在当代青年理想人格的培育过程申,理想人格的价值取向应体现真善美的统一,理想人格的实现途径应注重自愿与自觉、自律与他律、德育与才育和重义与趋利等四个方面的统一。     

重构我国商标注册实质条件

商标注册的实质条件是商标法最重要的制度之一.我国商标注册实质条件的相关规定存在严重缺陷:过于分散,缺乏体系性;条款众多,缺乏逻辑性;用语不精炼,缺乏准确性;不同条款之间存在内在的矛盾,缺乏合理性等.然而,商标法修订草案未采取措施弥补这些缺陷.《商标法》第三次修改应正视这些问题,重构我国商标注册的实质条件.     

侨务与外交:对中国侨务政策的思考——以中印(尼)关系为例

自20世纪50年代以来,"侨务服从外交"一直是中国处理对外侨务的指导原则。在中国与印度尼西亚的双边关系中,中国为了建立包括印尼在内的国际反帝统一战线,在侨务政策上作出让步,以换取印尼在中国对外战略上的支持。随着冷战后两极体制的终结,以及中国在经济上的崛起,中国实施侨务政策的大环境发生变化,侨务政策也因此出现调整的空间,但中国侨务政策调整的限度和可能性依然受制于一系列因素。     

台湾的侨务政策:嬗变与延续

本文以蒋氏父子执政时期、李登辉执政时期、民进党陈水扁执政时期、马英九执政时期的侨务政策为主线,通过政治经济及世界大环境背景的描述,配合侨务重点工作的整理及评析,阐述1949年至2011年间台湾侨务政策的嬗变与延续。     

韩国文学汉译的“赞助者”研究

在当下的翻译研究中,翻译活动中的“赞助者”研究日益受到重视。而韩国文学汉译领域中的相关研究还处在萌芽的阶段。韩国文学作品在中国翻译、出版,韩国文学翻译院起到了巨大的推动作用。本文对其2001年成立至今资助翻译、资助出版中文译著的情况进行梳理,力图揭示其对韩国文学在中国翻译、传播中起到的作用、影响以及不足之处。     

马来西亚华人的三一教信仰考察

早期,三一教在兴化人中传播。作为一个小的方言群,兴化人具有较强的凝聚力,但与此同时,马来西亚的三一教也因为兴化人的这一特征而呈现封闭保守的特征。直到近来,以芙蓉志元堂为代表的三一教堂,才开始注重对自身、对三一教的主动宣传与发扬;也有更多其他方言群尤其是闽南人的信众纷纷加入三一教。三一教教堂的宗教特色和活动有其独特之处。     

Getting Caught and Getting Hitched: An Assessment of the Relationship Between Police Intervention,Life Chances,and Romantic Unions

Little research has assessed the link between formal police intervention, financial hardship, and the formation and quality of romantic relationships. Using data from the Rochester Youth Development Study, we contribute to this literature by examining effects of police intervention at two time points on marriage stability and romantic relationship quality. We find that police intervention during adolescence is associated with increases in financial hardship during young adulthood, which, in turn, decreases the odds of entering into a stable marriage by age 31 and the extent to which those who have a romantic relationship feel their partner is supportive. Early police intervention also is indirectly associated with a reduction in partner satisfaction and an increase in partner violence via young adult arrest. We conclude that even minimally invasive contact with the criminal justice system during adolescence has long-lasting collateral consequences in the family arena.     

Race,Immigration, and Policing: Chinese Immigrants’ Satisfaction with Police

A considerable body of research focuses on racial and ethnic minorities’ perceptions of police, yet non-Black, non-Hispanic minority groups, Asians in particular, are largely overlooked. Meanwhile, despite a fast growing immigrant population and the increasing demand on local police to enforce immigration law, research on police–immigrant relations remains limited. Using data from over 400 Chinese immigrants, this study examines the issues of race/ethnicity, immigration, and policing with a focal concern on Chinese immigrants’ attitudes toward police. Results indicate that the majority of Chinese immigrants rate police positively in overall performance and specific areas of effectiveness, integrity, and demeanor. Both universal and immigrant-specific factors are important predictors of immigrants’ attitudes. Chinese immigrants’ evaluations of police are not only affected by exposure to media coverage of police misconduct, neighborhood conditions, and city context, but also are intertwined with their opinions of their home country police and perceptions of US immigration authorities.
