全球化对中国特色社会主义道路选择的双重意蕴

全球化是一把双刃剑,给中国特色社会主义的发展在经济、政治和文化等方面既带来挑战又带来机遇,对中国特色社会主义道路选择具有重要意义和价值。     

近代国人对郑成功形象的塑造与精神的传承——以报刊文献中的郑成功传记为中心

晚清以前，郑成功正面至多是以“遗民忠义”的“忠烈”形象受人景仰。19世纪末20世纪初，随着西方民族主义思潮的传人，革命者开始用近代民族国家的视角重新塑造和认识中国既往的历史。郑成功因其“排满驱荷开拓台湾”的历史功绩及极富传奇色彩的生平，尤被晚清革命者所看重。在后者的阐释下，作为“反清英雄”的代表人物之一，郑成功形象发生“近代转型”，既迎合了反清革命宣传的需要，又是重构民族历史的重要组成部分。民国成立后，郑成功的英雄形象融入了国人的历史记忆之中，因应时代的需求，一直成为激励国人奋发图强、救亡图存的精神资源。抗战胜利后，郑成功又被作为光复台湾的精神象征而受到国人的进一步推崇。     

THE ANTI-CORRUPTION STRUGGLE IN XI JINPING’S CHINA: AN ALTERNATIVE POLITICAL NARRATIVE

The fact that the extensive anti-corruption struggle that has consumed China since 2013 is highly political is widely accepted and understood. But the question is precisely what political strategy it is directed at – that of bolstering the position of the current supreme leader, Xi Jinping. Or for the preservation of the Party itself. There is a huge difference between these. The first simply means in effect the replacement of one corruptible elite by another. The second means a titanic struggle to change the Chinese communist party culture of power, and to make it enduring and sustainable.

习近平提出的"三严三实"的要求,把党的作风建设提高到一个新的高度。"三严三实"包含着丰富的理论内涵,具有鲜明的行为取向。"三严三实"重要论述是中国传统文化的升华,它包含着丰富的哲学意蕴,体现了党对执政党建设的高度理论自觉,揭示了党加强自身建设的胸襟与视野和现实紧迫性,阐述了中国共产党应该按照怎样的历史逻辑奋然前行。     

CCP ELITE PERCEPTION OF THE US SINCE THE EARLY 1990S: WANG HUNING AND ZHENG BIJIAN AS TEST CASES

This article juxtaposes two of the most influential yet under-studied America watchers within the top echelon of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), Wang Huning and Zheng Bijian. To be sure, the two have indelibly shaped CCP attitudes, yet surprisingly enough, although Zheng has been written about extensively in the English language, Wang has hitherto largely remained outside academics’ purview. This article also aims, in passing, to explore linkages between Wang and Zheng ideas and those of other well- known America watchers like Liu Mingfu and Yan Xuetong. The comparison offers clues as to the extent to which the current advisory shaping CCP thinking on the US differs from the previous generation, and as to whether CCP thinking is un-American or anti-American in essence. The conclusions ties the study together by arguing, based on Wang and Zheng's views, that New Confucianism may shape Chinese society in the future     

从黄鹤龄《不暇懒斋诗钞》看道咸年间台湾社会之状况

刘家谋的友人黄鹤龄的诗集钞本《不暇懒斋诗钞》未引起台湾研究者的注意。他的诗歌反映了台湾航海、气候、地震、风俗、文化、古迹、民生、兵事等方方面面的情况,可以说是道光末至咸丰年间台湾社会生活的一面镜子。面对道咸年间台湾世风日下、民生凋敝的状况,他提出重教化、贵树艺、勤桑麻的救世主张。他的诗集应该与刘家谋的《海音诗》、《观海集》一样成为研究台湾道咸年间社会状况的重要资料。

The power of everyday subordination: exploring the silencing and disempowerment of Chinese migrant domestic workers

This paper examines how Chinese female migrant domestic workers are influenced by different forms of subordination; how norms, practices, and power relations enable and legitimize their subordination; and the ways in which subordination elicits compliance while silencing and disempowering the workers. I advance a new perspective on subordination, linking forms of subordination with forms of consciousness. Consciousness of one’s treatment and how one is changed by it informs the decision of whether to remain silent. Compliance, silencing, and disempowerment are facilitated by recognizable and subtle forms of subordination that can directly control individuals’ actions, shift their perspectives, and cause them to act against their own interests. When workers are not conscious of the insidious impact of subtle subordination upon their attitudes, perspectives, and behavior, they are far less likely to resist.     

隐性动态贫困的识别与治理——兼论反向国债作为扶贫济困新思路的可行性

“隐性动态贫困”的识别与治理是一个世界性难题,也是我国扶贫济困工作未来所面对的主要挑战。传统治理工具主要应对“绝对贫困状态-相对贫困状态”路径及存在可识别的贫困表征的相对贫困问题,较难对“非贫困状态-相对贫困状态”路径的相对贫困问题进行有效的识别与应对。以“隐性动态贫困”问题的有效识别与应对为目标,国家应推出反向国债作为一种新的扶贫济困的治理工具,以作为传统扶贫济困治理工具的补充,为相对贫困中的“隐性动态贫困”问题的识别与治理提供新思路。     

华文学习者华文水平及其与中华文化的认知、认同关系研究

本文运用问卷调查方法,对暨南大学华文学院73名外国留学生进行了调查,旨在了解他们的华文学习水平,他们对中华文化的认知、认同情况,以及华文学习水平与中华文化认知、认同的关系。调查发现,随着华文学习的深入,在春节、中餐、孙中山等文化项目上留学生们对中华文化的认知、认同会显著增加;同时,我们还对留学生们进行了直接访谈,结果发现85.5%的被调查者认为学习华文有助于增加他们对华人、中国、华族和中华文化的认知;70%的被调查者认为学习华文有助于增加他们对华人、中国、华族和中华文化的认同。
