福建精神助推文化强省之四维路径

"爱国爱乡、海纳百川、乐善好施、敢拼会赢"的福建精神是福建区域的核心价值观,是福建文化强省建设的内在动力。以福建精神助推文化强省建设可以采取以下四维路径:以爱国爱乡的情怀激发文化自觉;以海纳百川的胸襟增强文化自信;以乐善好施的情操催生文化自省;以敢拼会赢的作为促进文化自强。

天津市滨海新区大港区域实践《天津市企业工资集体协商条例》的体会,主要为下列"八项注意":第一是注意分类对待;第二是注意心中有"数";第三是注意多元维权;第四是注意动态管理;第五是注意统筹兼顾;第六是注意轻重有别;第七是注意个性化和行业标准化相结合;第八是注意工资协商时点的统一性和灵活性。     

The family strategies concept: An evaluation of four empirical case studies

In this article, the preceding case studies are evaluated from the perspective of the family strategies concept. The studies have yielded new insights in the relationship between the family and the labor market and in the labor allocation within families. In addition, they have shown the tensions between individual life plans and collective needs. It has been difficult, however, to reach firm conclusions about which strategies were deployed by families. One of the problems is that the motives of the family members remain hidden. In addition, our databases need to be more finely tuned to the strategies concept. In particular, we know too little on the range of (strategic) options of families in the past.     

Water Management in France: Delegation and Market Based Auto‐regulation

Abstract

In this paper, we show that the principle of equal access in the French legal code and the explicit flexibility of the actual delegation contract concerning prices and responsibility for risk have created the conditions for an effective system of market based, auto‐regulation that maximizes community welfare while maintaining a fair return for the delegated firm. The system is market based because auto‐regulation occurs within price–profit interval over which delegation is acceptable to both parties. For the system to be effective, the threat to revoke must be credible and the conflict of interest between the mayor and the commune must be resolved.

Collective Action and Citizen Responses to Global Warming

This paper expands the relevance of the collective interest model of mass political action to explain collective-action behavior in the context of global warming and climate change. The analysis is an attempt to answer Ostrom’s call for a behavioral model of collective action that can be generalized beyond political protest to other collective-action problems. We elaborate, specify, and empirically test a collective interest model approach to citizen policy support, environmental political participation, and environmental behavior related to the issue of global warming. Key elements of the collective interest model—perceived risk, personal efficacy, and environmental values—are found to be directly, and positively, related to support of government policies and personal behaviors that affect global warming. We also discuss the links between the collective interest model and other important approaches to political behavior.

迪尔凯姆“集体意识”的现代性与和谐社会

迪尔凯姆“集体意识”概念生成的社会环境虽然改变，但并没有失去运用该概念分析当今社会的社会学意义。文章通过经济、政治和文化角度的观察，说明集体意识和现代性照样有很好的对应关系；运用集体意识的现代性意义解读和谐社会理念，生成集体意识与和谐社会之间的意义联系以及对和谐社会的反身性思考。     

20世纪前后粤东留隍地区妇女集体投江与侨乡社会

田野调查资料表明20世纪前后粤东留隍地区的妇女集体投江事件既不是无中生有,也不像方志那么浮夸,更不是经过地方长官的祭祀便销声匿迹,这种恶性事件间歇性地发生着,表现出社会结构的极端张力。大批男性下南洋谋生导致留隍社会性别、职业、家庭结构的失衡,加上社会减压机制的缺失使得留隍妇女无法承受这些压力从而走向不归路。
