俄罗斯在解决朝鲜半岛事务中的作用论析

经过冷战后十余年的演进,俄罗斯正逐步形成一个比较稳定、成熟和较为全面的半岛政策,其积极参与朝鲜半岛事务,无论是在解决核问题、建立半岛永久和平机制,还是在半岛统一问题,抑或是在加强与半岛的经济合作与发展方面,俄罗斯都发挥了与之国情相一致的作用。     

2009年南亚政治经济发展概述

2009年南亚国家政治局势发展总体向好,印度国大党赢得选举继续执政;孟加拉国新政府执政后政局保持了稳定;斯里兰卡结束了长期内战实现了和平;尼泊尔政府换届后国内局势基本稳定;巴基斯坦和阿富汗继续表现出了反恐前线的特点。南亚国家之间的相互关系有了可喜的发展,在共同应对国际金融危机的影响方面加强了彼此的合作,各国经济保持了一定的发展水平。各国在新的一年中加紧经济政策调整,以保持经济继续向前发展。     

建交以来中韩文学交流的回顾与展望

自1992年建交以来,中韩两国在政治、经济、文化等各方面的交流合作发展非常迅速,以作家为主导的两国文学交流,也得到迅猛发展。本文对中韩建交以来文学交流的相关情况做了一些总结和梳理,分析交流的动因和优势,探寻获得的成果和存在的问题,并对今后发展趋势做一些展望,希望对未来两国的文学交流与合作有所促进。     

越南河内汉语培训机构发展状况

本文通过对越南河内汉语培训机构的调研发现,越南汉语培训机构20多年来得到不断发展,但也存在新开办的汉语培训机构数量减少、开设课程种类单一、教材比较陈旧等问题。本文提出在汉语国际推广过程中应重视对汉语培训机构的支持。     

Indonesia’s maritime connectivity development: domestic and international challenges

This study considers the political aspects of the Joko Widodo government’s megaproject to build an integrated marine logistic system known as the tol laut. Expanding the existing literature which gives details about the contextual obstacles faced by and the prospects for the Indonesian government to pursue its infrastructure ambitions, the study argues that notwithstanding the relevance of the tol laut for advancing the Indonesian economy, it is inevitably entangled with dynamic internal and external environments which can unfavourably distort the construction processes. This is the way of understanding the political economy of Indonesia’s development issues which allows for the juxtaposition of domestic political and international relations factors as its framework of analysis. The discussion is divided into four sections. Section one explains the conceptual and methodological foundation of the study. Section two outlines the importance of the tol laut to Indonesian national economic development. Section three looks at how the current domestic political settings pose structural hurdles to Widodo’s tol laut, and section four observes the effect of international relations of powerful regional actors and Jakarta’s diplomatic capacity to the on-going tol laut. The concluding section summarizes the findings of the study.     

传播学视野下的海外华文传媒与中华文化之传承——以新、马、泰、菲华文报纸为例

长期以来,海外华文媒体被赋予了传承中华文化的功能。作为重要的海外华文报刊集中地之一,东南亚华文报纸如何发挥其作用,成为学者们关注的话题。本文以新加坡、马来西亚、泰国、菲律宾四国华文报纸为例,运用传播学的某些理论对它们传承中华文化的历史实践进行归纳分析,并指出其所面临的问题。

"有主见的外交"的新理念是安倍首相面对小泉内阁外交的困境和僵局寻求突破的产物,既是对小泉内阁外交路线的一种修正,也是安倍首相个人风格特点的一种彰显。其基本内涵包括:加强亚洲外交改善睦邻关系,提升欧洲外交拓宽战略空间,维持日美同盟提高自身地位,扩大国际影响加大"争常"力度。这一理念对新内阁以来的日本外交已经产生了一定的积极影响,但受制于国内国际诸多因素,也面临着严峻的挑战。     

中韩建交15年:外交史上的奇迹 和平共处的典范

2007年是中韩建交15周年,也是中韩交流年。短短的15年中,两国关系不论在政治上、经济上还是文化上,都取得了举世瞩目的成绩,可以说是中国外交史上的一个奇迹,堪称和平共处的典范。中韩关系发展的前景是极其光明的,但也不能忽视可能影响中韩关系继续发展的问题。中韩友好局面需要双方共同呵护,实现"繁荣共赢"。     

澳门的多语现象与语言政策

澳门自古以来就是中国的领土,但是由于历史的原因,澳门社会制度多次发生了根本的变化,这就使得其使用的语言异常复杂,澳门被誉为“语言博物馆”。澳门地区语言现象的复杂性使澳门的语言政策几经变化。在澳门回归祖国10周年之即,对澳门多语现象和语言政策进行探讨,有利于我们进一步了解澳门地区的语言发展现状,具有一定的现实意义。     

Mother-Adolescent Language Proficiency and Adolescent Academic and Emotional Adjustment Among Chinese American Families

This study examined the role of adolescents’ and mothers’ self-reports of English and heritage language proficiency in youth’s academic and emotional adjustment among 444 Chinese American families. Adolescents who were proficient in English tended to exhibit higher reading achievement scores, math achievement scores, and overall GPA. Mothers who were English proficient tended to have children with higher academic achievement and fewer depressive symptoms. Results also indicated that adolescents’ heritage language maintenance was associated with positive adjustment, particularly amongst foreign-born youth and for youth whose parents were highly proficient in the heritage language. Mother-adolescent match in heritage language proficiency was related to higher math achievement scores and overall GPA. Additionally, higher heritage language proficiency was associated with fewer depressive symptoms for foreign-born but not U.S.-born youth. Overall, the findings suggest that proficiency in both the English and heritage language may confer advantages to Chinese American youth.
