The Implications of Childhood Sexual Abuse on Adult Social Behavior

Research indicates that childhood sexual abuse creates many long-term psychological difficulties, which may impair social behavior. These problems include anxiety, fear, depression, self-hatred, alienation, and suicidal tendencies. It was hypothesized that childhood sexual abuse would produce impaired social behavior in adults sexually abused as children. Two hundred and twenty-two male and female introductory psychology students from the University of Manitoba completed the Rand Corporation's Social Health Battery amplpar1978amprpar;, Linn's Social Dysfunction Rating Scale (1969), and a shortened version of Finkelhor's Sexual Victimization Survey (1979). Participants who experienced childhood sexual abuse exhibited impaired social behavior, which included fewer friends and social contacts, and more social adjustment problems. The importance of early intervention for children who experienced sexual abuse was discussed.

心肌早期缺血再灌流损伤HSP70表达研究

目的　探讨早期缺血再灌流损伤心肌组织热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )的变化 ,为心源性猝死的法医病理学鉴定寻找新的依据。　方法　建立家兔早期心肌缺血再灌流动物模型 ,用免疫组化SABC法观察HSP70的表达。　结果　心肌缺血 15min再灌流 30min后 ,再灌流区心内膜下可见HSP70阳性表达 ;缺血30min再灌流 30min后 ,HSP70阳性反应细胞数目较多 ,散布于心肌全层 ;缺血 6 0min再灌流 30min后 ,再灌流区阳性表达明显减少 ,而其边缘见阳性表达略有增强。各实验组正常区和对照组心肌组织均未见阳性反应。　结论　心肌组织HSP70的阳性表达是一项显示心肌早期缺血再灌流损伤的灵敏指标 ,HSP70的免疫组化检测对缺血再灌流损伤所致心源性猝死的死后诊断具有一定的应用价值。     

大鼠心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白在早期心肌缺血时的含量变化

目的 观察心肌缺血后不同时间段心肌细胞胞浆内和血浆中的心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)含量变化。方法 按Selye法结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支复制心肌缺血模型,用免疫组织化学和酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)的方法,观察心肌缺血后不同时间H-FABP在心肌细胞和血浆中含量的变化规律。结果 心肌缺血15min时,缺血区心肌即可出现H-FABP缺失,随着缺血时间的延长,缺失的范围扩大,程度加重,与对照组相比差异有显著性;心肌缺血15min时,血浆H-FABP含量在心肌缺血15min时即明显升高,与对照组相比有显著性差异。随着缺血时间的延长,血浆含量逐渐上升,4h时达到高峰,以后逐渐下降。结论 心肌缺血后不同时间段心肌细胞胞浆内和血浆中的H-FABP含量变化呈现一定规律性,可望成为诊断早期心肌缺血所致的心源性猝死的敏感指标。     

对21世纪初中国国家安全战略的几点思考

21世纪初,中国国家安全问题的基本特点是国家安全的综合性、动态性及内部安全与外部安全相互渗透、相互作用、相互融合;中国对外安全战略面临为实现国家的发展利益、主权利益和国际利益需求提供安全保障的三大任务;中国的国家安全战略应适应国际环境变化,从观念、体制、器物三大层面努力,确保实现国家的发展目标、确保实现国家的主权和统一目标、确保实现国家的国际目标。     

浅析民国初年的政党政治实践

政党政治是资产阶级共和国建立之初,国内政治发展的大势所趋.资产阶级民主革命派企图通过建立政党政治使中国走上近代西方式的议会民主之路.从1912年初到1914年1月袁世凯非法取缔国会的短短两年时间里,各种政党组织纵横捭阖,离合分化.但由于北洋军阀和旧式官僚等独立于政党政治实践之外的政治势力的干扰,以及从事政党政治实践的各党派缺乏必要的群众参与,加之成员自身政治素质低劣等内外因素,民国初年的政党实践最终以失败而告终.这证明,在这个充满数千年传统包袱又遭到近百年列强侵凌割据命运的东方大国里,西方式的政党政治无法顺利展开并解决中国的问题.此后中国数十年革命实践证明,哪个政党能够更成功地扎根于社会,更细致地把握社会的脉搏,宣传和动员起作为本党目标的物质基础,哪个政党就会取得最后的胜利.     

群体性事件的处置体系

群体性事件是社会各种矛盾运动变化的结果。本文拟在系统论的视角下,对群体性事件的处置进行分析,将整个处置体系看作是系统的输入与系统的输出,以期建立一套长效的群体性事件处置机制。     

Merger—the name of the FE game

In the Australian legal environment today the overwhelming importance of laws made by Parliament is obvious, yet many first year law programmes pay insufficient attention to the coordinated teaching of statutory interpretation (SI). This project formed part of a collaborative initiative between an educational developer and the coordinator of legal research methods (LRM) to introduce statutory interpretation into a first year unit of study. Our study used a qualitative research framework – a questionnaire was administered to students at two intervals throughout the first semester. In Week 3, 160 students participated in the questionnaire and at Week 4, a keystone module on statutory interpretation using a building block approach was introduced in LRM. Since the nature of assessment in LRM is largely reflection, this unit lent itself well to investigating the language and literacy challenges of statutory interpretation, in particular, to students monitoring their own progress in this regard. The overall aim of the project was to establish a framework for students to build on their knowledge and understanding of statutory interpretation throughout their undergraduate studies, and in the interests of improved learning and teaching outcomes, for staff to be able to document the changes in student thinking. This paper focuses on the preliminary stage of our investigation into the language and literacy challenges involved in introducing statutory interpretation into a first year unit of study.

犯罪征兆信息评估与预警研究

防控犯罪是一个复杂的系统工程,其中的关键环节之一是掌握犯罪征兆信息。犯罪通常是有征兆可察的,犯罪征兆可通过信息提前感知。为有效扼制和减少我国社会转型期犯罪高发的态势,亟待研究探索一种利用犯罪征兆信息运算评估的定量结果来开展预警的简便实用方法,使公安实战部门能通过对犯罪征兆信息的甄别、分析和评估,超前预判可能面临的风险和危害,明确防控重点,合理配置防控力量,实现及时预警。
