全球化、宗教及21世纪的马克思主义 --戴维·麦克莱伦教授访谈

戴维·麦克莱伦教授在访谈中提出全球化的三个层面的含义:世界金融市场的活动容量的增大;世界贸易一体性的增强;全球化不仅仅是经济过程,它影响到人们生活的方方面面.他还谈到全球化与马克思主义、共产主义与宗教、未来社会与社会主义的关系.     

论近代全球化浪潮中的法律发展

公元 1 5 0 0年前后的“地理大发现”后 ,人类社会迎来第一次全球化浪潮。在这次全球化浪潮中 ,全球范围内展现出一幅以法制现代化和全球化为内容的近代法律发展图景。1 6世纪 - 1 9世纪末的法律发展是法制现代化与全球化互动的、彼此交融的历史过程 ,是历史与现实、传统与现代的对立和统一 ,是以西方国家为主要发源地、其他国家共同参与的、多样化的法律发展历史过程 ;同时 ,法制现代化、全球化过程也暴露出明显的不平衡性和历史局限性。     

当代发达国家地方治理的兴起

不可逆转的经济全球化给地方治理的要求以深刻地影响。一方面 ,经济全球化不仅仅压迫、促使民族国家选择并大力推动地方治理的模式 ,建构更富有弹性和回应能力的地方组织体系 ,另一方面 ,经济全球化留给地方一系列的公共问题 ,也决定着地方治理实现的目标和治理方式。     

全球化进程与民族主义发展

全球化在当今世界已经成为不可抗拒的历史潮流,冲击和震撼着诸如政治、经济、社会、文化等人类社会生活的方方面面。在全球观念、全球意识的共性作用下,民族主义也受到了一定程度的挑战。全球化浪潮下,表面上国家主权将衰弱,民族国家将式微,民族主义将消失;而实际上,民族主义不但不会消亡,反而会得到更加强劲的发展,依然是当今国际政治舞台上一道美丽的风景线。     

"全球地域化"语境下东亚共同体如何"文学"?

在"全球化"、"地域化"大潮共同冲击下,东亚地域客观上必须思考共同的文化防卫及文化建设策略.东亚共同体不只是政治、外交、经济、军事层面的问题,还包括在文学领域我们应该如何开展平等对话,建立共同的话语空间以实行网络作业的迫切命题.只有在此基础之上,才能重新书写本地域文学史,建构地域的敞开的文学理论体系,丰富东亚文学形式与内涵,确立在世界文学中的主体地位.     

The Moralization of the Markets in Europe

Nothing effects modern society more than the decisions made in the market place, especially (but not only) the judgments of consumers. The designation of market relations in modern societies as the “moralization of the markets” represents a novel stage in the social evolution of markets. Market theories still widely in use today emerged in a society that no longer exists. Today, growing affluence, greater knowledge, and hi-speed communication among consumers builds into the marketplace notions of fairness, solidarity, environment, health, and political considerations imbued with a long-term perspective that can disrupt short-term pursuits of the best buy. Importantly, such social goals, individual apprehensions, and models of consumer conduct become inscribed in products and services offered in the marketplace, as well as in the rules and regulations that govern market relations.

Trust in international organizations: An empirical investigation focusing on the United Nations

The literature on social capital has strongly increased in the last two decades, but there still is a lack of substantial empirical evidence about the determinants of international trust. This empirical study analyzes a cross-section of individuals, using micro-data from the World Values Survey, covering 38 countries, to investigate trust in international organizations, specifically in the United Nations. In line with previous studies on international trust we find that political trust matters. We also find that social trust is relevant, but contrary to previous studies the results are less robust. Moreover, the paper goes beyond previous studies investigating also the impact of geographic identification, corruption and globalization. We find that a higher level of (perceived) corruption reduces the trust in the UN in developed countries, but increases trust in developing and transition countries. A stronger identification with the world as a whole also leads to a higher trust in the UN and a stronger capacity to act globally in economic and political environment increases trust in the UN.

经济全球化与韩国民主化：以发展战略转型为视角

自20世纪60年代实施出口导向型发展战略后,韩国被纳入国际经济体系之中,并与之同步演化。随着新自由主义意识形态主导的全球化的进一步发展,出口贸易的严重依赖使得韩国政治经济发展受到全球市场的制约与影响。本文运用相互依赖理论来分析经济全球化的发展与韩国发展战略转型之间的相关性以及韩国经济结构的变迁及其与政治转型相互型塑的发展结果。     

全球化进程中的华人离散社群问题探讨

本文在回顾国内外学术研究的基础上,探讨了全球化进程中的族群离散及全球化与华人离散社群的关系问题,着重考察和分析了华人离散社群的文化内涵以及政治认同与文化认同的分合,揭示其本土化与跨国性的一些历史含义,指出在全球化多重语境下华人离散社群出现了认同的流离和转向。
