十六大以来,国家倡导的构建社会主义和谐社会,是马克思唯物史观的当代运用,是"历史合力论"的当代阐发。处于转型时期的当代中国,过分的强调了经济基础决定上层建筑,经济决定一切,这样一个理论,而忽视了社会其它因素的作用,在改革开放30年之后,经济上发展起来了,而相应的政治、文化、社会却被忽视了。在这样一个背景下,提出"四位一体"无疑具有极其重要的意义。 相似文献

ABSTRACTA common popular and scholarly opinion of Islamophobia in the so-called ‘Visegrád Four’ or ‘V4’ (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary) sees it as caused by circumstances unique to Eastern Europe. Specifically to blame, it is alleged, is a distinctive local history of intolerance, especially antisemitism, and the fact that under socialism these countries were exempt from the post-war soul-searching that took place in Western Europe. Kalmar’s paper, instead, decentres Islamophobia in the V4 by considering it less as a limited regional phenomenon, and more in terms of how it is linked to Islamophobia in other European Union member states and the United States. As elsewhere, foremost among the conditions that encourage Islamophobia in the V4 is the alienation of certain publics on the periphery, which is an effect of global neoliberal policies. These have generated, along with Islamism and Islamophobia, a reinvented, essentializing discourse of difference between Eastern and Western Europe. In spite of that alleged difference, however, Islamophobic populism in the V4 is not just a regional threat to liberal democracy, but targets all of the European Union and the world. 相似文献

在分析唐代法律体系及唐律性质的史籍中,《唐六典》及《新唐书·刑法志》的有关观点曾起了不同的导向作用。《新唐书》由于错误地以“四刑书”概括唐代法律,违反了唐人“文法有四”的正确概括;《新唐书》的“四刑书说”促使后代有些学者提出了唐代法律“皆刑法”的主张;“四刑书说”与其自身对唐四法的界定,有不可克服的矛盾;与汉、北齐、唐、五代、宋、元各代政治家与史学界的概括之法相乖违;支持“四刑法说”之观点与方法皆失之偏颇。 相似文献

Abstract As its economy has become near to collapse, North Korea has tried to avoid direct contacts with South Korea because of the ‘absorption phobia’. Instead, the North has made continuous efforts to improve its relations only with the United States, seeking a guarantee for its survival. Given this circumstance, this paper argues that useful multilateral approaches such as KEDO and Four‐Party Talks will contribute to improving inter‐Korean relations. Thus, it would be sensible to explore every possible way (even through multilateral mechanisms) until both Koreas make a breakthrough for the deadlocked inter‐Korean CBMs. But the multilateral CBMs constitute a transitional and complementary role as South and North Korea should be primarily responsible for addressing major problems such as reunification. Among the multilateral approaches, the Four‐Party Talks will be a most useful mechanism which will enable the two Koreas to resume dialogue for the peace and reunification on the Korean Peninsula. In this peace process, more positive roles of major powers are also requested. 相似文献
