和谐社会背景下“绿色GDP”核算的研究

全面落实科学发展观,积极构建社会主义和谐社会是大势所趋。人与自然的和谐是和谐社会建设的重要方面之一。而“绿色GDP”所倡导的人与自然和谐共生,呼吁健康经济增长方式,则将对构建和谐社会起到积极的推动作用。     

加强道德建设是构建和谐社会的应有之义

和谐社会是由多种要素构成的有机系统,是人类追求的比较理想的社会。理想的社会是人们基于现实而又超越现实所追求的“应当”,是人们出于满足自身需要而设置的美好追求。因而,和谐社会本身包含着道德,构建和谐社会需要道德方面的努力,加强道德建设是构建社会主义和谐社会的应有之义。道德建设是一个长期渐进的过程,加强道德建设就要更加明确道德建设的目的和内容,增强道德主体的道德观念,采取适合时代要求的方法和措施。     

试论新时期大学生思想道德教育的切入点

大学生思想道德教育是高等教育的组成部分。同时,它又通过传播精神文明、培养社会主义建设者而与社会主义现代化建设的各项事业息息相关,并对中国未来的命运和面貌产生重要影响。构建社会主义和谐社会对高等教育提出了新的更高要求,为顺应时代要求,高校应加强大学生思想道德教育工作。     

刑事诉讼法再修改语境下的立案程序改革

经过十多年的发展,我国刑事诉讼法的再修改已提上日程。其再修改,必须在和谐理念指导下进行。立案程序的改革,也必须以和谐理念为指导。立案程序作为刑事诉讼活动的启动程序,其重要性不言而喻。然而,当前立案程序中仍存在不少问题,亟待改进。

Privacy protection as a case study in personal rights protection in Israeli law

Personality rights, by nature, reflect the culture and values of society. Thus, it is interesting to look back on the road that Israeli law has traveled since the early 1980s, when the right to privacy as such had no trace of protection in Israeli private law, through to the present, when it is protected by both the Protection of Privacy Law and the Basic Law: Human Dignity and Liberty. Current Israeli case law, which shows that the balance between privacy and free speech in cases of publication of private information leans toward privacy, can be partially explained by historical, religious and cultural reasons. The increased privacy litigation in Israel forms part of an ever-growing protection of other personality rights in Israeli law, thus serving as a good example of this expanding trend.     

人身危险性概念新论

人身危险性是刑法理论中一个极为重要的范畴 ,我国刑法典中存在大量有关人身危险性内容的规定。然而 ,关于人身危险性的概念 ,我国刑法理论界鲜有详细、全面的论述。从存在论与价值论相结合的角度看 ,人身危险性是由行为人特定人格决定的犯罪可能性或者再犯可能性 ,是特定人格事实和规范评价的统一 ;从这一概念出发 ,人身危险性具有多方面的特征

本文首次就甘地宗教和谐思想的内涵做了初步探讨,认为甘地宗教和谐思想有其丰富的理论论内涵,体现在宗教统一、宗教平等和宗教宽容三个方面;甘地宗教和谐思想的内涵具有重要的意义,它是甘地思想体系的精髓和灵魂,是印度宗教和谐思想的集大成者,是宗教多元主义园地中的一朵奇葩。     

构建社会主义和谐社会相对满足人们的公平需求

公平理论为构建社会主义和谐社会提供了有益的借鉴,追求社会公平是人类社会心理活动的客观规律。宏观环境中不公平心理产生的主要原因是经济上的社会分配不公。应当通过完善改革制度和政策,加强经济领域的宏观管理和监督;实行民主政治,加强法制建设;重视教育,提高全民族素质来加以调整。微观环境中不公平心理产生的原因有个人、组织和领导者层面。应当注重全方位提高自身的素质;认真进行管理制度和分配(奖励)制度的改革与完善;领导者更应注重树立立党为公、执政为民的思想,提高科学执政、民主执政、依法执政的能力,切实担负起建设和谐社会的责任。     

Recognizing Innate Transformational Traits in Public Administrative Services: Are We Doing Right?

ABSTRACT

With shifting paradigm, public administration needs even more transformational leaders. A large part of an individual’s leadership potential refers to innate personality traits which are brought out by relevant nurturing processes. Environment, favorable or unfavorable, interacts with these processes and impacts the flourishing of natural potential. Experience promotes the positive growth of innate potential that one possesses. Using data from India, this article looks into the systematic impact of public administrative training institutes on the development of top-tier civil servants. By comparing the performance of officers in public administration training academy possessing innate personality traits suitable for transformational leadership vis-à-vis innate personality traits suitable for transactional leadership, we test whether current training evaluation promotes transformational innate personality traits and suggests the implications. Interestingly, our mix-method study evaluating the entry-level induction training of public administrative leaders reveals that there is a gap between theory and praxis.
