地方政府借贷监管体系构建的国际经验与启示

政府监管是解决市场失灵的一种有效机制。尽管世界各国的政府监管模式各有不同,构建的背景和内容也有所区别,但都是基于以矫正和解决市场失灵为目的而建立的。当下我国正处于转轨时期,虽然设立了相应的政府监管机构,但不论是理念还是职能上都偏重于传统意义上的监管,与现代意义上的监管还相差甚远。加之当前我国的市场经济体制还不健全,政府的管理理念与发展方式还保留着计划经济时期的传统,法制环境还不完善。因此,如何把我国传统的政府监管转变为现代意义的政府监管就显得尤为重要。这不仅能提高政府的监管能力,建立独立、公开、透明的现代监管体系,同时还是健全和完善市场经济体制,融入经济全球化进程的必然要求。     

The Study on Richard Shusterman's Philosophy of Art

Shusterman's philosophy of art based on the pragmatism philosophy and the reconstruction of aesthetic experience, and with “inclusively disjunctive stance” as its theoretical method reinterpreted the issues such as “the end of art” and the definition of art and the popular art and so on. His philosophy of art focused on strengthening the understanding and experience of art. It also emphasized the continuity between art and life, so it reflected the vivid and pragmatic color.     

党员身份认同与中国特色社会主义事业主体意识的自觉

党员身份是党员内化党章、准则、政治信念和价值系统等为自我思想体系并进行自我认知和确认的独特标识,是新时期对中国特色社会主义事业实现主体的事实或理论概括,身份管理是其力量生成和团结的思想和观念基础。自从中国共产党成立以来,党员身份从起初的信念约束状态到阶级属性再到政治身份管理过程,呈现出不同阶段自我管理的具体形式。从主体意识、现实经验来看,新时代中国特色社会主义事业主体沿着"我是共产党员、真正懂得中国特色社会主义思想的共产党员、正确对待中国特色社会主义实践的共产党员"等路径形成和发展身份认同,是团结一切力量和保证"党的在场"的关键所在,对于实现"第二个百年"奋斗目标具有重大理论价值和实践意义。     

大学生创业背景下高校消费合作社构建研究——以安徽财经大学本科生342份问卷为样本

高校消费合作社的构建过程,涵盖从初始阶段的资金筹集、店铺选址,到运营管理中的战略选择、业务分类和团队组成等各个环节。高校消费合作社的建立旨在满足高校大学生这一特殊群体的消费需求,构建时应当充分了解大学生的消费水平及特征,结合大学生对构建方式的倾向,根据不同背景,形成最佳方案。     

Journeys to the limits of first-hand knowledge: politicians’ on-site visits in zones of conflict and intervention

ABSTRACT

This article explores the practice and political significance of politicians’ journeys to conflict zones. It focuses on the German example, looking at field trips to theatres of international intervention as a way of first-hand knowledge in policymaking. Paying tribute to Lisa Smirl and her work on humanitarian spaces, objects and imaginaries and on liminality in aid worker biographies, two connected arguments are developed. First, through the exploration of the routinized practices of politicians’ field trips the article shows how these journeys not only remain confined to the ‘auxiliary space’ of aid/intervention, but that it is furthermore a staged reality of this auxiliary space that most politicians experience on their journeys. The question is then asked, second, what politicians actually experience on their journeys and how their experiences relate to their policy knowledge about conflict and intervention. It is shown that political field trips enable sensory/affectual, liminoid and liminal experiences, which have functions such as authority accumulation, agenda setting, community building, and civilizing domestic politics, while at the same time reinforcing, in most cases, pre-existing conflict and intervention imaginaries.     

国有资源有偿使用收入：经验与借鉴

随着国有资源使用制度改革的不断深入,国有资源管理制度不断完善,资源管理逐渐由实物管理向资产化管理转变,资源性收益已成为政府非税收入的重要组成部分。我省作为资源大省,国内外国有资源（资产）管理的经验对我省大有可借鉴之处。     

循环经济法制保障的国际经验及启示

循环经济法制在中国建立及健全的切入点或突破口应首先着眼于研究上比较方法的运用。这其中既包括不同学科视野下对循环经济问题研究的比较,也包括世界不同国家、地区循环经济法制理论与实践的比较。对循环经济法制保障国际经验的分析和借鉴应该成为我们研究的现实起点。

延安时期青年妇女运动的历史证明：共产党的正确领导是妇女运动取得成功的根本保证;实事求是、从实际出发是妇女运动取得成功的思想路线;艰苦奋斗、扎实工作是妇女运动取得成功的优良作风。这些经验对新时期青年妇女工作具有重要启示和借鉴意义。     

Political brand experience and voting intention: Is there a relation?

The current study reveals that Indian voters' political brand experiences positively influence their engagement and trust in a political party. Voters' addiction to political parties mediates the relationship between their party engagement and voting intentions. Thus, political marketers should increase voters' party brand addiction for proper conversion of party engagement in the ballot box. Although voters' political brand trust directly influences their voting intentions, interestingly, their political brand addictions indirectly influence the relationship between brand trust and voting intentions. The findings advocate that political marketers should ensure positive political party experiences to ensure voters' engagement with the party. Positive party experiences increase voters' trust in the party further. Another critical input for political marketers is the role of political brand addiction, which the study findings corroborate. Political brand addiction develops a set of loyal voters for a party and guarantees those voters' support for the party.     

论和谐体验及其德育措施

体验人人皆有,但并非所有的体验都能促进学生的道德成长,而和谐体验能让个体获得完整和谐的领悟和感受,体验到事物诸种关系的整合,领悟到生命作为社会整体中的要素存在的意义,对于德育而言,意义重大。它可以化解过往体验中的挫伤,获得道德提升;让学生拥有积极的情境体验,促进道德成长;打破自我狭隘的体验视角,发展道德自觉。
