红色文化:马克思主义中国化的文化根基

红色文化以马克思主义为理论基础,坚持人民群众的历史主体地位、共产主义的崇高理想信念和集体主义的核心价值原则。红色文化以中华民族优秀传统文化为思想来源,秉承爱国主义的光荣传统、自强不息的奋斗精神和革新求变的思想观念。红色文化是蕴育中国化马克思主义的精神沃土,滋养和推动着毛泽东思想和中国特色社会主义理论体系的形成与发展,是推动马克思主义中国化的深厚文化根基所在。     

传统法律文化调适的必要与可能

从清末变法改制以来的一百年间，如何调适传统法律文化以适应法制现代化的需求，就成为一个历久弥新的话题。仁政与宪政、义务本位与权利本位、家族与个人、纠纷解决与权利保障等的不相容或实质性差异，决定了对传统法律文化调适的必要，而立法中的择善而从和司法中的因势利导，则为这种调适提供了可能。     

关于职工文化活动网络项目的设想与论证

采用现代科技手段所设立的职工文化活动网络,可使职工文化活动从传统模式实现向现代化模式的转变,并在一定程度上解决时间不统一、需集中活动场地、组织者人力物力财力不足等问题,它与传统职工文化活动互补,能为职工提供更开放、更安全、更平等的活动平台。     

NHS Inquiries and the Problem of Culture

If inquiries are about learning the lessons of the past, why do they appear to find the same failings time and again? Bristol, Mid Staffordshire, Morecambe Bay, Liverpool Community Health are all examples of where culture went wrong. The lack of learning from inquiries is a prominent concern and one raised elsewhere in this issue. In this article, I explore why it might be that culture is repeatedly found to be the cause of healthcare failures. I start by reviewing perspectives on what culture is and the degree to which it is possible change it. I examine how culture was described in the Bristol, Mid Staffordshire, Morecambe Bay and Liverpool inquiries and question whether these are the same cultures, with the same problems, or whether they are different. I discuss possible explanations for apparent similarities, describe how cultural change occurs and conclude by drawing out the implications of focussing on culture as a threat to patient safety.     

What causes employees to whistle while they work? Factors affecting internal whistle‐blowing in the Australian Public Service

What causes employees in the Australian Public Service (APS) to internally blow the whistle on corruption in the workplace? This research examines the impact of the nature of corruption, organisational culture, and employees’ work attitudes and actions on internal whistle‐blowing in the APS. The respondents were found to internally blow the whistle for most types of corruption: fraud, conflict of interest, unlawful disclosure of government information, and perverting the course of justice. Their whistle‐blowing behaviour was, however, unaffected by observations of theft of official assets. They were also unlikely to report observations of cronyism and nepotism. Active observers of workplace bullying (those who have blown the whistle after witnessing someone else being bullied) were three times more likely to also internally report corruption than inactive observers of bullying.     

找寻失落的中华海洋文化——浅析纪录片《走向海洋》与《闽商》中不同视角下的海洋文化

21世纪是海洋的世纪,找回失落的中华海洋文化、更深地迈向海洋,是今人必须面对更亟待解决的课题。纪录片《走向海洋》与专题片《闽商》都用电视节目片的方式来阐释中华海洋文化以提升国人的海洋意识,但由于表现手法与视角等的不同,它们也体现出了海洋文化的不同方面。本文主要通过对这两个电视节目的分析来探讨电视媒体在提升国人海洋意识、建构中华海洋文化中的作用。     

寒山诗在日本的文化接受与经典化路径——以三首寒山诗的日文注本为例

寒山诗传入日本,继而成为文化经典,日文注本起到了不可忽视的作用。从"城中峨眉女""吾心似秋月""寒山多幽奇"这三首寒山诗的日文注本中,可以窥探到,日本简洁轻妙的通俗诗风,以及白居易诗歌质朴求实的风格在日本的先行影响对寒山心性无碍、自在直率形象的接纳与促升,万物相融的山林自然观对寒山诗幽奇意境的深化,以及以心传心的宗教路径为寒山诗的传播洞开的心灵之门,这些共同造就了寒山诗在日本文化中的经典之路。寒山诗在日本的传播,是中日文化相互融合的范本。     

延安时期廉政文化建设要论

延安时期,廉政文化建设是边区政府建设的重要内容。我们党坚持高扬全心全意为人民服务的旗帜,大力推进马克思主义中国化时代化大众化,坚持发展民主政治重视民主监督,加强制度建设实现依法管权,重视对党员干部开展持续的党性教育,党员领导干部以身作则带头实践,持续开展正风肃纪运动,大力建设廉洁政府,实现了廉洁政治。卓有成效的廉政文化建设有效地克服了党内非无产阶级思想影响,确立了马克思主义指导思想的地位和实事求是的思想路线,贯彻了民主集中制原则,巩固了党的团结和统一,保持了党的先进性和纯洁性。党的廉政文化建设成果熔铸到延安精神之中,成为我们党最为宝贵的精神财富,也为后来的廉政文化建设积累了宝贵经验。     

On claims of culture and duties of recognition in democratic states

One important way in which individuals and groups express their ideas and principles, and present their proposals and demands, is in the language of identity or difference. They argue that what they value and what they deserve are related to their distinctive identities. Working within the framework of a political theory of recognition, I argue in this article that particular cultural communities may have reasonable expectations that their distinctive identities receive public recognition, and that others may therefore have good reasons to give those identities such recognition. To be specific, I contend that there are distinct and complementary ways in which the state and its citizens should respond to identity-related demands for public recognition. Using terms introduced by Axel Honneth, I argue that the state should give ‘public attention’ to some cultural communities, and that citizens should show one another ‘well-meaning attention’. I conclude that both these forms of attention can be justified by reference to a new, fourth principle of recognition, so long as this is understood as a principle of political inclusion rather than one of cultural recognition.     

产前热应激对仔鼠生殖腺GABA能神经元受体发育的影响

12只13d孕龄的母鼠随机被分为2组,每组6只,以探讨产前热应激对新生仔鼠生殖腺GABA能神经元受体发育的影响。试验组(热应激组)孕鼠置于42℃±0.31℃、相对湿度为36.7%±1.42%的热应激箱中至肛温达到41℃;对照组孕鼠置于常温对照箱里。之后放回笼中分笼饲养。在仔鼠出生后第1、3、5、7天分别剖取睾丸和卵巢进行Zamboni’s固定,常规石蜡切片及SABC免疫组织化学染色,在光学显微镜下用MiPrd软件检测各组织区域GABA受体免疫细胞阳性率和阳性灰度。结果显示,热应激组的GABAA受体免疫细胞阳性率与对照组无显著差异,但在新生1d的生殖腺区阳性灰度极显著增加;热应激组GABAB受体免疫细胞阳性率只在7d睾丸和5d卵巢显著增加,但其阳性灰度除7d卵巢外均显著增加。结果表明,产前热应激可能通过代偿机制显著增加仔鼠生殖腺GABA受体在细胞膜的密度,从而增强抑制性神经递质在发育中的作用,进一步阻碍新生仔鼠生殖腺的正常发育。
