邓小平的"南方谈话"发表在中国的改革开放事业不进则退的紧急关头。通过这次谈话,邓小平回应了社会上对改革开放的质疑与否定,使得人们在是否应该继续坚持改革开放的问题上达成了共识,使改革开放迅速走上了不可逆转的轨道。经过20多年的发展,当前的改革事业又走到了一个历史关键点上,回顾这段历史对于如何凝聚改革共识、冲破改革阻力、增强改革的信心,坚定社会主义信念具有重大的启迪意义     

湖南高校女研究生婚恋观调查研究

对湖南省3所高校230名女研究生的婚恋观进行的问卷调查显示,当代女研究生的婚恋观正在发生温和但却深刻的变化。她们的婚恋观表现为恋爱态度认真沉稳,择偶标准注重内在素质,考虑长远发展,择偶方式被动含蓄;注重婚姻的爱情基础,追求高品质的婚姻生活,宁缺毋滥;性观念较宽容开放等。

岛屿对于确定国家海权具有重大意义。海洋法公约对岛屿、岩礁及其他岛礁确定了规则,而对岛屿在海域划界中的作用却缺乏明确的规定。现存国际实践在确定岛屿在海域划界中的作用时考虑的因素很多。南海海域广袤,但岛屿小,其在海域划界中的作用值得深入研究。     

Protest by candlelight: A comparative analysis of candlelight vigils in South Korea

ABSTRACT

Protest activist leaders must make a series of decisions about the strategies they use; one such decision is the choice of tactic or performance, often informed by their cultural historic contentious repertoire. In South Korea's contentious repertoire, the use of candlelight vigils has become an increasingly prevalent form of protest tactic. Candlelight vigils have become an increasingly prominent tactic in South Korea’s repertoire over the last two decades, as evidenced by major candlelight vigils in 2002, 2008, and 2016-2017. In this study, we explore the ways in which candlelight vigils as a protest tactic have evolved over time in South Korea. We notably find that vigils emerged as a left-wing protest tactic in 2002, but right-wing protesters began adopting the tactic during the counter-protests opposing President Park Geun-Hye’s impeachment in 2016–2017 (Taegeukgi Giphoei). Additionally, we find that candlelight vigils drew participants from an increasingly wide swath of society over time and average citizens assumed greater organizational roles. This research not only contributes to the literature on South Korean social movements and civil society, but to understanding candlelight vigils as a distinct form of protest and how contentious repertoires evolve over time more broadly.     

中国海洋划界争端的国际法解读与对策研究

经济全球化的发展与沿海国的工业化使全球能源需求急剧扩大,新的蓝色圈地运动使国际海洋划界争端日益增多并复杂化。在亚洲,区域一体化进程、大国关系以及地缘政治都使中国有效地解决海洋划界争端变得更为艰难。海洋划界的国际法基础与司法实践以及东海与南海划界争端的国际法解读,为和平解决争端提供了合法性与历史经验。为了持久地解决海洋争端,中国必须提高其综合国力、坚持和平共处的外交政策、确立海洋开发政策以及加强海洋法的教学与研究。     

论元代海上纪行诗的空间书写

为了保证元大都的粮食供应,元代南北之间的海运航线从南北统一之初就得以开辟。元末,陆路交通受阻,海洋交通的优势更加凸显。南、北士人在双向的流动过程中写作了不少海上纪行诗,从海洋自然空间、活动空间和情感空间等多个层面记录了海上航行的见闻与感受。由于这些海上纪行诗的生成是建立在亲身体验之上,呈现了一个迥异于陆地空间、可以认识和把握的自然海洋空间和人的海洋活动空间,具有明显的纪实性。元代海上纪行诗体现了元代士人体验、认识甚至热爱海洋的过程,充满了乐观、开朗、进取的情调,具有重要的认识价值与艺术价值。     

Projecting the Arena of Inclusion: The Case of South Korea in Pursuing a Phased Inclusive Growth Process

South Korea created a mechanism that fuels inclusive growth, a process that coevolves economic growth and social well‐being. This study attempts to elaborate on the context and preconditions for development that would manifest salience policy implications for moving up the industrial value chain and attain inclusive growth. We contend against the view of simplified growth cum equity that is used to elucidate the success of Korea's socioeconomic development (economic miracles). Our findings informed us that there were intense measures taken throughout different phases of Korea's industrial development. In addition, we observed in many occasions intense negotiations between the state, firms, and civil society for social welfare and a better working environment. This led to a pursuit for inclusive growth in the post catching‐up phase that blended together many inclusive agendas, realizing growth that coevolved industrial upgrading and social welfare. This article seeks to explain how Korea populated its arena of inclusion in the process of pursuing rapid industrialization. The overview of different phases of development provides normative principles that are useful as a guide for other economies which aspire to attain similar development.     

韩国金钱债权执行制度概述

在韩国,对金钱债权1的执行主要分为两个阶段,即对债权的押留阶段和现金化阶段。在金钱债权的押留阶段,韩国主要利用押留命令限制第三债务人对债务人清偿,同时禁止债务人对该债权的处分和领受。在金钱债权的现金化阶段,韩国主要利用推寻命令和转付命令对被押留债权进行现金化,将被押留债权转化为金钱,用所得价款清偿执行债务人的债务。我们需要利用比较研究的方法,研究和借鉴韩国关于金钱债权执行制度的法律规定和相关实务经验,不断完善我国关于债权执行制度的相关规定。     

地名“台湾”的产生与确立

中国早期典籍中对台湾的命名经过长期的演变过程。明朝后期,闽南移民在台湾一鲲膀岛把当地先住民对岛的读音译成汉字读音,有大员、台湾、台窝湾、大湾、埋冤等,由于一鲲鲭岛是早期大陆移民登陆台湾最早、最频繁的地点,所以人们认定登陆的地名为台湾。然而直到清朝统一台湾后,地名“台湾”的地域内涵才正式确立。从历史上看,台湾作为台湾省的地名,有多种文化成分,其中闽南文化最为重要。
