创建学习型工会的理性思考

构建和谐社会是党在新的历史时期的重大举措。工会组织要借鉴学习型组织的基本理论,把创建学习型工会作为构建社会主义和谐社会的一个重要切入点,创新思想,增强凝聚力,激发内在活力,在协调社会经济矛盾、劳动关系矛盾中,发挥积极和重要的作用。

本文首先对印尼纺织服装业面对的挑战与困难作了介绍,并对近几年印尼纺织服装业走下坡路的原因作了分析,最后就印尼政府的对策及其纺织服装业的前景进行评估与展望。     

THE DELINQUENCY OF CHILDREN BORN TO YOUNG MOTHERS: RESULTS FROM THE ROCHESTER YOUTH DEVELOPMENT STUDY*

This paper examines the relationship between a mother's age at first childbirth and the delinquent behavior of her children. Using data from the Rochester Youth Development Study (RYDS), an ongoing longitudinal study of adolescent development, we found that children born to mothers who began childbearing at a young age were more prone to general delinquency, violence, and arrest than were children born to mothers who began childbearing when they were older. This “early first‐birth effect” was far larger in white and Hispanic families than in African‐American families. Mediating analyses found that the early first‐birth effect was most attributable to the unstable composition of families in which early childbearing occurs. That said, a substantial portion of the effect remains unmediated.

对流动人口管理是当前派出所基层工作的重要内容,加强对流动人口管理,对促进派出所基层基础工作具有重要意义。对策:1.完善立法;2.加强对流动人口居住证的管理;3.建立流动人口社会化信息管理系统;4.加强警民沟通与联系。     

论加强公法整体研究的现实意义

由于公法所具有的强烈时代性与地域性以及公法所涉及问题的复杂性,决定了公法研究必须带着问题意识,就公法建设中存在的矛盾和困难有针对性地加强系统性的整体研究。本文认为,就目前中国现实国情而言,加强公法整体研究的意义集中体现于四个方面,即政治意义在于促进宪政建设,法治意义在于尊重和保障人权,社会意义在于推进制度反腐败建设,学术意义在于促进公法规范协调发展。而无论是宪政建设、尊重和保障人权以及制度反腐败的实现,必须依赖于一国公法制度规范的总体设计和协调整合,这正是加强公法整体研究学术价值之所在。     

论群体性事件的预防与处置方略

当前我国正处于社会转型时期,群体性事件呈现出易发、多发和群发态势,对社会稳定的影响日趋加大.为了更好地预防、处置群体性事件,力图从群体性事件产生的诱因入手,分析当下群体性事件的主要特点以及处置的难点,提出相应的对策,以期对公安实践工作能够有所帮助.     

The State of the Art of Child Hearings in Germany. Results of a Nationwide Representative Study in German Courts

According to German family law, in family court proceedings that deal with custody or access rights, family judges are obligated to personally hear the child if the feelings, ties, or will of the child are significant for the decision. In a research study commissioned by the Federal Ministry of Justice, a nationwide representative survey of all judges compiled their personal information and their attitudes and expectations as well as various parameters regarding the concrete practice of hearing children. Also, with a very complex methodological design, over 50 children and their parents were studied one week in advance of the hearing, directly before and after the hearing, and four weeks following the hearing. The results of the study are presented, particularly those pertaining to the burden and relief for the children and the expectations of judges. The practical experiences of family judges in personally hearing children are included as well.     

教师职业倦怠初探

教师职业倦怠是制约教师素质充分发挥的重要因素。其主要表现在：身心疲倦,认知消极,工作动力降低等方面。引发原因有社会、学校及职业本身等外部因素,也有教师的人格特点、教师的职业认同感、教师的自我效能感等内部因素。消除教师职业倦怠,既需要从社会和学校层面上构建他助策略,也要从教师个体出发构建白助策略。     

证据开示制度比较研究──兼评我国民事审判实践中的证据开示

证据开示制度１９世纪始于英国,此后,受到各国重视。各国的证据开示制度都有各自的发展和完善历程。在具体的证据开示范围、方法及限制、制裁等方面也有所不同。我国在审判方式改革中,部分地区试行了庭前证据交换,但也存在不少问题,且有关诉讼体制、法制环境、诉讼观念等运行环境问题,尤其值得深思和研究。
