中国军事历史研究之断想

以毛泽东为代表的中国共产党人历来重视中国军事历史研究。改革开放以来,中国军事历史研究成绩斐然,形成了一支老中青相结合、军地相结合、军事院校与科研单位相结合的科研队伍;出版和发表了一大批学术专著与论文;创办了专业刊物,展开了广泛的学术交流。同时也暴露了队伍建设、研究成果及学风等问题上的不足和缺失,亟待进一步加强和克服。

个人言语风格识别研究

言语风格具有三个基本属性:特殊性、稳定性、反映性。侦查技术人员依法对有关案件言语材料的言语风格进行识别,可以分析出制作人个人特征,确定案件言语材料与嫌疑人的关系,从而为侦查工作提供方向和线索,为认定作案人提供证据。     

Public–private partnerships and developing‐country agriculture: Evidence from the international agricultural research system

This study examines the role of public–private partnerships (PPPs) in promoting pro‐poor productivity‐enhancing technological innovation in the international agricultural research system. The study examines the extent to which PPPs are being used to overcome market and institutional failures that otherwise inhibit the development and dissemination of technologies targeted specifically to small‐scale, resource‐poor farmers in developing countries. Drawing on a survey of 75 PPP projects in the international system, findings suggest that while PPPs are changing the way the system manages its research agenda, few partnerships lead to joint innovation processes with the private sector. This indicates the need for closer examination of organizational practices, cultures, and incentives in the international agricultural research system. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

洪森关于柬埔寨人民民族民主革命的理论和实践

洪森认为,他的关于柬埔寨人民民族民主革命的理论是他最重要的理论奉献。柬埔寨人民党70%以上的重大决定源于这个理论。该理论的核心是,柬埔寨的特定国情决定了柬埔寨实现社会主义将是一个漫长的历史过程。在此过程中,民族资产阶级不但不应被消灭,相反必须让其存在和发展,并在经济生活中扮演重要角色。无产阶级政党不应放弃对国家的领导权,要警惕和防止资产阶级随着其经济力量的壮大,逐步取得干预和主导国家政治发展的地位。按照洪森的这个基本理论观点,人民党在柬埔寨开拓了独具特色的发展道路,她不但推动了国家经济的长足发展,也将国家政权继续掌握在实质上的无产阶级政党手中。

Structural discrimination and social stigma among individuals incarcerated for sexual offenses: Reentry across the rural–urban continuum

The stigma associated with a felony conviction can impede the reentry process, and emerging research findings indicate that one's community can amplify or temper the mark of a criminal record. Researchers examining criminal stigma have focused on individuals living in urban areas, overlooking the experiences of persons outside these communities. Using qualitative data collected from a sample of men and women paroled for sexual offenses in Missouri, we contrast how social and structural stigma alter the reentry experiences for participants living in communities along the rural and urban continuum. The results show that the stigma of a sex offense conviction was a near‐universal experience and residence restrictions stymied efforts to find housing. Residents of urban areas and some large cities felt that the community offered relative anonymity from stigma but the stress of their status being discovered was omnipresent. Participants in rural areas and small cities had less social privacy and reported being shunned in the community, although strong social ties did mitigate some of the consequences of stigma. The results highlight the importance of considering place when studying reentry and have implications for designing correctional policies to address the needs of residents returning to non–metropolitan locations.     

Race/ethnicity,citizenship status,and crime examined through trauma experiences among young adults in the United States

Race/ethnicity, citizenship status, and trauma, have significant impact on delinquency and crime outcomes; though the reasons for some expected and unexpected crime pathways are still unanswered. Using data from the National Longitudinal Survey of Youth 1997 (n?=?7,103), this study found the following results: no difference in the likelihood of engagement in delinquency and crime between blacks and whites; cumulative trauma increased delinquency and crime rates for all racial and ethnic groups; racial and ethnic minority groups compared to whites reported a significantly higher level of childhood trauma experiences; and native-born female immigrant groups (but not male) were more likely to engage in delinquency and crime than first-generation female immigrant groups. Implications and recommendations are set forth.     

The role of respect in interactions with police among substance-using African refugee young people in Melbourne,Australia

Racialized policing and substance use are major issues faced by African young people in Australia. In-depth interviews with 18 refugee young people who use alcohol and/or drugs examined interactions with police. Status respect and human respect played important roles in interactions with police. Participants felt unfairly targeted by police and reported that they were disrespected by police through the use of discriminatory language, failing to differentiate between individuals leading to a sense of loss of self-identity, and stereotyping. Development and implementation of programs focusing on building mutual understanding and respect is needed to improve relations between refugee-background youth and police.     

管理运筹学教学改革与实践

通过问卷调,了解现阶段管理运筹学的教学现状,根据管理运筹教学现状,提出其教学改革的方向,主要针对教学内容的重组、教学目标的设计和教学策略的选择进行改革,并通过教学改革实践,发现这些方法对管理运筹学的教学起到了积极作用。
