证券即时行情信息权属之探析

我国现有理论多以含义不清的“新型知识产权”指代证券即时行情信息权利,并试图从“数据库”或“知识产权”等角度对证券即时行情信息的权属进行论证。但现有的研究成果并未触及证券即时行情信息的权利本源,因此无法就商业实践中已经发生的信息权属争议起到“定分止争”的作用。应根据基本信息与衍生信息的不同类别而分别以“公共产品”和“准公共产品”的方式确定证券即时行情信息的权属并划分权利界限。     

摩登信徒--论穆时英创作的潜在时代场域

穆时英是现代作家中特别善于吸纳社会思潮的典型之一,他的作品杂糅了左翼、现代主义以及消费文化的神韵。但是他对每一种思潮的吸收都基于形式的借鉴,即出于对摩登的追寻,这可以对他前后期作品中令人困惑的矛盾做出解释,也可从中分析出各种思潮在文学传播中的不同方式。     

Television and protest in East Germany's revolution, 1989–1990: A mixed-methods analysis

This article uses a mixed-methods approach to analyze the relationship between television and protest during East Germany's revolution. The content of television newscasts, both West German and East German, is analyzed together with protest event data. There are two key findings. First, West German coverage of protests is associated with an increase in protest in the first phase of the revolution. This finding emerges from time series analysis. Second, West German and East German television coverage were interacting, with the latter reacting to the former. This finding emerges from both quantitative and qualitative analysis.     

Issue cross-pressures and time of voting decision

Undecided voters are often regarded by political parties and candidates as the group that determines the outcome of an election. This paper discusses the concept and measurement of issue cross-pressures and explores to what extent they influence the time of voting decision in different political systems. Using survey data from national election studies in the Netherlands (1994–2012), Germany (1994–2013) and the United Kingdom (1992–2010), this study finds that issue cross-pressures do influence the time of voting decision regardless of voters' personal consideration set size, demographic background and political attribute. The effect of issue cross-pressures in the Netherlands is most pronounced. In the United Kingdom it is more moderate, while it is least prevalent in Germany. This partially demonstrates that party systems may constrain the role of issue cross-pressures.     

Transcellular and extracellular impedances of the intact abdomen in putrefying rat cadavers

Total (Zt) and extracellular (Ze) abdominal impedances of putrefying rat cadavers, stored at 18.0±0.7°C, were measured at 50 kHz and at 1 kHz, respectively, during the first 7 days of death. Transcellular impedance was calculated from the measured values of Zt and Ze. Total impedance and Ze increased during the first day, and then decreased with increasing postmortem interval, while Zi remained unchanged during the first 3 days before increasing more than 4-fold between 3 and 7 days postmortem. These changes are consistent with net gain of electrolyte by the extracellular fluids and with degeneration of cell membranes which occur postmortem. It is concluded that, during putrefaction, Ze is a potentially more useful index of postmortem interval than Zt or Zi, and that measurement of total abdominal impedance at 50 kHz, rather than at 10 kHz, markedly improves the precision and accuracy of impedance measurement.     

尸体肝细胞AgNOR不同时间形态改变与死亡时间的关系

采用显微图像分析方法，在动物实验的基础上，观察和分析人体死后不同时间肝细胞Ag－NOR的形态变化，探讨它与死亡时间两者间的关系。经图像分析灰度值测量，结果表明：AgNOR的死后变化与死亡时间有密切的关系，随着死后经过时间的延长，AgNOR颗粒形态越来越不清楚。灰度变化的量化指标提示，图像分析AgNOR的灰度改变，与形态改变一致，可以作为推断死亡时间的一个有参考价值的指标。     

论达米特的时间哲学

时间哲学是达米特哲学中最有特色的部分。他从因果关系上思考时间问题,把时间意向作为理解过去、现在与未来的关键,提出了一种“唯一关于过去的反实在论”。这种反实在论主张的基本出发点,就是不满于传统逻辑中的二值原则和真值条件语义学,试图以直觉主义逻辑和模态语义学解释时间问题,也就是试图摧毁在时间问题上的传统形而上学。     

我国强制隔离戒毒的制度检讨

自愿戒毒、社区戒毒和社区康复反映了我国戒毒模式由过去以强制戒毒、劳教戒毒为中心向现在以社区戒毒为中心的转变。戒毒也实现了从行政处罚到治疗矫正的理念嬗变。遗憾的是,现行强制隔离戒毒制度却偏离了这种理念,仍然固守昔日的＂处罚＂逻辑,制度内容和戒毒人员的权利弱化难以体现戒毒人员的主体地位和戒毒的治疗矫正性质。这种现状应得到改变,还强制隔离戒毒以应有面貌,使我国戒毒模式体系真正实现协调和统一。     

论独白——从德里达对胡塞尔的批评谈起

独白是一种被形而上学严重忽视了的精神现象,是破解形而上学之谜的一个重要＂精神窗口＂。独白不是表达或交流,因为＂表达＂或语言问题,与逻辑语法意义之类联系密切,而＂独白＂却介于语言与非语言之间,与时间性因素无关,却以一种异样的方式,与空间性因素连接起来,并且暴露出探讨丰富的精神世界之崭新突破口。

中国文艺与中华民族精神相互作用。中华民族精神不断催生出本民族的优秀文艺,并使本民族文艺在外来文化的挑战中表现出高度的自觉性。优秀的文艺作品会提高和净化人的精神境界,庸俗的文艺作品则可能对人的精神素质产生负面的影响。繁荣当代中国文艺会对中华民族时代精神产生深远的影响。
