调整农业产业结构 发展农业环保产业

农业是国民经济的基础,农业问题是我国国民经济发展的瓶颈性问题,调整农业产业结构,发展农业产业,特别是发展环保型、生态型农业产业则是促进国民经济健康发展的一项基础性工作,也是实现经济可持续发展的一项探索性工作.本文重点探讨了发展特色环保农业的特征和发展趋势,探讨了发展环保农业的途径和政府的政策措施.     

WHERE IS THE VILLAGE GOING? MAINTAINING AND INCLUDING CULTURAL STRENGTHS TO PROTECT CHILDREN ORPHANED IN KENYA

This article is the result of a master's thesis about children and their universal right to be included in a family environment. This is not only protected under international law, but also intuitive to human beings. HIV‐AIDS continues to threaten lives of children, particularly in sub‐Saharan Africa in the form of orphaning. Looking at a case study from Kenya, it is revealed that, while legal protection is yet to be fully realized in the state, strong cultural norms of value are alive. Currently, the extended family system is the greatest protection to children orphaned or at risk of being orphaned. However, this system was made invisible in the domestic laws of Kenya under the Children Act 2001. This neglect calls for questions not only regarding the protection cultural norms may offer, according to the best interests of children, but also as to the cultural environment being created with the new law.     

俄罗斯产业结构调整现状及前景分析

经济转轨以来，俄产业结构虽有一定的调整，但总体而言并未得到实质性突破。这种产业结构状态在保障俄经济正常运行的同时，也对其未来经济增长形成严重制约。如何加快产业调整与升级，是俄在市场经济体制框架内谋求经济进一步发展的主要问题。     

江苏省猪高热病病例主要继发感染病毒的多重PCR检测

应用建立的2个多重PCR方法,对2005~2006年收集于江苏省的211份猪高热病疑似病料进行了检测。结果,PRRSV阳性率为51.2%,PCV2阳性率为44.1%,CSFV阳性率为10.4%,PPV阳性率为3.9%,PRV阳性率为2.4%。2005年病料中PCV2阳性率为21.2%,2006年为73.2%;2005年PRRSV阳性率为38.1%,2006年为67.7%。2006年猪高热病疫情比2005年严重,PCV2和PRRSV可能在其中发挥了协同致病作用。对10个PRRSV分离株ORF5基因和Nsp2基因进行的测序表明,2006年分离株Nsp2基因中有连续87个碱基的缺失。     

猪日本乙型脑炎病毒NS1基因重组腺病毒的构建及表达

应用RT-PCR方法扩增出猪日本乙型脑炎病毒(JEV)的NS1基因,通过SalⅠ EcoRⅠ双酶切后把该基因插入到经过同样双酶切的穿梭质粒pDC315中。重组穿梭载体经过双酶切和PCR鉴定后进行测序,序列测定正确。将获得的重组穿梭质粒与腺病毒骨架质粒共转染293细胞后获得重组腺病毒。PCR鉴定及间接ELISA检测的结果证明所构建的重组腺病毒成功地表达了JEV的NS1。     

湖北省禽白血病自然病例的病理学诊断及p53和Bcl-2基因表达情况的观察

应用组织病理学和SABC免疫组织化学技术,对湖北省武汉市的2批14日龄和33日龄疑似禽白血病肉鸡进行了病理学诊断,并观察了病鸡肝肿瘤组织中p53基因和Bcl-2基因的表达情况。剖检可见病鸡肝、肾、脾均不同程度肿胀,组织病理学检查在肝、肾、心等脏器可见散在或聚集成团的骨髓瘤细胞,胞浆内充满球形的嗜酸性颗粒;在病鸡肝肿瘤组织中p53和Bcl-2基因均呈阳性表达,诊断为J亚群禽白血病(ALV-J),提示p53基因和Bcl-2基因与肉鸡J亚群禽白血病有关。     

Gender comparisons in the relationship between parental and sibling violence and nonfamily violence

This paper addresses two neglected areas in the research on the relationship between family violence and violence outside the home: violence other than parent-child abuse and the effect of gender. Specifically, we consider both parental and sibling violence as independent variables, nonfamily violence as the dependent variable, and gender as the specification variable. The data were collected from a sample of 306 students in Introductory Sociology and Social Problems classes. The finding of particular importance is that the interaction between the gender of both the aggressor and the victim has a significant effect on the relationship between violence within the home and nonfamily violence.     

民间组织对我国社会政治稳定的影响

民间组织在我国改革开放以后迅猛发展,对我国社会政治稳定既有积极影响的一面,也有一定的负面影响。加强对民间组织的管理,保证民间组织健康有序地发展不仅仅是登记管理机关的重要任务。公安机关作为维护社会稳定的职能部门,也应该从巩固国家政权和维护社会政治稳定的高度,积极会同登记管理机关,促使民间组织积极作用的发挥,尽可能地缩小和克服其消极面的影响,为改革开放和现代化建设创造一个稳定的社会环境。     

口蹄疫病毒VP2基因的真核表达及其产物抗原性的检测

利用PCR技术,扩增出口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)VP2基因,并克隆到杆状病毒转移载体pBlueBacHis2A上。用重组质粒pB-VP2与重组病毒同时转染sf9昆虫细胞,获得了重组病毒。经过蚀斑筛选纯化后,感染sf9细胞,表达VP2融合蛋白,分子质量为33 ku左右。以牛抗O型FMDV血清为第一抗体,通过Western-blotting和Dot-ELISA鉴定,说明VP2基因在真核表达系统中获得正确表达,且可以与牛抗O型FMDV血清发生特异性反应。
