华人政治文化和关于马来世界的华人学术著作

中国和马来世界相互关系的重要事实是:他们保持了至少1 500年虽反复无常但基本良好的贸易关系,以及随后一个世纪的不信任和疏远。中国和各个马来国家的政治文化转变对这种关系的转变产生了决定性的影响,这些都反映在华人的学术著作中。也许我们可以指望,在新的条件和情况下,中国和马来世界将能找到新的出发点来重建一种持续稳定的关系。     

The International Commission for the Evaluation of the Crimes of the Nazi and Soviet Occupation Regimes in Lithuania: successes,challenges, perspectives

The article summarizes the history of the International Commission for the Evaluation of the Crimes of the Nazi and Soviet Occupation Regimes in Lithuania and outlines the work it has accomplished to date. The author reviews the problems and controversies surrounding the Commission’s research into the post-1940 period of Lithuania’s history and describes the clashing perspectives inherent in the starkly different Lithuanian, Jewish, Western and Soviet wartime narratives.     

列宁的党群观及其现实启示

列宁在政党和群众关系问题上有许多预见性的重要观点，如执政党最严重最可怕的危险之一就是脱离群众；只有无产阶级才能保证为大多数人的利益服务；社会主义不是少数人或某一个党所能实现的；民主政党的意见只有通过代表大会才能表达出来。在当前我国社会结构急剧变迁和民众利益诉求多样化的现实背景下，深入分析和探究列宁党群观的科学内涵与精神实质，对于我们党破解执政风险和巩固执政基础具有重要的现实启示。     

FIFA/IOC‐Sanctioned Development and the Imminence of Erotic Space

Based on ethnographic research conducted since April 2014, this paper will examine the intersection between mega‐event security apparatuses, event‐led urbanism, and local geographies of desire. We argue that urban sanitisation strategies (particularly those derived from a constellation of foreign interests) threaten local geographies of desire but remain dependent upon erotic space and subjectivities in (trans)national exchange and everyday economic salvation. The erasure of sexual diversity is a case with which to examine the impact of FIFA/IOC‐sanctioned urban renewal, and the manner in which local bodies (particularly those deemed sexually ‘deviant’) are repeatedly forced to circumvent these globally determined processes of development.

安徽师范大学世界史学科曾经取得过辉煌成就,如今面临新一轮发展机遇。学校应该理清专业发展思路,整合校内资源,凝练世界历史专业发展方向,打造强大学科团队,探索多渠道专业人才培养模式新路径。     

Fighting for Fame: The ‘Heroines of Pervyse’ and the Disputed Construction of a Public Image

Abstract: This investigative analysis bases itself on an array of documentary material from the archives of the Imperial War Museum in its effort to recover the intricate story behind the two British volunteer nurses who made their name during the First World War with the first-aid station they set up in Pervyse, a mere stone's throw away from the Belgian firing line. The essay juxtaposes a variety of documentary sources—the unpublished diaries of the two women, Geraldine Mitton's reconstruction of the story out of the nurses' journals and letters in The Cellar-House of Pervyse (1916), and two photograph albums, ‘The Women of Pervyse’, bequeathed to the Imperial War Museum—in a quest to understand how the two nurses came to acquire their status of national heroines. Sifting through the source material, this investigation reveals the numerous inconsistencies and gaps that exist between the published and the unpublished accounts of the dressing station, whose true genesis is obscured by several competing narratives. A close reading of Mitton's account and the photographic portraitures discloses that neither of these documents ought to be taken at their face value. They need to be understood as valuable tools in the nurses' own battle for authority, public recognition and their opportunity to feature as genuine protagonists in the arena of war.

当今世界历史的进程引起了个人认同的诸多危机,重构个人认同应立足于个人现实生活的整体,创建个人认同的＂内生＂模式。这既要求个人在现实生活进行自我提高和完善,也要求个人处理好自我与他者的关系,在维护公共利益的前提下,尊重个体的多元和生活方式的自主,从而构建一种开放式的社会互动机制。在这个过程中,个人应坚持独立自主、共存共赢、理想和现实统一等原则。     

科学发展观的价值向度简论

科学发展观追求的是“合理的发展”，关注的是发展的意义，即“为了什么发展”和“什么样的发展才是好的发展”这一发展的核心问题。科学发展观的价值向度表现为：科学发展观体现了发展的公正尺度，体现了发展的价值尺度，还体现了发展的道义尺度和生态尺度。
