1840年鸦片战争后，中国沦人了半殖民地半封建社会的深渊。中国人民为了推翻压在自己头上的三座大山，进行了前赴后继的不屈斗争。太平天国运动失败，戊戌变法的失败和中国民主革命失败，证明了这样一个真理，只有中国共产党才能救中国，这是历史的选择，也是人民的选择。     

浅析英语教学中的"互动"教学模式

通常情况下,课堂一直是大部分学生学习外语的主要场所,通过课堂教学,学生们学习外语知识并练习使用该语言,课堂教学成为他们学习外语的一个主要途径。因此,教师的课堂教学效果直接影响着学生学习外语的效果,教师课堂教学的成功与否,不仅能影响学生是否愿意接受课堂外语学习,是否对其产生兴趣,而且能影响整个课堂教学能否顺利进行。因此,课堂教学的方法显得尤为重要。     

Cross-National Perspectives for Aiding Policy Choice

The field of public policy analysis, centered about practical choices, is being extended by this journal to include useful comparisons among nations or other political units, as well as borrowing or lesson-drawing. This extension should remain close to the practical orientation of the field, rather than seeking to contribute to those disciplinary theories that lack practical usefulness in the short term (several decades). Implications of this admonition are spelled out in the form of a list of suggested topics for articles in this journal.

新中国五十年的法制尽管在特定时期里遭到过破坏,但在趋向上还是逐步前进的;法制五十年的历程是沮丧与喜悦、经验与教训并存;法治与中国的繁荣兴盛同命运、共存亡;法治是中国富强之具,自由权利之源。     

论《罗马条例Ⅰ》对欧盟合同冲突法的发展及对我国的启示

在国际民商事判决的执行和非合同之债法律适用领域,欧盟已经成功地以条例的形式进行了统一立法。但在合同冲突法领域,欧盟却迟至2008年才将1980年《罗马公约》转化为共同体立法——《罗马条例Ⅰ》。转化使得欧盟合同冲突法融入了共同体这一自足的法律体系,规则的解释得以统一,和其他领域的冲突法规则得以协调。在内容方面,《罗马条例Ⅰ》对《罗马公约》进行了一定发展,适度强化了当事人意思自治原则;对客观选择方法做了较大调整,降低了最密切联系原则的地位;以惯常居所统一了属人法;排除了客观选择方法中合同分割法的适用。这些发展均以追求合同法律适用的确定性、可预见性等欧洲大陆国际私法的传统价值为目标。这些发展对我国即将进行审议的《涉外民事关系法律适用法》中的合同冲突法部分的规则设计具有莫大的借鉴意义。     

Legislating for Your Own Good: Criminalising Moral Choice. The Modern Echoes of the Victorian Vaccination Acts

Victorian vaccination legislation has important echoes for the present age in the dilemma over how to promote compliance with government-endorsed scientific and medical public health strategies for the welfare of the community in a context of growing popular mistrust of such initiatives, in terms of their likelihood to confer benefits as well as their possible negative impacts on individuals. Victorian experience of dealing with the issue of ‘conscientious objection’ to policy initiatives seen as intruding into the area of individual moral choice, especially parental choice for children, is invoked to suggest better ways of comprehending the present resistance to take-up of the MMR vaccine, and its wider implications; as well as commenting on the role of the media.

论检索课与公安专业课的紧密配合

信息检索课与公安专业课紧密配合,能保证各自教学的顺利进行,还能实现各自课程内容的优化。但由于公安院校在管理上的不足和教师知识结构不合理,教师之间缺乏交流等原因导致这种配合不够。为此,应转变管理方式,将检索课教师统一纳入教师系列进行管理;明确检索课的性质与地位,合理安排开设时间;编写高水平的公安专业领域的检索教材;通过现代化的教学手段等来实现检索课与公安专业课的紧密配合。     

Mr Cameron's New Language Initiative for Muslim Women: Lessons in Policy Implementation

As the government announces a programme to teach Muslim women to speak English, this article examines how such a policy can be implemented successfully, arguing that lessons can be drawn from both academic research, especially that carried out with Muslim women themselves, and previous successful policy application. It focuses on two projects carried out in the recent past for the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) and Jobcentre Plus, and outlines the key factors that led to their success. The LSC project involved one of the largest in‐depth surveys of Muslim women's attitudes towards work, and their views on life in Britain, that has ever been undertaken. The Jobcentre Plus project was a highly successful and innovative employment training initiative for ethnic minority women piloted in Sheffield, the very kind of ‘targeted’ approach that Mr Cameron has claimed his government's new language initiative will be.
