中国共产党是沂蒙政治生态的风气主导者和引领者,人民群众是沂蒙政治生态的最终受益者。沂蒙政治生态建设是水乳交融、生死与共党群关系的实践结晶,中国共产党和沂蒙人民是沂蒙政治生态建设的具体承载和有效载体。进入新时代,研讨构建沂蒙政治生态的时代价值和作用发挥空间,对于进一步推动党建工作具有重要的启示作用。     

The scent of a green carnation: A review of the queer year

The “Blitz spirit” is a popular story about the British public during the Second World War, uniting together with defiance and resilience to overcome the threat of invasion from Nazi Germany. Previous work has revised this wartime story as a propagandistic construction of national identity and popular memory. Therefore, this paper reviews the Blitz spirit as a myth. A critical discourse analysis (CDA) then examines how this myth was retold in British newspapers after the July 7th bombings in London. I examine how this myth was constructed and the ideological role it played after the attacks. Similar to previous revisions of the Blitz myth from 1940, I argue that social and political complexities after July 7th were often suppressed by messages that sought to evoke a sense of “Britishness” defined by a previous generation. Whilst the July 7th bombings were not a case of traditional warfare or attacks carried out by a foreign force, I argue that wartime analogies often supported military responses in the war on terror and evoked a foreign threat.

《高等学校学术委员会规则》是由教育部在自身权限内发布的教育规章,是规范高等学校学术委员会设立、运行、管理与监督的准则,也是指导高等学校制定、审议、修订、核准与备案本校学术委员会章程的准则,按照总则、分则加附则的体例设计,以“章-节-条-款”的形式予以展开,核心内容包括七项：一是高等学校学术委员会建设的政策与法律依据;二是高等学校学术委员会的性质;三是高等学校学术委员会章程制定规则;四是高等学校学术委员会组织机构建设规则;五是高等学校学术委员会职责规则;六是高等学校学术委员会人员组成规则;七是高等学校学术委员会工作规则。     

井冈山精神对社会主义核心价值观大众化的启示

井冈山斗争时期,我们党通过自身的实践创造了井冈山精神,井冈山精神是当时环境下先进价值观的体现。弘扬井冈山精神,对今天推进社会主义核心价值观大众化仍然具有深刻的启示:推进社会主义核心价值观大众化,必须像井冈山时期一样,增进广大群众对中国共产党优良形象以及超高领导能力的认同;坚持做到党的利益与广大群众的利益高度统一;善于发动群众,组织群众,依靠群众,夯实群众基础,赢得群众支持;充分运用多种宣传、教育、传播手段,将党的主张深入人心。     

The Liberal Left Opts for Terror

For a century, intellectual debate on political violence has been dominated by efforts to romanticize the extremist and to invest him with the aura of the altruistic “freedom fighter.” It is astonishing that in the post-9/11 era, the terrorist's image continues to remain habitually mystified and ennobled, while terror attacks are justified as self-defense. “Terrorist discourse” is indicative of the universality of the intellectual position of the Left with regard to terror, national discrepancies notwithstanding. The present article evaluates leftist liberals' attitudes towards terrorism in the 20th-century Russian Empire, Europe, the U.S., and especially Israel—one of the epicenters of terrorism today. The article proposes to examine psychological responses to terrorism in conjunction with a range of contemporary reactions to threats, acknowledged or displaced with an assortment of mental constructs and rationalizations.     

关于中国传统法律文化及其全球化的几点思考

文化与法律文化是一般与特殊的关系.成文法典化、公法化是中国传统法律文化的根本特质,而儒家文化则构成了中国传统文化的精神内核.中国传统法律文化经历了固守、学习、迷信、融合等四个不同的演进阶段.面对全球化法律文化浪潮的冲击,当下我国应理性建构新的、顺应时代的、并具有中国传统法律文化特色的新法律文化.     

卞崇道与《日本问题研究》的学术因缘

卞崇道先生是中国日本哲学研究领域的领军人物,也是《日本问题研究》杂志的特约编委,在《日本问题研究》面临转型与突破的那段岁月,一直鼎力相助、施以援手,甚至在他生命的最后时刻仍不忘杂志的事情。在卞先生去世近一周年之际,我们相约几位日本哲学与思想界的专家、也是卞崇道先生生前的后学和朋友,推出一组文章以此纪念先生。文章从《日本问题研究》与卞先生的交往历程,缅怀卞先生为人、为学的崇高风范,并告慰他对《日本问题研究》作出的重大贡献。     

Radio and Television Audiences in South Africa: 1994–2002

Abstract

In this article the author tracks various media and their usage in South Africa from 1994 to 2002 to see how they reacted o the extended choices in radio and television. Wider exposure to the media, that is, private radio and television stations other than the South African Broadcasting corporation (SABC), was supposed to deepen democracy in the sense that it would give people the opportunity to hear and see differing opinions on air. In addition, for the first time disadvantaged communities had a voice in the media in the form of community radio. In the context of the massive and positive political, social and administrative changes in a wide range of sectors in South Africa, it was surprising to see the relative stability of choices made by mass media users, in terms of both content and type. Some theoretical and pragmatic comments on this phenomenon are given in the article.     

工会培养工匠精神的路径研究

工匠精神是具体而非抽象的,蕴藏在无数具体的工匠身上。没有一大批技艺精湛的工匠作为支撑,就难以孕育出精益求精的工匠精神。培养工匠精神的当务之急是培养一大批懂技术会创新的工匠。工会作为职工的"娘家人",在培养工匠、孕育工匠精神方面责无旁贷且具有独特优势。当前,各级工会应着力从四个方面培养工匠精神:维护职工合法权益,构建和谐劳动关系;建立健全激励机制,激发职工创造活力;整合培训资源,开展高质量的技能培训;弘扬劳动精神,克服社会偏见。
