鸡大肝和大脾病的组织病理学研究

对大肝和大脾（ＢＬＳ）病自然感染病鸡和２组人工发病鸡进行了组织病理学观察，结果表明，肝和脾是ＢＬＳ病的主要靶器官，组织病理学特征表现为肝和脾组织变性、坏死以及大量淋巴细胞、浆细胞和巨噬细胞呈围管性、结节状或弥漫性增生。人工接种病例显示，ＢＬＳ病的动态发展过程中肝细胞从颗粒变性、脂肪变性发展为坏死。在疾病的不同阶段出现不同的细胞增生，初期以淋巴细胞、浆细胞增生为主，中期以巨噬细胞增生为主，稍后又出现以淋巴细胞为主的增生反应，最后细胞增生停止。脾在细胞增生方面与肝一致。

Pig Organ Energy Loss Comparison Experiments Using BBs

Torso models for ballistics research require that the mechanical properties of simulant materials must match the heterogeneous nature of tissues/organs within the human thorax/abdomen. A series of energy loss experiments were conducted on fresh porcine organs/tissues at room temperature and 37°C, using steel 4.5 mm BBs fired from a Daisy^® brand air rifle. They were compared to FBI and NATO specification ordnance gelatin and a candidate surrogate material called Simulant “A”. Two CED M2 chronographs measured BB velocity. The resulting energy loss was established using KE = 1/2 mv² before and after target perforation. The combined results at room temperature and 37°C were as follows: FBI specification gelatin was similar (p > 0.05) to heart and lung, spleen was similar to NATO specification gelatin, Simulant “A” was similar to hindquarter muscle, and hindquarter muscle, kidney, and spleen were similar to each other regarding energy retardation. These results can be used as a basis for the development of simulant materials to create an anatomically correct heterogeneous model.     

Changes of Legal Scenarios in the Era of Artificial Intelligence

The superposition of artificial intelligence (AI) and non-state power has aggravated changes in state functions, and has downgraded centralism of political state. The “Intelligent Leviathan” will persist in objectifying the “individual.” The relationship mode of “human-human” being transformed into the mode of “humantechnology-human, ” is giving rise to a new social structure, while state power together with non-state power, law and the algorithm, as well as ethics and technologies, are creating a new order. The major threat to freedoms and rights is horizontal non-state power, instead of vertical state power. Going through profound changes, legal scenarios need reconstruction of “kindness” dimension for balancing the “rights priority” theory, while the “obligations standard” should be recovered in the sense of legal technology to rectify the “rights standard” and to resolve the “rights disability.”
