思想政治教育机理的属性包括:动态性,表现为即时运动和不断运动;关系性,表现为引发性和规约性;原理性,表现为普遍性、必然性和条件性。关系性是思想政治教育机理的共同属性,是动态性和原理性的基础,是思想政治教育机理的本质。思想政治教育机理的表现形态包括:时态,表现为思想政治教育的发生机理、运行机理、作用机理、接受机理和发展机理;体态,表现为社会思想政治教育机理和个体思想政治教育机理。     

鸡毒霉形体H3株TM-1基因与鸡白细胞介素2基因串联子在大肠杆菌中的共表达

运用DNA重组技术将鸡白细胞介素2基因和鸡毒霉形体H3株TM-1基因进行串联,插入到pET-30a( )质粒的EcoRⅠ和HindⅢ多克隆位点间,经PCR鉴定、双酶切鉴定和序列测定,表明已成功构建了含鸡毒霉形体H3株TM-1基因和鸡白细胞介素2基因的融合基因,将含有此融合基因的重组质粒命名为pET-30a( )-TM-1-IL-2。将此重组质粒转化E.coliBL21(DE3)菌株。经IPTG 37℃诱导表达4 h后,SDS-PAGE电泳结果显示,此融合基因得到了表达,所表达出的融合蛋白的分子质量约为43 ku,主要以包涵体形式存在。表达产物在尿素存在下经超声波处理,获得了纯化的融合蛋白。这为进一步研究鸡白细胞介素2及鸡毒霉形体的生物学活性奠定了基础。     

土耳其斯坦东毕吸虫原肌球蛋白基因的原核表达

将pGEM-TM质粒上的土耳其斯坦东毕吸虫原肌球蛋白(TM)基因片段亚克隆至原核表达载体pET28a(+),重组的pET28-TM在大肠埃希氏菌BL21(DE3)中经1 mmol/L IPTG诱导表达出一37.5 ku的融合蛋白。该蛋白经Ni-NTA亲和层析柱纯化,SDS-PAGE检测,出现与目的蛋白大小一致的单一条带。Western-blotting检测结果表明,纯化的蛋白可被自然感染东毕吸虫的山羊血清识别,这为进一步研究东毕吸虫基因工程疫苗奠定了基础。

调神益肾针法对更年期大鼠下丘脑阿片促黑素皮质素原mRNA表达的影响

目的：研究调神益肾针法对更年期雌性大鼠下丘脑阿片促黑素皮质素原mRNA表达的影响。方法：采用逆转录－聚合酶链反应技术。结果：更年期大鼠下丘脑阿片促黑素皮质素原mRNA表达明显降低；经针刺干预后，调神益肾组该基因的表达明显上调，补肾健脾组则无明显变化。结论：增强下丘脑阿片促黑素皮质素原mRNA的表达可能是调神益肾针法治疗更年期综合征的机制之一。     

我国信访制度的法治走向

信访制度萌芽于建国初期党的群众路线,承担的是密切联系群众、反对官僚主义、巩固新生政权的政治性功能。到今天已经演变成一种解决纠纷、救济权益的重要制度。对信访的适用应加以限制,应该对人大与司法制度进行法治国家方向的改革,提高其政治地位,发挥其在表达利益诉求和化解社会矛盾中的主渠道作用,逐渐压缩信访适用的空间,直至其成为正式制度的补充。     

Juvenile Facial Growth and Mimicry: A Preliminary 3D Study

Studies focused on facial development during childhood have been conducted by means of 3D technology to provide modifications of anthropometric parameters. Facial mobility was also considered. This study proposed a 3D approach to facial growth changes. Facial surface data of 6 subjects were acquired in T1 (age 7–14 years) and after 7 years (T2), in rest position, and during voluntary movements, by a 3D laser scanner. Linear and angular measurements on rest position scans at T1 and T2 were compared. Each mimic scan was superimposed with the corresponding rest scan. Displacement of significant anthropometric points was measured for each facial gesture and at T1 and T2 statistically compared. Vertical measurements were those most influenced by aging. Some measurements of central facial area were consistent over time. The pattern of soft tissues displacement for each expression was consistent in T1 and T2. These results may be helpful for missing children identification.     

论行政立法中的利益表达机制

利益是人类实施一切社会活动的内在因素,利益表达是利益实现最首要、最重要的环节。利益表达作为立法活动的基础和前提,决定了立法活动能否顺利进行。行政立法中畅通的利益表达,能够缓和行政机关与公众之间的利益冲突,有利于维护社会政治稳定,推进我国法制化进程。     

Police Witness Identification Images: A Geometric Morphometric Analysis*

Abstract: Research into witness identification images typically occurs within the laboratory and involves subjective likeness and recognizability judgments. This study analyzed whether actual witness identification images systematically alter the facial shapes of the suspects described. The shape analysis tool, geometric morphometrics, was applied to 46 homologous facial landmarks displayed on 50 witness identification images and their corresponding arrest photographs, using principal component analysis and multivariate regressions. The results indicate that compared with arrest photographs, witness identification images systematically depict suspects with lowered and medially located eyebrows (p = <0.000001). This was found to occur independently of the Police Artist, and did not occur with composites produced under laboratory conditions. There are several possible explanations for this finding, including any, or all, of the following: The suspect was frowning at the time of the incident, the witness had negative feelings toward the suspect, this is an effect of unfamiliar face processing, the suspect displayed fear at the time of their arrest photograph.
