论中国警察教育训练面临的新课题——联合国军即美国2011“利比亚战法”的思考与启示

美国的＂利比亚战法＂成功地把＂外战＂变成了＂内战＂,这是一种逐步＂转型＂的、现代高技术的＂颠覆政权＂战争样式。＂战前作战＂是在警察的目光可注视范围之内完成的,即＂警情＂已经呈现出了明显的＂军情化＂发展趋势,警察正在或已经成为阻止战争的重要力量之一。因此,固化政治信仰和职业操守,强化敌情观念和忧患意识,应是中国警察教育训练必须坚持的方向和核心;培养敌情意识、掌握发现敌情线索技术、提高敌情线索倒查能力、加强机构和人才保障等,应是警察忠实履行职务行为的物质基础。     

关于新时期少先队教育品牌活动的思考

少先队品牌活动是少先队组织在社会舞台上占领教育活动制高点的重要标志,富有教育实效的少先队教育品牌活动应具有主题鲜明、教育性强、队员自主、注重实效、社会认可、时间持久等特征。在新的历史条件下深化与强化少先队教育品牌活动,需要不断强化意识、夯实根基、创新载体、丰富内涵、提升品质、突出品味、注重研究。     

高校校园文化品牌建设的特点、功能和策略

以浙江省2007～2010年间评选出的70项高校校园文化品牌项目为例，总结了高校校园文化品牌的主要特点，阐述了高校校园文化品牌的主要功能，对照教育部全国高校校园文化建设优秀成果的经验，提出了高校校园文化品牌发展的主要策略。     

A SENTIMENTAL JOURNEY TO CRIME: EFFECTS OF RESIDENTIAL HISTORY ON CRIME LOCATION CHOICE*

Many offenses take place close to where the offender lives. Anecdotal evidence suggests that offenders also might commit crimes near their former homes. Building on crime pattern theory and combining information from police records and other sources, this study confirms that offenders who commit robberies, residential burglaries, thefts from vehicles, and assaults are more likely to target their current and former residential areas than similar areas they never lived in. In support of the argument that spatial awareness mediates the effects of past and current residence, it also is shown that areas of past and present residence are more likely to be targeted if the offender lived in the area for a long time instead of briefly and if the offender has moved away from the area only recently rather than a long time ago. The theoretical implications of these findings and their use for investigative purposes are discussed, and suggestions for future inquiry are made.     

农民耐用消费品的购买行为的决定因素研究

在探讨农民耐用消费品购买行为决定因素的基础上构建其概念模型,再将相关的抽样调查数据拟合结构方程模型进行分析,可以发现:农民购买行为过程中的购买意愿更多的是受到服务保证的影响,同时购物导向和品牌资产也都具有显著的正向促进作用;在农民购物过程中购买导向、品牌资产和服务保证对农民的购前评价具有显著的正向作用,但是品牌资产的影响要大于购买导向和服务保证;购买意愿和购前评价对农民购物可能具有显著的正向作用,但是购买意愿的促进作用更大一些;购时状态反映了农民购物的满意感,购物状态对购后评价也具有显著的促进作用。     

“社会问题”的性质——“问题”与“主义”之争中的“问题意识”

"问题意识"不仅面向问题的提出,还面向问题的分析和解决。"社会"是一个有机体,不是个人的机械总和,因此,社会问题的提出、分析和解决过程既不同于个人问题,也不等于个人问题的机械总和。在"问题"与"主义"之争中,"五四"先贤对社会问题的性质存在观念分歧,但都反对偏废"问题"和"主义",达到了一个后人难以企及的高度。     

文化品牌与爱国主义

文化品牌与爱国主义存在内在的有机的关联。文化品牌意识是爱国主义思想的题中之义,文化品牌是蕴籍爱国主义思想的重要载体。创立文化品牌是对爱国主义的当代弘扬,宣传推介文化品牌是新形势下爱国主义教育的重要内容。     

论国人的风险意识

风险的普遍性、风险社会的到来、社会主义现代化建设又好又快等，都要求国人具有正确的风险意识。然而，当下国人无论是对风险意识的理解，还是风险意识的养成，都存在明显不足。研究风险意识、加强人身修养、学好马克思主义哲学、学好科学发展观、体制机制创新，就成为国人树立正确风险意识的必然选择。     

直面“四大危险”与加强党的基层组织建设

直面“四大危险”，需要做到以下几点：一是必须从基层党组织的建设工作做起；二是必须坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进方针；三是必须坚持五湖四海、任人唯贤、德才兼备、以德为先用人标准；四是必须坚持以人为本、执政为民理念；五是必须坚持标本兼治、综合治理、惩防并举、注重预防方针；六是必须坚持用制度管权管事管人原则。     

Branding in Politics—Manifestations,Relevance and Identity-Oriented Management

ABSTRACT

In contrast to classical marketing, previous research on political marketing has barely considered the branding aspect. This is all the more surprising, given that on the one hand, political parties and their key representatives presumably fulfil the main criteria of an impact-oriented brand as a firmly anchored, consistent perceptual image in the minds of voters. On the other hand, there are many indicators that political brands are of considerable significance for voting decisions. In essence, the importance of brands for voting decisions on the part of the consumers derives from their branding functions, such as orientation aid in the form of an “information chunk” or risk-reduction function in the sense of a confidence surrogate. Based on the hypothesis that brand management thus constitutes a central challenge for the marketing of political parties, it is appropriate to investigate what approach seems best suited to managing political brands and how these should be formulated.
