实施素质教育是公安高等院校教育改革的方向,随着"以人为本,构建和谐社会"理念的深入,以培养"完整的人"为核心的"通识教育"已逐渐被接受和认同。作为培养公安事业接班人的公安高等院校,培养对象的特殊性决定了大学语文在其通识教育中的重要意义。作为公安高等院校的大学语文教育工作者,应在明确大学语文学科在公安高等院校通识教育中定位的同时,努力寻找公安职业教育与大学语文教育之间的契合点,结合公安高等院校教育的特殊性与大学语文的基础性、人文性,进一步探索在公安高等院校通识教育背景下,大学语文教学该如何发挥出应有的作用,注重提高受教育者的文化素质,"向教育要素质,向素质要警力",真正确立起大学语文在公安高等院校通识教育中的先导性地位。  相似文献

对河北工业大学07、08级健美操试验班的学生进行调查,结果表明,学生对健美操专项课的需求是多层次和多样化的,对简单易学、场地器械要求不高的形体姿态操和大众健美操非常喜爱;同时对较时尚、充满活力的街舞和拉丁健美操、竞技健美操大部分学生渴望学习。针对我校健美操专项课的现状,认为在教学内容上还需适当调整,加大对健美操课外俱乐部的支持力度,进一步满足学生的求知欲。  相似文献

Negotiation educators recognize that collaborative problem‐solving is a critical negotiation skill. Negotiation outcomes are often better when negotiators take a collaborative approach to the process, and they are better able to do this when they are able to take the perspective of the person with whom they are negotiating. Over the years, I have developed several techniques to help my students improve their collaboration and perspective‐taking skills. One of these techniques is to use collaborative terminology (BABO = both are better off) rather than more competitive language (win‐win). In this article, I describe the strategies I employ in my negotiation class to increase students’ perspective‐taking capacities and discuss how this focus enhances their ability to negotiate collaboratively.  相似文献

With the increasing numbers of environmental conflicts in recent years, Chinese local governments are deploying a variety of strategies to address them. Using the method of agreement and the method of difference, this article explores the question of why local governments adopt particular strategies during conflicts over the construction or operation of industrial facilities. The findings reveal that the position of higher-level governments, the costs involved in adapting projects and the threats posed by the form of protest to social stability are important conditions in explaining the differences in the patterns of government strategies. The authoritarian responsiveness that characterises Chinese government strategies results in high political, economic and environmental costs. The big challenge for Chinese governments is to develop policies, institutions and capacities to deal with environmental concerns in a more proactive and balanced way.  相似文献

Classic theoretical research on the diffusion of policy innovation is usually based on decentralized democratic regimes. However, in authoritarian centralized countries such as China, questions such as, ‘What are the driving forces and the structural dynamics behind local government policy innovation and inter-regional diffusion?’ and ‘How do the governmental structural factors lead to the different patterns of diffusion of policy innovation across local governments?’ are interesting research topics. The theoretical framework proposed in this study highlights the roles of the contingent vertical and horizontal governmental relations in innovation diffusion. I extract two key properties: vertical mandatory intervention from the central government and horizontal political competition among peer governments. This research uses four models to develop a new typology of the inter-regional diffusion of policy innovation in China: (1) the enlightenment model, (2) the championship model, (3) the designation model, and (4) the recognition model. A comparative case study is conducted in this research, with four policy cases showing that China has developed diversified mechanisms to encourage local governments to perform policy innovation and inter-regional diffusion.  相似文献

Research suggests that victim cooperation is a strong predictor of arrest and prosecution in sexual assault cases. Relatively little research has focused on identifying the factors that shape the decision to cooperate and the research that does exist is largely atheoretical. We address these gaps by examining victim cooperation using a revised version of the focal concerns perspective. We use data on cases reported to law enforcement agencies in Los Angeles to estimate models using factors situated within three victim focal concerns—crime seriousness, costs of cooperation, and likelihood of conviction—for three stages of the case process. We supplement these results with qualitative data from police reports regarding the reasons why victims refused to cooperate. The findings of this study provide initial support for the theoretical development of victim cooperation using the focal concerns perspective and provide potential guidance to criminal justice practitioners on how to increase victim cooperation.  相似文献
