论玄言诗产生的文学原因

玄言诗作为一种诗歌类型 ,其产生和发展必有来自文学系统自身的原因。这主要表现在三个方面 :受玄学言意之辩的影响 ,魏晋文学理论认为文学应把表现某种形而上的义理当作义务 ,这就给诗歌谈玄说理提供了理论基础 ;先秦以来的诗歌创作就已存在说理论道的情形 ,至魏晋受老庄玄学炽盛的影响 ,集中以玄妙语言阐讲老庄之道 ,便蔚然成风 ;魏晋清谈作为一种口头创作 ,其谈论的内容及语言风格 ,对玄言诗追求简约平淡的创作风格 ,有很直接的影响

学校文化建设有三种途径:理性思辨、历史叙事、主动创生。相比之下,第三种途径值得开拓,进而成为学校文化建设的根本途径。学校文化与学校现实生活的隔阂见证着主动创生学校文化的必要性,文化本身就具有的主体性昭示着主动创生学校文化的可能性,学校教育活动的人为性彰显出第三种途径的可行性,即通过创造性地改进日常教育活动而主动创生学校文化。     

Bullying in Context: An Analysis of Psychosomatic Complaints Among Adolescents in Stockholm

Using multilevel modeling, this study examined how different types of bullying, involving both peers and teachers, relate to psychosomatic health complaints. Data were obtained via the Stockholm School Survey from 41,032 ninth- and eleventh-grade students in the years 2004, 2006, 2008, and 2010. Results showed that students involved in bullying as either a bully, a victim, or both a bully and a victim displayed poorer psychosomatic health than those not involved in bullying. Victims of peer-bullying also reported significantly poorer health than perpetrators. Two class-aggregated measures of bullying remained positively associated with ninth-grade student health complaints even when their individual-level analogues were taken into account. Thus, both the proportion of victims of teacher-bullying and peer-bullying in the school class appeared to generate health problems that go beyond the directly exposed students. However, an interaction revealed that the latter association was confined to female students only.     

Do School Board Governance Best Practices Improve District Performance? Testing the Key Work of School Boards in Wisconsin

The most prominent set of school board governance best practices used in the United States is the National School Boards Association’s (NSBA’s) Key Work of School Boards. In this article, we operationalize adherence to the Key Work of School Boards with multiple survey items answered by Wisconsin school board members. Using multivariate regression models, we find that adherence to the best practices results in improved achievement in districts represented by board members who have served for five or more years. The findings support the idea that school board governance behaviors are linked to district-level academic outcomes.

批判理论是法兰克福学派的学者对当代资本主义社会的发展现状及其历史进程进行批判性审视的结果,其中蕴含了深刻的政治思想。一方面,批判理论不仅关注当代资本主义社会中的普遍性问题,对实证主义的哲学精神和传统的意识形态理论进行解析和批判;另一方面,批判理论还注重发掘资本主义社会生活中的细节,将对资本逻辑的批判从宏观转向了微观,进而通达其政治诉求。可以认为,从微观视角对批判理论中的政治思想内涵进行探索,不仅能够对其进行深刻理解和阐释,而且能够在新时代背景下将批判理论与当代中国现代化建设进行有机的结合,进而实质性地推进马克思主义中国化的理论进程。     

Pathological Teasing and Bullying Turned Deadly: Shooters and Suicide

Bullying, a form of interpersonal violence, has emerged in the 21st century as an important public health issue. Bullying during childhood and adolescence is a common problem and occurs almost universally. It may be viewed on a continuum as a relationship problem in which power and aggression are inflicted on a vulnerable person to cause distress. However, teasing and bullying can turn deadly. A deeply troubled youth, after years of chronic bullying, may decide he has no alternative but suicide. The Daniel Scruggs case is one such example. Alternatively, the troubled youth may be attracted to the violent hero presented in the media that demonstrates his power via weapons as in the cases of school shootings.

Why does bullying continue? Some of the problem is the belief that bullying is simply a part of growing up; adults who believe this are often unwilling to intervene. Bullies are not always easy to identify, as they are adept at concealing bullying behavior. Anti-bullying school programs have shown promise in reducing unacceptable behaviors. The next step is to educate teachers, law enforcement, and mental health staff members to identify the red flags of teasing and bullying that indicate an at-risk youth for either suicide or homicide.

学校学生伤害事故的发生数量与日俱增,给家庭、学校、社会带来诸多不幸和问题。2002年9月1日教育部出台实施的《学生伤害事故处理办法》,使学生伤害事故的处理有所遵循。本文分析了学校事故的涵义、分类,提出了学校事故的责任认定原则及预防措施。
