重组牛IFN-α对亚洲Ⅰ型口蹄疫亚单位疫苗免疫小鼠的影响

在大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中分别表达了牛IFN-α基因、亚洲Ⅰ型口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)VP1和VP1 C末端基因,并纯化了所表达的蛋白。用透析的方法进行蛋白复性后制成油乳剂疫苗,经皮下多点注射免疫小鼠,以MTT法检测小鼠脾淋巴细胞经植物血凝素(PHA)刺激后的增殖反应活性;以液相阻断ELISA检测血清FMDV特异抗体的变化。结果表明,重组VP1(rVP1)和rVP1 C末端蛋白能单独诱发小鼠的体液免疫反应和微量的细胞免疫反应,而与重组牛IFN-α(rBoIFN-α)共同接种的小鼠,体液免疫反应和细胞免疫反应更为明显。     

IBDV H1株VP2基因的原核表达及其产物的复性

应用RT-PCR技术从传染性腔上囊病病鸡总RNA中克隆出1 461 bp的VP2基因,将其克隆于pET-28a载体,筛选并构建了pVP2表达载体。经IPTG诱导,在其宿主菌BL21(DE3) 中成功表达了53．7 ku的蛋白,SDS-PAGE和Western-blotting分析结果显示,VP2表达产物以包涵体形式存在,可与鸡IBDV抗血清及1株IBDV单抗发生特异性反应。将VP2表达产物进行纯化和复性,用复性前后的蛋白分别与特异性多抗进行Dot-ELISA检测,结果,复性后蛋白的反应活性比复性前增强了10倍;用复性后的蛋白与IBDV单抗进行Dot-ELISA,结果显示,VP2蛋白与单抗1H4、1E12、583、EA6、3C7反应强( );与4E4、1H11反应中度( );与4E5、3C4、 1E11、3H9反应较弱;而与EC6、3D12、1A1无反应。     

内源性绵羊肺腺瘤反转录病毒的研究进展

从内源性绵羊肺腺瘤反转录病毒(enJSRV)与外源性绵羊肺腺瘤反转录病毒(exJSRV)基因组结构的比较、enJSRV与绵羊肺腺瘤病(OPA)的关系、enJSRV在羊体内的表达及其系统发育分析等方面综述了enJSRV的研究进展,旨在为早期诊断及预防OPA提出新方法,为揭示该病的分子发病机理及探索其基因治疗提供新思路。     

略论建设深得民心的民生政府

随着经济社会的进一步发展，我国的政治、经济、社会管理体制都在不断发生变化，过去那种以权力、权威、高压态势为主导的公共管理模式已明显地不适应现代社会的发展，必须加以改革。尽快医治空话、大话、套话、假话成习的官场病症，实行信息公开；政府必须去掉利益化，把利益型地方政府建设成民生政府，即建立适应公共管理体系的、新的社会发展的民生政府。     

Chronic Alcohol Abuse Leads to Low Bone Mass with No General Loss of Bone Structure or Bone Mechanical Strength,

Chronic alcohol abuse (CAA) has deleterious effects on skeletal health. This study examined the impact of CAA on bone with regard to bone density, structure, and strength. Bone specimens from 42 individuals with CAA and 42 individuals without alcohol abuse were obtained at autopsy. Dual‐energy X‐ray absorptiometry (DEXA), compression testing, ashing, and bone histomorphometry were performed. Individuals with CAA had significantly lower bone mineral density (BMD) in the femoral neck and significantly lower bone volume demonstrated by thinner trabeculae, decreased extent of osteoid surfaces, and lower mean wall thickness of trabecular osteons compared to individuals without alcohol abuse. No significant difference was found for bone strength and structure. Conclusion: CAA leads to low bone mass due to a decrease in bone formation but with no destruction of bone architecture nor a decrease in bone strength. It is questionable whether this per se increases fracture risk.     

Burden of Neurodegenerative Diseases in a Cohort of Medical Examiner Subjects*

Abstract: Here we report studies of the burden of neurodegenerative neuropathologies in a cohort of Medical Examiner (ME) subjects from the County of Santa Clara (California) to determine if this unique population of decedents manifested evidence of neurodegeneration that might underlie causes of death seen in an ME practice. We found that 13% of the brains from ME cases showed significant tau pathology, including 55% of those 65 years old and older and 63% of those 70 years old and older. The histochemical and immunohistochemical findings were consistent with Alzheimer’s disease (AD) in 7 subjects and frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD) tauopathy type in six cases. There were no cases of Parkinson’s disease, dementia with Lewy Bodies or other neurodegenerative conditions. Our study suggests that decedents >65 years of age in an ME practice are afflicted by common causes of dementia such as AD and FTLD which could contribute wholly or in part to their causes of death.     

关于《海峡两岸共同打击犯罪及司法互助协议》的法律解读

海峡两岸司法互助经历了曲折的过程。《海峡两岸共同打击犯罪及司法互助协议》的签订对推动两岸司法互助具有重要的法律价值和意义。与之前两岸签订的有关法律文本相较,该协议文本内容规定的司法互助具有综合性、制度化和去政治化的特点。协议的签订并不意味着两岸司法互助步入法律正轨,协议的性质及其内容本身的筒约性,两岸不同的法律文化和诉讼制度,以及台湾的政治格局都将构成对协议内容实现的诸多障碍。应关注协议签订后的两岸后续行为,以促成协议内容的法律化,推动两岸司法互助的发展。     

论大学生精神疾病干预对策

大学生精神疾病已经成为引发校园恶性事件的重要原因,重视学生精神卫生、有效应对精神疾病,成为高校教育、管理工作尤其是危机预防与干预工作的重要内容。文章透过大学生中常见的、容易引发恶性事件的三类精神疾病,分析了其引发恶性事件的可能性,提出了相应的应对干预原则和策略。     

An Analysis of Possible Mechanisms of Unexpected Death Occurring in Hydatid Disease (Echinococcosis)

Abstract:  Most cases of hydatid disease in human populations are due to Echinococcus granulosus. The hydatid life cycle involves passage between definitive hosts such as dogs and intermediate hosts such as sheep. Humans become accidental intermediate hosts following ingestion of food or water contaminated with eggs or by contact with infected dogs. Although hydatid disease may remain asymptomatic, occasional cases of sudden and unexpected death present to autopsy. Causes of rapid clinical decline involve a wide range of mechanisms including anaphylaxis (with or without cyst rupture), cardiac outflow obstruction or conduction tract disturbance, pulmonary and cerebral embolism, pericarditis, cardiac tamponade, myocardial ischemia, pulmonary hypertension, peritonitis, hollow organ perforation, intracerebral mass effect, obstructive hydrocephalus, seizures, cerebral ischemia/infarction, and pregnancy complications. The autopsy assessment of cases therefore requires careful examination of all organ systems for characteristic cystic lesions, as multiorgan involvement is common, with integration of findings so that possible mechanisms of death can be determined. Measurement of serum tryptase and specific IgE levels should be undertaken for possible anaphylaxis.     

颈椎损伤的伤残等级及“三期”法医学评定——附64例分析

目的探讨交通事故致颈椎损伤后伤残等级和休息、护理、营养时限的法医学鉴定,以及颈部损伤、原有疾患与后遗症之间因果关系法医学鉴定的原则与方法。方法收集64例颈椎损伤的伤残等级鉴定案例,对相关资料/数据进行统计分析。收集交警部门反馈的涉及伤病关系案件的处理结果,了解案件双方当事人对鉴定结论的认可程度。结果随着对颈椎损伤后伤残评定案件中原发病的认识逐渐增加,相应颈椎损伤涉及伤病关系鉴定的案件也日益增多;在受理的颈椎损伤伤病关系案件中,均按照伤病关系理论进行鉴定,案件处理机关（交通警察）以及双方当事人对鉴定结论均表示满意。结论对于各种颈椎损伤进行伤残等级和“三期”鉴定的案例,由于损伤机制不同,自身原有颈椎健康程度不同,所造成的后果也不尽相同,鉴定中应考虑原有疾病对伤残等级的影响。
