论当代大学生科学人权观念的培育

公民人权观念的培育是建设社会主义政治文明的基础,对大学生人权观念的培育则是公民人权观念培育的先导。现阶段加强大学生科学人权观念的培育具有特殊的必要性和紧迫性。应用中国特色社会主义人权观教育学生,在人权特性、内容、享有主体以及与主权的关系上坚持普遍性与特殊性的统一、经济社会文化权利与政治权利的统一、个人人权与集体人权的统一、人权与主权的统一。目前,可以通过相关教材内容改革、师资队伍建设和课堂教学改革等途径,加强当代大学生科学人权观念的培育。     

Criminal Records and Employment: A Survey of Experiences and Attitudes in the United States

Ban-the-Box (BTB) legislation, which bans employers from asking about criminal history records on the initial job application, is arguably the most prominent policy arising from the prisoner reentry movement. BTB policies assume: 1) most employers ask about criminal records, and 2) inquiries occur at the application stage. However, we lack reliable information about the validity of these assumptions or about public attitudes towards criminal background checks, which limits our understanding of the potential scope of this innovative policy. Using survey data from a national probability sample, we estimate that in the past year, over 31 million U.S. adults were asked about a criminal record on a job application. According to our survey, virtually all of the criminal record inquiries occurred at the application stage, highlighting the potential of BTB. However, we also found that the public is sharply divided on whether to prevent employers from asking on applications, as per BTB.     

The Common Law Constitution at Work: R (on the application of UNISON) v Lord Chancellor

This note considers the radical significance of Supreme Court's judgment in R (on the Application of UNISON) v Lord Chancellor (UNISON) on the unlawfulness of tribunal fees. It argues that the decision marks the coming of age of the ‘common law constitution at work’. The radical potential of UNISON lies in its generation of horizontal legal effects in disputes between private parties. Recent litigation on employment status in the ‘gig economy’ is analysed through the lens of UNISON and common law fundamental rights. The note identifies the various ways in which the common law tests of employment status might be ‘constitutionalised’ in the light of UNISON.     

大学生人际关系完美主义量表初编

为从人际关系角度编制适合中国文化背景的大学生多维完美主义量表,本研究在理论分析、访谈和参考完美主义相关量表的基础上,收集和编制描述完美主义者人际关系方面的心理特征项目,建立初步问卷,然后对取自大学生人群的数据进行探索性和验证性因素分析,对问卷的因素进行检验。结果表明,量表包含34个项目,5个维度（分量表）,分别是与人比较、自我导向、他人导向、他—他导向、社会导向。因素分析显示中国大学生人际关系完美主义量表具有较理想的心理测量学特性,具有较好的临床实用价值。     

Public Employment in the Economic Downturn: The Case of an Australian State

Employment has been severely affected by the global financial crisis (GFC). This research considers the effects of the GFC on an Australian state public service workforce, reviewing trends before, during, and in the aftermath of the GFC. The workforce continued to grow, but at a slower pace, and with changes in inflows and outflows of employees. The workforce profile changed, with some decrease in the proportion of more vulnerable groups and some retention of stronger groups perhaps seeking a refuge during the GFC. Significant decentralization of workforce responsibility has meant comparatively little central effort to effect change during the GFC.

灵活就业流动人口就业质量与居留意愿研究

灵活就业已成为就业增收的重要渠道,促进流动人口中的灵活就业者实现高质量就业对城市人 力资本集聚有重要意义。研究利用 2017 年中国流动人口动态监测调查（CMDS）数据测度灵活就业流动人口就 业质量,并探究其对居留意愿的影响。研究发现：不同受教育水平、不同行业和不同地区的灵活就业流动人口 的就业质量均小于有固定雇主的标准就业流动人口的就业质量;灵活就业流动人口就业质量的提升会显著增加 其居留意愿;同时,减少对灵活就业流动人口的“身份歧视”、降低买房困难、增加技能培训及地区互联网经 济的发展亦可间接增加其居留意愿。研究建议：应提升互联网经济的发展水平,建立更为完善的公共就业服务 体系,提高灵活就业流动人口的当地社保参保率,降低其在当地的买房困难,以提升灵活就业流动人口的就业 质量,进而增加其居留意愿。
