从审美功能到社会功能:物质材料、展演及消费者——以加拿大因纽特人的雕刻艺术为例

艺术品作为艺术家"意识延伸"的一部分,具有某种能动性。即,艺术被创造的目的是要服务于社会关系网络。艺术品不仅仅要表现其样貌与风格所传达的意义,更为重要的是要表现其在创作过程中所包含的社会文化意义。从这个意义上讲,艺术除了美感以外的能动性,超越了纯艺术与工艺品、个人与社会的界限。因此,在对人类的审美和艺术的研究中,最需要关注的不仅仅是审美和艺术本身,而是在创作过程中,艺术品所表现的社会文化内涵。     

Research on the Construction and Operation Mechanism of Modularized Social Governance System: Based on a Case-Study of Social Composite Subject of Hangzhou

Modularization is the process of dividing the system into certain modules from top to bottom for solving complex problems, and it provides a new insight into the redesign of governance mechanism for complex social systems. Taking Hangzhou social multiple agents as a case study, this paper discussed the construction and operation mechanism of the modularized social governance system. The study found that the construction of modularized social governance system included four basic stages: inter-organizational value identity, community governance construction, module definition and the streamline of the procedure. The operation mechanism of modularized social governance system is composed of a pyramid model, information assimilation model and information dissimilation model. Multiple social bodies make up a network community under the framework of top-level design, can realize "differences" and "similarities" in a variety of module units and enhance the governance capacity of the whole system.

再论李翱的人性论

李翱的性善情恶论认为 ,性是情的根据 ,情是性的表现 ,这就必然产生善性产生邪情的矛盾。李翱对此的解决方案是 :性虽产生情 ,但邪情是七情交伐的结果 ,所以邪情是无根的。但李翱毕竟承认性产生情 ,性毕竟是邪情的产生者 ;所以他对善性产生邪情的矛盾的处理并不完满 ;也正是由于此 ,李翱的性善情恶论才对开启宋代性二元论产生了深远的影响。

Notes on the Canadian exception: security certificates in critical context

This paper attempts to place the Canadian security certificate program in critical context. The program is a mechanism of arbitrary detention targeted to non-citizens the state has certified as ‘threats’ to national security. As a mechanism of arbitrary detention the program fully locates Canadian policies inside of, and not in some manner external to, the worst abuses and ‘exceptional practices’ associated with the ‘global war on terror’. To place this program in critical context, the author draws upon the notion of ‘exception’. Although the security certificate program does invoke an exceptional practice in the terms made legible in recent discussions in critical security studies, it also points to ways in which critical discussions of ‘exception’ might be deepened and complicated. To this end, the paper put forwards the notion of the ‘legal complex’ to highlight the mundane and often contested ways in which the exception is invoked to certify which racialized bodies might be governed as political citizens and which will be governed as ‘bare life’.
