Intravascular bullet embolism to the right atrium

Bullet embolism is a relatively unusual complication of gunshot wounds. Embolism to the right atrium comprises <5% of all reported intravascular bullet emboli. We report an additional case of bullet embolus to the right atrium of a 0.38-caliber bullet following a gunshot wound to the chest. The intracardiac bullet was recognized radiologically on presentation, but the patient was hemodynamically stable and managed conservatively, with the bullet left in place. The missile remained within the heart without clinical significance for several years and was recovered from the right atrium only at the time of autopsy. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first documented case of a 0.38-caliber bullet which embolized to the right atrium and remained inconsequential for an extended period of time.     

谈新疆少数民族吸食大麻人员焦虑心理的自我矫正

新疆消费大麻具有悠久的历史。由于大麻对各类疾病的治疗有明显的疗效,且吸食麻烟易戒断,因此,尽管不少人认识到吸食大麻成瘾会罹患精神疾病,但大麻还是在新疆少数民族百姓生活中使用较频繁。近几年来发现吸食大麻的少数民族人群中出现焦虑症状较突出,他们会经常无缘无故的、没有明确对象和内容的焦急、紧张、恐惧和不安,经常感觉到威胁即将来临,但又说不出究竟存在何种威胁或危险。中外研究成果表明吸食大麻易导致精神异常。对此类人群自身应采取增强自信、自我刺激、自我放松、自我脱敏、自我催眠、自我放松等自救措施,以通过自我矫正改变因吸食大麻而形成的焦虑心理。

白介素21的研究进展及其在寄生虫学上的应用

白介素21(interleukin-21,IL-21)是近年来报道的一种新的细胞因子,主要由活化的CD4+T细胞、NK细胞和Th17细胞产生,其受体是Ⅰ型细胞因子受体家族成员之一,具有共同的γ链受体。IL-21与其受体结合后可调节B细胞的增殖,促进T细胞、NK细胞的增殖、分化并能提高NK细胞杀伤活性。全文介绍了IL-21的分子结构和生物学活性,阐述了IL-21在寄生虫感染中的作用,旨在为进一步研究IL-21在寄生虫学上的应用提供参考。     

寄生虫microRNA研究的新进展

综述了国内外寄生蠕虫(曼氏血吸虫、日本血吸虫、华支睾吸虫、旋毛虫、广州管圆线虫、细粒棘球绦虫)、原虫(蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫、阴道毛滴虫)及节肢动物(伊蚊和微小牛蜱)microRNA研究的最新进展,展望了寄生虫microRNA研究的前景,以期为寄生虫病防治药物的研制和开发提供参考。     

Myocardial Bridging: A Meta‐Analysis of Prevalence

The main objective of this article was to analyze prevalence data about myocardial bridging (MB) in published studies. To this purpose, we performed a meta‐analysis of studies published in English literature that contained data about the prevalence of MB and its anatomical characteristics. The overall prevalence was 19% (CI: 17–21%); autopsy studies revealed an overall prevalence of 42% (CI: 30–55%), CT studies 22% (CI: 18–25%), and coronary angiography 6% (CI: 5–8%). Most bridges were located on the left anterior descending artery (82% overall, 63% on autopsy studies), had a mean thickness of 2.47 mm and a mean length of 19.3 mm. In conclusion, autopsy studies should be the gold standard in evaluating the actual prevalence of myocardial bridges, while in vivo high‐resolution CT scanning should be preferred to coronary angiography studies.

目前,针对吸毒行为的定性主要有"犯罪说"、"违法说"、"合法化说"、"疾病说"及"受害说"等观点。基于现有研究及国外有关政策,明确吸毒者兼具病人、违法者、受害者三重社会属性,提出我们应正确对待吸毒人员,各部门应形成合力采取有效且人道的戒毒措施,保障戒除毒瘾者的合法权益。
